itunes connect not showing user ratings and reviews - ios

So I released my first game on the Apple App Store a couple of weeks ago. I've been keeping track on user ratings and review in iTunes Connect from the 'My Apps' -> 'Activity' --> 'Ratings and Reviews'. It has been working as it should since the release, up until yesterday. I can't choose the app store country or see any ratings or reviews. It says: No Ratings and Reviews Data. Is anyone getting this right now, or is this normal from time to time maybe? I haven't changed any settings or such. So that shouldn't be it.
So this is what it looks like on iTunes Connect.
So any help would be appreciated. Or tips. Hints. Anything. I know I can use platforms like Sensor Tower, but still, I like checking it out on iTunes Connect.
All the best,
/Sebastian

It's not you. When they changed the design of that part of iTunes connect a while ago, the ratings and reviews page stopped loading for at least one of my apps (rotating circle nothing else), then, about 2 weeks ago it started loading but it would show empty/broken like the image you posted. Then, a week ago the other apps that had been showing reviews up to that point started coming up the same way. I have sent a customer support message with a screenshot, but I haven't heard back from Apple.
I've had more problems since the last redesign, like long (or sometimes seemingly infinite) redirection loops when trying to login after I am logged-out (interestingly it mostly affects Safari), but the ratings/reviews issue that seems to get worse (spreading to more apps) is definitely the most severe issue.

How to handle submit button action in SKstoreviewcontroller ios

I have implimented SKStoreReviewController in My app. I just want to know how the functionality works. I need to satisfy below requirements.
I need to disply popup in all the 3 cases
For first 10 successful logins
After every 90 days
I don't want to disply rating popup never if he provide the rating.
How do I know if a user gave the rating and also I need to send
response to server if user gave the rating.
SKStoreReviewController submit button is active after your app is live in appStore. The submit button is automatically disable when you're running in debug mode. It's only active when you're launching your app in appStore. That is not mistake from apple or Xcode.
Thank you.
Apple provides some suggested best practices and sample code for requesting reviews.
In answer to your requirements:
This is definitely not best practice; after 10 successful logins might be a reasonable time to ask for a review, but asking each time the user logs in will probably just be annoying.
Again, asking after 90 days is probably a reasonable interval.
By design there is no indication to your app as to whether the review request was shown, nor whether a review was left.
You can link directly to the App Store page where the user can provide a review, however you still have no indication of whether the user actually left a review or simply cancelled out of the web page.
The sample code I linked to shows how to track whether you have requested a review for the current version of your app. You cannot know whether the user has actually reviewed the current version.

ionic/in-app-purchase 2 can't get product information AGAIN after exit view

I am using Ionic 4/Angular and developing the in-app purchase. I am following the online tutorial: https://enappd.com/blog/how-to-in-app-purchase-in-ionic-4-apps-ios/99/.
I can use store.refresh() and then store.get() to get the detailed product information from the Apple server for the first view (my purchasing page). However, when I exit the purchasing page and re-enter again, I am no longer able to get detailed product information (price, description, etc.) again. I have to wait for a long time, logout and login again before I can get the price/description information again.
Anybody know why and how to fix it? Thanks.
P.S. I asked this question to enappd.com a few weeks ago but it seems they have no clue as well.

Iphone AppStore approval time company vs. individual

I'm getting ready to submit my first iOS to the app store. I'm currently weighing the pros and cons of creating an LLC for my developer account to submit to the app store, as opposed to just submitting as an individual.
In previous forum posts, it seems Apple used to take much longer (months) to approve an app from a company, whereas for individuals it can take less than a week.
Has this changed at all or is this how it continues to be?
Thanks a lot
It doesn't matter to be honest. There is not much difference between Individual and Company account to start with. There are only team organization and such feature available to Company which are not available to individual developers. Personally I haven't seen any issues as far as submissions are concerned. However, if you are thinking of switching your individual account to company, you'll have to submit your DUNS registration number which might take time(both getting one and then submitting to apple and upgrading your account). This however doesn't affect app submission and app approval time. If there is something wrong with the app, they'll reach out to you and that might take time(not so long as months though).
Hope this helps. All the best!

Facebook Audience network review iOS

I just create an App with "Facebook Audience Integration", Everything works fine, I have create my placement ID and I can see "test ads" and "real ads" (if I remove my test device).
But there is a problem, my app is still not in "review" I have this message on the header "Ads Only Visible to Admins and Developers [...]Once your app or site serves 5 ads, we'll check that it complies with our policies.."
Current state of my app
My app is live on the store since more than 10 days and my app is stil not in review, but I have more than 5 request on my app
Screenshot here
Maybe I missed something?a button to press or just tell me you are in the same situation (maybe).
Do you have an idea?
Thank you
Got the answer by the facebook team support :
Our review process has some big problems, and we're changing it this week. In the future, your apps should be automatically reviewed within 24 hours, as soon as they start sending any requests to our network. It should be very fast.

Why was my app rejected from Apple for a content rating that's identical to other similar apps?

This is the third time we've submitted our messaging app to the Apple App Store, and this time we got a very upsetting response:
The rating you’ve selected, 4+, is inconsistent with the content of your app. Since your application includes content and features involving user-generated information and picture sharing, it should be rated appropriately for this subject.
Not only is this cryptic, but it is completely inconsistent with what's already out there in the store. All of the top 5 messaging apps have ratings at 4+, and every single one of them have user-generated content. On top of that, I used the "rating form" that allows you to select items to determine what rating system you're in. It selected 4+.
My question is this: what do you do to combat inconsistent requests from the app store? I submitted an appeal, but I'm unhappy that I actually have to do this in the first place.
My question is this: what do you guys do to combat ridiculous inconsistent requests from the app store? I submitted an appeal, but I'm furious that I actually have to do this in the first place.
Welcome to the world of iOS developers. This is the state of the art. And believe it or not, it was worse in the past.
I had a few apps rejected which did exactly the same as other apps. Fighting against it is useless most of the time, im my opinion. Apple is Apple. And will ever be.
Making insanely much money shows them, they are on the right track.
Forget the inconsistent portion, that will buy you nothing. Instead concentrate on why the app was rejected: "includes content and features involving user-generated information and picture sharing". This is a valid concern on Apple's part: Apple has decided to rate content by age and as such they have a responsibility to attempt as best as possible to provide such protections.
Note as an example that any app that allows a user to browse to an address of their choosing must have a high age rating.
An app such as your is open to mis-abuse in many ways, think about it.
The solution is either raise the age or provide some mechanism to prevent abuse.
