How to distribute Enterprise Xamarin Forms IOS app to beta testers

I have developed a platform that will provide an Information Security service to Enterprise customers. The front-end is a Xamarin Forms application. A company signs up for the service and their Information Security team members install the app on their mobile devices.
I believe this use is not covered by the Apple Enterprise Developer program. The apps are not stand-alone app-store type apps. I cannot install by physically connecting the user’s iphone to my dev machine.
Is there a way to do this other than Test Flight? I am using Visual Studio 2019 from a Windows 10 PC (with a Mac on the same network, of course).
Have you looked at Visual Studio App Center? Not sure if it will fit your exact deployment needs but it may be something to look at if you haven't. I've just started using it and have had some success... but also some headaches too. Android distribution is a breeze but IOS in any shape form or fashion makes it difficult outside of their app store in my opinion.

Ionic - Build for IOS on Windows (for latest IOS and Ionic)

I successfully built my app for Android, but naturally things are not that simple for IOS for a windows user.
This question has been asked many times before in many places at different times in different versions, but I'm interested to see if there's any up-to-date info on the issue.
Here's an old topic with a variety of answers: https://forum.ionicframework.com/t/how-to-build-app-for-iphone-without-mac/19929/19
I'm using ionic 3 and I'd like to build for the latest IOS, My PC OS is Windows 10.
Does Ionic provide any way to make this process easier?
I understood that in the latest IOS an apple dev account is no longer a requirement for testing. How do I test without one? (perhaps it's possible only when using a MAC?)
How do I use PhoneGap Build with Ionic?
https://build.phonegap.com/apps
It requires apple app certificate and keys to build.
Am I supposed to manually create a config.xml? https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-template-hello-world/blob/master/www/config.xml
I use windows to develop Ionic. In order to build for IOS I have installed VMWare on which I emulate MacOS X, installed xcode and all the tools necessary for building ionic. I have been able to test and deploy my apps to an ios device through usb with ionic/xcode. However I haven't push any apps to the app store yet. If you want to get started into this, take a look at this link.
After doing some research I found out that ionic has a cloud packaging service.

How i can use PhoneGap to create ios app in windows os?

hi I am beginner in IOS mobile I know that i must have Apple device to work on it to create IOS app . my project is that i am preparing to work on it is HTML5 and Javascript and css when i searched i found that PhoneGap can do it without more codes .so how i can work on phonegap in windows os if i dont have apple device?. I hope you will help me on this issue.
You will have to use cloud building tools like Phonegap build or Intel XDK to develop iOS app without a Mac.
With Phonegap build, you will have to create a config.xml, zip this along with the app written in HTML5/CSS/JS and upload it to Phonegap build and it will give back a .ipa iOS app file to download, which can be installed on iOS device for testing. But to do the build, you will need to upload a exported developer certificate (.p12 file) from a Mac and upload to phonegap build before you can build the app. You just need the certificate exported from a Mac, you can get this certificate and use Window PC to upload the certificate and start building iOS apps from windows PC
With Intel XDK, you can develop app using HTML5/CSS/JS, simulate app on various devices and build app in cloud just like with phonegap build. But you dont need a Mac for exporting certificates and stuff, Intel XDK generates a Certificate Signing Request(CSR), which you will have to upload to apple developer site to get a certificate. You you do not need a Mac at all to start building iOS apps.
But in both cases you will require a Mac when you want to submit the app to Apple AppStore, you will have to use the XCode -> Application Loader to upload the iOS app binary to submit to AppStore.
Here you can found the Developer Platform Guide for your question
PhoneGap Developer Guide
Your App in fact is a HTML5 With Javascript and you can convert for all Devices support this architecture, in the link you see all list for different platform.
Hope this help you.
Phonegap requires native environment to wrap your html, css, javascript and produce a native build.
iOS native environment requires Mac OSX.
AFIK, you cannot do iOS development in windows OS.
On work around you can consider doing is using Phonegap's online build service
The only possible way building for iOS without touching a Mac would be Phonegap's cloud building service.

You would still need both of:
some device for testing purposes
an Apple Developer account

Titanium Appcelerator: iPhone Development without a Mac (like PhoneGap)

I am about to embark on some mobile development projects but I'm doing a little homework first. My primary goal is to deploy to Android and iOS, but the latter is posing some problems because I do not have access to (nor do I have any interested in acquiring) a Mac.
Phonegap offers a cloud service where you can upload your mobile development project and they will do the building for you - no Mac required. From the Phonegap Build FAQ:
Simply upload your web assets - a ZIP file of HTML, CSS and
JavaScript, or a single index.html file - to PhoneGap Build, point us
to your Git or SVN repository, or let us set up a git remote endpoint
that you can push to. Then we’ll undertake the compilation and
packaging for you. In minutes, you’ll receive the download URLs for
all mobile platforms.
I am leaning toward the development and native UI capabilities of Appcelerator, but since I do not have a Mac, is there any hope for me using Titanium for iOS development using something akin to PhoneGap's Build service?
If you dont have a Mac you will not be able to develop, test, deploy, or put in the app store applications for iOS, with or without using Titanium.
Regardless, even if you were able to use a cloud build technology with Titanium (which does not exist) you wont be able to deploy your final application to the App Store because you have to have XCode for that, the same goes for PhoneGap. Check this here:
Note: Since PhoneGap Build uses Apple's standard development process to build applications, >you will need to sign up for their developer program to build iOS applications on PhoneGap >Build. You will also need a Mac to configure your certificate and provisioning profile.
Bottom line, unless you use a mac, your not legally deploying to the App Store.
Don't be forgetting the registration fees that come with signing up as Both a google play & iOS developer.
I fear that using a remote service is going to cost you dearly in time, as you'll be significantly increasing your test cycle.
The cost of a second hand Mac mini is hardly going to impact any development budget, even charity work. And as the previous poster note, you can't legally deploy your completed build without a mac. If you made macs, wouldn't you do the same?
There are services cropping up like Mobundler.com and Foundry22.com which let you do end to end development without a Mac.
Foundry22 is a service similar to PhoneGap build, for Titanium SDK. Similar to PhoneGap build, it requires p12 bundle for iOS signing and Java keystore for Android. You can use service like Mobundler to create those using just your browser. You still need to pay to become part of iOS developer program.
The answer here is outdated.
There is an Icenium platform which will allow you to build and put your app on App Store without using Mac at all.

Will blackberry smartphone apps run on the Playbook?

Will a Blackberry smartphone application written in the Java api work on the Playbook without modification?
According to RIM, once the JDE player is released, they will have to be re-packaged which may require re-compiling, to run on the PlayBook. The same applies to Android applications. In either case you will not be able to download native JDE or Android apps and run them on the PlayBook.
The only application SDK path that allows for BlackBerry Smartphone applications to run both on BBOS, Playbook and BlackBerry 10 is the HTML5 WebWorks SDK

Best of luck to you.
Yes, RIM has announced that they will release a virtual machine which will play your existing blackberry app. I'm not sure if developers have to re-submit their blackberry apps though.
Playbook will also support Android apps, but developers will have to recompile their apps and submit those to App World.
