From the official example from http://bower.io/docs/creating-packages/#bowerjson
Inside bower.json file they have:
"authors": [
"Betty Beta <bbeta#example.com>"
],
"license": "MIT",
Why is this necessary, and will there be any legal implications if we change our release later on, and forget to change this later?
If you don't change the license, then you're all set. You can change the code and distribute it, and even sell it.
It's not a long licence, just read it, it will take you 30 seconds.
MIT license

I would like to take my mess of 'if' and 'for' loops and make them look professional and neat. Without having to manually tab the nested loops.
Any ideas?
Right-click the code view and select "Format code" or press Ctrl-D.
You can modify the formatting settings in "Options-Language-Formatter-Delphi..."

I have to choose between one of those libraries for my app. Which do you suggest me to use?
I have tried both payzee and stripe, any suggestion which one will be good in production ?
On my personal opinion stripe is better. The code is really easy and well supported and you don't need to deal with personal information of your user.

I do submit bugs to Apple's bug reporter, but I have read that adding it to Open Radar is useful.
It's not clear to me what the purpose is of Open Radar, since it seems I can't "like" others' open radars...
So What is the purpose of Open Radar? Why does it matter if I submit here too?
The use of OpenRadar is that you can look for Radars. Apple does not allow access to its Radar database.
