My app has been rejected because of in-app purchase. This is the answer from apple from resolution center:
11.11 Details
Your game app includes In-App Purchase products for consumable credits priced over $99.99, Tier 60.
Next Steps
Please revise your app to ensure that a single In-App Purchase product for consumable credits is priced at nothing more than $99.99, Tier 60.
To edit In-App Purchases:
Log in to iTunes Connect
Click on “My Apps”
Select your app
Select In-App Purchases
Click on a Reference Name that is in Developer Action Needed status
Click Edit In-App Purchase Details
Make changes to the Display Detail
Click Save
Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page.
Note: When an In-App Purchase is in the "Developer Action Needed" state, you must make some change to it before it can move to Waiting for Review.
But I don't have any purchases in this state. What i should do?

My first In-App Purchase for an app has been rejected by Apple with the following Notes from App Review:
Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
We have returned your in-app purchase products to you as the required binary was not submitted. When you are ready to submit the binary, please resubmit the in-app purchase products with the binary.

What is the binary to submit?
When I click on my In-App Purchase, the English (U.S.) localization had a red dot beside it, and the App Store Promotion 1024x1024 image had a yellow outline around it. I changed the wording of the Display Name and replaced the 1024x1024 image with a different one, and the In-App Purchase says Waiting for Review afterwards.
What to submit first: in app purhcase or app binary? says it should say "Ready to Upload Binary" and In-app Purchase “ready to submit”, but won't let me submit it says I should be able to add the In-App Purchase in the app submission, but neither of those options are available to me.
Do I submit the app now without adding the In-App Purchase to it? Is the In-App Purchase already automatically included with the app submission from the last submission when I added the In-App Purchase?
There doesn't appear to be stackoverflow post that has current information.
You will need to upload the new binary with new version of the app. While doing so you will get an option to include the In-App Purchases to add along with new version of the app. Select all the In-App Purchases that you want to be reviewed.
My app provides IAP for our users and We already have one product then, which is listed on the "Top In-App purchases" section in iTunes product page. I submitted the latest version which have two new products. The build successfully went live (almost 2 weeks back) and I was able to purchase the new two products as well. Also the iTunes metrics show the purchase of new products from the users. But it is not displayed under "Top In-App purchases". Only the first IAP is listed under that section.
iTunes purchase reports says that my first product has 5 times sales than the new two. Is that the reason new two products are not listed under Top In-App purchases". Can I see the all IAP offered by my app anywhere in the iTunes app product page?
There are 2 possible reasons for new inApp purchase not showing on iTunes under Top inApp purchases.
First reason is if you have recently used inApp purchase it could take some time to show up on the Top inApp purchases section
Second most important reason is that apple support team provided is "The In-App Purchases section of your app’s product page will contain the top In-App Purchases for the app only after a minimum purchase requisite has been reached. If the number of completed In-App Purchases doesn’t exceed the minimum threshold, this area will not appear"
In your case i think your new in App purchases are not enough used so that could be shown on iTunes on your product page.
I hope it will guide you.
I am trying to test In App Purchases on TestFlight but some things are not clear to me.
I have created my In App Purchase Products and their statuses are 'Ready to Submit'. However at the top on the screen it says "Your first In-App Purchase must be submitted with a new app version. Select it from the app’s In-App Purchases section and click Submit."
So when I click on the 'App Store' tab at the top and then under the 'iOS App' subheading I click '1.0 Prepare for submission'. I am taken to the screen where I fill in the App Store information of the App as if I was going to upload the App to the App Store. There are inputs for me to fill in the description, keywords, screenshots, app icon etc. And I also see the section were I can add some In App Purchases which is what I assume is meant by the previous message "Your first In-App Purchase must be submitted with a new app version. Select it from the app’s In-App Purchases section and click Submit." Here I can select my IAP products for my first submission.
My question is this:
1) I don't want to actually put the app on the App Store yet. I just want to test the IAP on TestFlight with my testers. I assume I need to click the "Manually release this version" radio button when I submit the app for review for this to happen? Or am I meant to do this another way?
2) Since I need to fill in the description, screenshots etc, it sounds like the app basically needs to be completed before I can submit it for review. Could I just add some dummy descriptions and screenshots here? Or does the app really need to be in a close-to-finished state JUST to TEST In-App-Purchases?
Thanks for the responses.
For testing In-App Purchase on TestFlight you don't need to submit app.
You have to test In-AppPurchase with sandbox account. For in-app purchase from your app you have to logedin with existing id and set your sandbox account in itunes and purchase.
Create sandbox Account (test user for In-App)
Goto iTunesConnect >> Users and Roles >> Sandbox testers >> add
give this test accounts credentials to all testers for testing IAP or make many testing account.
make sure when you have to submit for review please add your in-App
purchase with the review (from prepare for submission >> Add In-App
purchases).
I've got my game live on the App Store with my shiny brand new in-app purchases.
I had questions on some of them thus I want to change their descriptions. I did on iTunes Connect and now I have those Pending rectangles and when I click on it, it says "Waiting for review" but the "In-App Purchase Details" section's status remains Approved…
Is there a way to submit them for review or is it automatic?
Thanks
To submit your In-App purchases for review, you have to select to submit them for review in your App Details in iTunes Connect.
When you select the option "Ready to Upload Binary," in your details, the option should be somewhere on the page to Submit new in-app purchases, in roughly the same place as submitting new leaderboards, achievements, etc. Turn them on and upload your binary and they will be reviewed.
