Reject Binary button missing (remove this version from review) - ios

The "remove this version from review" button is missing from itunesconnect. I've seen this post: Reject binary with state waiting for review (can't find reject binary button) but unfortunately the banner is nowhere to be found. Did Apple change that somehow and how can I reject it now?
Edit
Here is the screen shot:

I've recently experienced the same issue with iTunes Connect. The blue box didn't appear either on my app's "Versions" tab while it was in "Waiting for Review" status. I emailed Apple, still waiting for a response and had some time to investigate the page's HTML. I found a work around which triggers the reject popup:
Search for "modal for dev reject" in the DOM (it will appear as a comment). Remove the class "ng-hide" from the following DIV.

Check out the source using chrome.
I had to manually hide/unhide the modal:
The key phrase to look up is "showDevRejectModal", and delete the "ng-hide" parameter.

The solution is log out, wait several minutes and log in again.

just wait for some time (~ 30 mins) and it will show up.

Did Apple change...??? So Answer is "NO".
Here is screenshoot of my App that is in waiting for review state. I checked it on both Firefox and Safari.
You can Check This LINK for more clarification
I just saw the screenshoot you added. No doubt in your case this is a problem. I suggest you to consult with the Apple Developer Support Team.

I also experienced this issue. What worked for me is clearing the cache on Safari.

Had the exact same problem. Tried submitting a new build, even waited 24 hours, but nothing helped. I also looked in the iTunes Connect app but the "reject binary" button was missing there also.
Eventually I contacted apple support and this is the answer I got:
"Our tools are optimized for Safari. Please try again with a different web browser and let us know if the issue persists."
I then tried with Safari and everything was fine. Strange thing was, it also worked in Chrome (my primary browser) when I tried it after that.

Why can not add the build version in iTunes connect?

I want to upload the iOS App to Apple Store. And I have upload my code by Xcode 7.
But in the iTunes connect. I can not select my uplaod version because I did not see the "add" button of "build version". Like the following picture.
Did I missing something ? Thanks in advance.
Give it some time, there's definitely a delay. I've experienced delays of up to one hour before I saw the button appear to select a build. If Xcode 7 indicated that the application was successfully submitted, it sounds like you've done everything correct. Just wait a little bit.
We haven't been able to submit the app for review cause Apple's upload process is broken since about 3pm PDT Thursday. I got it to upload but can't release through Testflight or directly to Apple for App store review. Sadly, there isnt much we can do. We're in wait and wait mode.
Found this on the forums

This is what their broken controls webpage looks like :-(

Not able to begin "External Testing"—iTunes Connect resets to "Not available for testing"

I have my external testers setup, my build uploaded and "Ready to test," and when I click "Start testing" on the iTunes Connect "External Testing" page, everything appears to be fine.
However, when I reload the page, my build has been unselected and "Not Available For Testing" has been reselected instead. Also, my testers aren't receiving the email! Any quick advice on this would be terrific, thanks for reading.
(Also, my app is big, over 200 MB. But, I've run betas before with no problem before the iTunes Connect redesign.)
It's ok now. It seems FlightTest service is not work until yesterday, but it's working fine now, you can try again!
BTW, mail naming of the letters have to all lower case, not including any upper case and fill to what to test/app description textfield by your pre-release app.
The issue appears to be resolved. No changes at all on my end, but this time after pressing "Start testing" it actually works. My beta invitations were sent out successfully. (I later heard back from Apple who confirmed it was a problem on their end. Quite good custom support.)
I had same issue, here it goes when it came and how it got resolved,
1 -- It happens when my Apple ID password changed
Then all of sudden, I am keep getting this message, if I tried to download any app from TestFlight account,
To resolve that, I resent the intuition and redeemed again, and problem gone!

iTunesConnect: cannot transfer app because of "You must turn off TestFlight beta testing for the app that you want to transfer"

Below you can see that testing for external testers are turned off:
same for internal testing:
but when I transfer app, one of the criterias are not met:
Why?
I had the exact same issue, resolved by removing all Tester and Build from the TestFlight as discussed above also (!important) remove everything fields at the App Information - Test Information.
For me it was localised test descriptions. Make sure you check that drop down list on the right and clear out info for all languages.
I just solved the transfer issue, you just need to expire your build from tester by following the steps below. and then app will available for transfer..
open your app and click on testflight then click on the icon of your app as shown in below screenshot.
The click on expire build.
Now you can transfer your app :)
I've search for a long time and to me this worked:
Clean all builds inside: My Apps --> App Name --> TestFlight
Go to: Itunes Connect --> Users and Roles --> Tab "TestFlight Beta Testers" and click in the name from another user that isn't you.
Save.
Go back to the App in Itunes Connect: "Itunes Connect --> App Name --> Transfer App" and attempt to transfer again by clicking in "Transfer App".
To me this works. Hope help someone.
i had the same issue i deleted (mark expired) all the versions of app testing version in App TestFlight section and done the trick for me ;) attach is the screen shot of activity.
Another possible reason:
When you delete all test information from TestFlight, make sure you delete it for every language.
In the testinformation page, select every localised language and check if the form is empty.
I struggled with this for an entire day, I tried everything and finally found another workaround:
1) Expire all the builds
2) Delete all testers
3) Clear all the informations in the Testflight tab
4) Delete all langages except the main one
And finally the step which fixed the Testflight criteria for us
5) Create a new app version (no need to submit or even edit it)
now you check transfer.
Good Luck.
I know it's an old question, but it still bugs people to this day.
So the solution here, after you have removed all the testers, and expired all builds, go to TestFlight > Test Information and clear all the fields.
Also make sure you delete any localization you might have there. Give it 5 minutes, after which transfering will be possible.
Not sure if this is going to help,
Check Users and Roles > TestFlight Beta Testers
Do you have a tester who is testing the app that you want to transfer?
I have the exact same issue and I'm currently getting from Apple "our engineering team is still working diligently to have this resolved for you". I have been supplied with a workaround:
Enable TestFlight by adding a tester to a build
Then deactivate the build, by turning off TestFlight beta testing
Attempt to transfer again
unfortunately, I still haven't been able to resolve the issue.
We found that in addition to the other answers here, logging out and logging back in to iTunesConnect allowed us to continue after it was saying TestFlight was still enabled.
I was facing the same issue, going inside tranferring app console multiple times automatically fixed the issue and started showing all criteria as met.
Do the same step as #Imran Iqbal answer, if your app is Sign-in Required, uncheck Sign-in Required also, like:
then, you can transfer app.
I've exactly the same problem and could not solve it. The good news: After contacting Apple, they have confirmed a bug and they're working on a solutions. Apple confirmed also, that many developers ran into this.
Got that workaround from the support (that did not work for me):
1. Enable TestFlight by adding a tester to a build
2. Then deactivate the build, by turning off TestFlight beta testing
3. Attempt to transfer again
It looks like this is being done on purpose for new apps.
Now, A newly created app CANNOT be transferred into an account, until 14 - 21 days have passed.
An expiration period.
First, You must remove all build and user from TestFlight of that app. After its looks like below.
If you still not match last criteria than Sign Out and login again.
Creating new app version did it for me! Thanks!
The tricky solution is to enable testing again, add some tester in. The visit the TestFlight and under test flight users, you will see old active test flight users. Simple delete them.

New iTunes connect interface -- should it IMMEDIATELY be seen on "Prerelease"?

Regarding the insane changes to itunesconnect.
When you successfully upload a build from Xcode,
It seems you have to wait until it appears here..fair enough.
BUT there is confusing information about the prerelease section.
Should it IMMEDIATELY APPEAR on the PRERELEASE area?
Or, do you have to wait, even for it to appear on the "Prerelease" area?
Anyone who actually knows ... THANK YOU.
Some partial information ...
a build submitted at 1606 did appear on the "prerelease" area at 1651.....
(So, 45 minutes later.)
How did I make it happen? Over on Xcode, I took the same archive, and clicked validate, let it process that, and then clicked submit again. Half way through, the "first" one (from 45 minutes ago) did appear as shown here on the "Prerelease" section. I then just clicked to cancel that second upload (I guess it would have been harmless anyway.) Coincidence? I don't know, but it worked.
So now - it's stuck in "prerelease" section! :O
I had the same issue and now I have solved.
The reason for that is that your build is missing something that apple servers is unable to determine.
to solve this, make sure you have included all possible settings needed for your app submission, and make sure you have added at least one of the launch images for every possible resolution, that was my case, I added an launch image for every device and did works.
so, carefully check if you project is missing one of those settings or an image, and try.
thanks
if you have an App that Waiting for Review, the New App that you create and you upload... it will not Appear on +Build until the first App " Approved or Rejected"

How to reject binary from iTunes Connect after redesign (12/09/2014)?

I need to reject my binary so I can re-upload. This was always quite a hidden option on iTunes connect. Now with the re-design, I've looked everywhere and can't find it.
According to Apple's own docs:
To remove your build from review Open the App Details page for the app, as described in To open the App Details page for an app.
On Versions, above the app's metadata, this message appears: "You can
only edit all information while your version is waiting for review. To
submit a new build, you must remove this version from review." Click
"remove this version from review"
See page here
However, I do not see this dialog. It's as though it's been replaced by the App Preview Video section..
Am I missing something? How can I reject it, to re-upload?
In my case I am having this link above version Information section, Try to Refresh or Relogin and see,
As of 11-Sept-2014 - there seems to be no way to do this. Yesterday the message in hemantchittora's solution was possible and so was rejecting the binary from the ITC iOS app, but today neither of those seem possible. I have submitted this exact question to Apple Support.
Update: After waiting a few hours for the build to process the message in hemantchittora's post finally did appear. So it seems you can't reject a build right away but only after it finishes processing. When uploading a new build you have to increase the build number (but not the version number)
