i want to add iOS 6.0 Simulator in Xcode 5 for that i add SDK in my Xcode 5 Content Folder From Xcode 4.5 like as
Xcode 4.5.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDK/iPhoneOS6.0SDKs/
And Copy this SDK Folder in Xcode 5 Folder as
Xcode5.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDK/iPhoneOSSDKs
folder but it is not Display iOS 6.0 In my Xcode 5 Simulator.
Here i not want to Download so please Give me Solution With out

Go to Xcode->Preferences->Downloads
From there you can download iOS 6 simulator.

Copying SDK is just gives a support to that simulator but to view iOS 6.0 simulator in a list (simulator interface), You must have to download it.
Of course it will work for the older OS SDKs, I mean copying older SDKs from older Xcode to newer Xcode SDKs will give you support to create build for older iOS version and it will also supports older OS version APIs, but it will not work for Simulator as you expected.
Try to understand that to copy sdks from Xcode 4.5 will not work for new APIs. This can not be the way you are trying to do.
You must have to follow the regular download way!!
Click on Xcode preferences >> Go to Downloads section
Download simulator from Components section.

How do I add older SDKs to my system?

I am running on MacOS Sierra. I downloaded/upgraded my X Code.
Currently, if I run xcodebuild -showsdks it reveals that I have iOS SDK 10.0.
I need to add support for iOS 9.3. How do I do this?
Do I need to download XCode 7.3?

I need iOS SDK 9.3 specifically -- no version after, because of RubyMotion.
iOS 9.3 is still supported with Xcode 8. There shouldn't be any issues.
For anything less than iOS 8, you will have to download Xcode 7 series.
No need for older Xcode. Just open your project, open projects settings, choose your target and change "General -> Deployment Info -> Deployment Target" to needed value (e.g. 9.3)
Update for your edit: yes, to get older SDK version you need to download older Xcode, unfortunately

iOS 9 not supported by Xcode 6.4

The iOS 9 update is not supported by Xcode 6.4 for testing purpose. is there a workaround to connect my device to Xcode for testing. If not can I roll back my update to ios 8.4.1( previous update ).
There is a way to deploy to iOS 9 devices with Xcode 6.4. I ended up doing this because I of course had updated my phone right away, but I did not quite want to go to Xcode 7 due to Swift 2 and the lack of support by coacoapods, yet.
Here is what I did:
I downloaded Xcode 7, but did not install it.
Instead I browsed inside the dmg file (Show Package Contents on right-click) to /Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport.
I then copied the folder named 9.0 (13A340) into the same location of my current installation of Xcode 6.4.
Lastly I renamed the existing 8.0 (12A365) folder to just 8.0 - I am not sure if this is necessary.
I am now able to deploy to my phone with iOS9 from Xcode 6.4.

You've hit the nail on the head. iOS 9 is not supported in versions of Xcode earlier than iOS 7. Just update to continue developing.
This worked for me to allow me to test my app that was built against the iOS8 SDK (on XCode 6.4) on a physical iOS9 device.
Rename XCode to Xcode 6.4 in the Applications folder
Install Xcode 7 from the downloaded DMG (don't update from the AppStore)
Open XCode 7 and build a test project (it can be an empty iOS9 app) and run it on your physical iOS9 device
Close Xcode 7 and open XCode 6.4
Build your app against the iOS8 SDK and debug on the physical iOS9 device
It seems like debugging on XCode 7 first updates something on the device and then XCode 6.4 can debug properly.
(This is useful for example, if you don't want to migrate your Swift 1.2 code to 2.0 yet)

iOS 9 not supported on Xcode 6.3

I downloaded the iOS 9 beta for the iPhone 5s and wanted to test an application that I have finished but now it says that my iPhone is an ineligible device. Is there a way I can still run apps on my iPhone without downloading the Xcode 7 beta?
You can RUN App on iOS 9 device using Xcode 6, But firstly you need to build your app on XCode 7, after that it will support on XCode 6.
I dont know the reason.

Build the project on Xcode 7 while Xcode 6 is opened on the same

Disconnect the device and reconnect it.(Now u can run ur app on XCode6, It may take little time to load device)
When i have checked iOS9 with Xcode6, Bugs are very less.
So i have plan to support iOS9 with XCode6 for quick release. Later i will do for XCode7.
You can build to an iOS 9.0 or 9.1 beta device from Xcode 6.4, not out of the box though.
Download Xcode 7.0 and/or Xcode 7.1 beta dmg, and copy the
Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/9.0 (13A340)
from Xcode 7.0 or:
.../9.1 (13B5110e)
from Xcode 7.1 beta folders to corresponding folder in your Xcode 6.x.
After restarting Xcode iOS 9.0/9.1 devices will no longer be marked an ineligible.
If you installed iOS 9 beta onto your iPhone, then you cannot develop on it without Xcode 7.
However, this is not a completely terrible thing; you can readily have both Xcode 7 and Xcode 6 on the same computer.

Install the latest XCode. Keep both versions on your Mac. Give Keep Both when installing the new XCode and do not give Replace present XCode during the installation.
Go to application, right click XCode --> show package contents. Copy the latest version from the path:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport
and copy to the Xcode you are currently working in the same path. Find the screen shots below and start working.

Don't need build your project at Xcode 7.0, just open and select your device, after that, open your Xcode 6.4 and your device will automatically update the necessary things to build app by Xcode 6.4

Build for Ad-Hoc Distribution
Connect the device
Open Itunes, Select the device,
Select Apps, Drag and drop the .ipa file generated in step 2 to itunes
Press install

No, you have to download Xcode 7 beta since tools like the compiler and debugger are part of the IDE.
As stated on Apple Developer Website (here), Xcode 7 Beta has the Swift 2 compiler and SDK for iOS 9. My guess is, your current Xcode doesn't know how to compile for iOS 9 SDK.
However, Apple doesn't specifically mention Xcode 7 as a requirement. It states that OS X Yosemite or later is required.
I don't think you can specifically download an SDK that isn't supported inside Xcode. For example, you can go to Xcode -> Preferences -> Downloads and under Components you may see the iOS 9 Simulator.
If you go to the iOS 9 SDK and download it, it seems to only download the device OS and not the entire SDK.
In conclusion, I believe that the SDK "kit" is integrated with Xcode 7 that would allow you to develop on your iOS 9 Device. Without upgrading, I don't see you being able to do that. I could be wrong though.

Yes.
1. First download 7.1 SDK - XCode6Beta > Preferences > Downloads > iOS 7.1 Simulator.
Note: XCode6-Beta can co-exist with regular XCode (XCode 5.x). But when you download iOS 7.1 Simulator, it actually gets downloaded into XCode 5's path!! (probably a bug).
Open XCode5's SDKs folder..
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs
Open XCode6-beta's SDKs folder..
/Applications/Xcode6-Beta.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs
Copy iPhoneOS7.1.sdk from XCode5's to XCode6-Beta's SDK folder.
Restart XCode6-beta
Now if you go to Project's Build Settings, Base SDK, you will see 7.1 along with 8.0.

I'm using XCode6 and SDK version 8 regularly now, but I had to compile an app with version 7 of SDK, because version 8 was causing a lot of problems on devices with iOS8 installed, while in devices with iOS7 installed everything was running fine.. (!!)
I then:
went to XCode Downloads
browsed through some pages in order to get the latest XCode 5 version and downloaded it
opened the DMG with Image Mounter
rightclicked XCode icon and selected "Show package contents"
browsed Finder through Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/
copied iPhoneOS7.sdk and pasted it to /Applications/XCode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/
restart XCode
now you can select SDK 7.1 as the one to use in your project
this has immediately solved all of my issues with the app
From the command line, you can copy the 7.1 SDK from the current Xcode distribution to the Xcode 6 Beta distribution like this:
cp -r /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS7.1.sdk /Applications/Xcode6-Beta5.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/
The example above will recursively copy the contents of the iPhoneOS7.1.sdk folder to the appropriate destination for Xcode6-Beta5 . Copying the SDK to Xcode6-Beta6 would require adjusting the command line to point to the Xcode6-Beta6.app folder.
So we had a very similar issue, our goal was to debug an issue that only appears on iOS 8 (with an app built in xCode 5 on the iOS 7.1 SDK). We were trying to use xCode 6, but found it too unstable, and then decided to go back to xCode 5 and debug using UIAlertNotifications (as we could previously not connect our iOS 8 device to xCode 5)
After connecting our iOS 8 device to xCode 6, when we re-opened xCode 5, our iOS 8 device was recognized and we were able to debug using NSLog statements (break points still caused our app to crash - making it apparent that the issues related to break points are with iOS 8 rather than xCode 6 as others have suggested)

Compiling legacy code using iOS 7 SDK breaks app

I have a developed application and the code is compiled using Xcode 4.6 and executes on iPhone with IOS version 6.1.3 . That's all OK.
Now I am requested to test it on the iOs 7.0 or later version . Then I upgrade all needed stuff , including xcode, mac OS version ,etc. (I have to upgrade them because the original version of xcode complains of the failure that it can not compile and debug on ios7.0)....
When I try to build the code using the latest combined versions and run on ios7.0, the application is dysfunctional and the problems are mainly related to GUI-related.
But the application with xcode 4.6 built can normally run on IOS 7.0.3 phone. So I think it is feasible for the legacy code/SDK to run on ios 7.0.3. Currently, I don't have plan to upgrade the code to optimize for ios7.
So My question is : How can I test/debug this application on iOS 7 or later ?

If i am not getting wrong understanding from your question...And what you want is this..
You don't want to build your application using iOS 7 base sdk (You were using iOS 6 base sdk on xcode 4.6).
But you want to use latest xcode with old SDK 6.1 etc and test apps on iOS 7 Devices/Simulators
Here is solution...
You just need to copy 6.1 SDK(or older) from your old xCode(4.6) to latest xcode(5.x) sdk folder and set base sdk to 6.1 SDK(or older one) in project setting.
This will let you run your app on devices with iOS 6.x or lower as they were running before also lets you test your app on iOS 7 devices without compiling with latest iOS 7 SDK.
To achieve this..
1. click on your xcode4.6 -> show package content , go to path
/Applications/Xcode_4.6.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer
This is where you will see older SDK you were using (6.1 etc). Now open same path for latest xcode 5.x and copy SDKs from old xCode path to new xCode path. OR Download it from Xcode preference -> Downloads.
2. Now go to project setting and set base sdk as iOS 6.x SDK
You can use Wireless AdHoc Distribution or simply build the IPA and install it through iTunes. Debugging it, however, is a bit more complicated. You will have to launch Instruments on its own and choose the already running process on the device.
