Webmaster Tools doesn't like my page set pattern - asp.net-mvc

I'm trying to use the highlighting feature on Webmaster tools. I got done filling it out for my page, but when I go and try to create the page set, it doesn't find any files matching the pattern.
The default pattern that google chose is:
http://www.example.com/*/*/*/*
That's not good enough because that's everything on my site.
What I want is this:
http://www.example.com/Team/Schedule/*/*
It can't find this. The first asterisk is just the id, and the second * is the name associated with that id.
I tried adding this:
http://www.example.com/Team/Schedule/*
It can't find anything here either.
This DOES work
http://www.example.com/Team/*/*/*
So, why doesn't the pattern that I want get recognized? I've even tried copying and pasting in the "Team/Schedule" portion to make I didn't misspell, but that still doesn't work.

This was a result of Google containing an old cached version of my page structures. I had just recently updated the structure, and Google had not re-crawled to get those changes.

Change structure of automaticly generated urls in prestashop

I have this website of my client made by someone in prestashop which has search input, and after searching for an item it will display a list of matching products, each linking to its page with a url looking like this:
www.website.com/category/full-product-name.html?search_query=search_phrase&results=2
Where a regular url of the product page looks like this:
www.website.com/category/full-product-name.html
The problem is now the google indexes the duplicated urls as separate pages.
I've never worked with prestashop before but I've looked into the template files and found something what I'd assume is file responsible for generating the content with line responsible for the link looking like this:
<a class="product_img_link" href="{$product.link|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}" title="{$product.name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}" itemprop="url">
Now as I don't know much about prestashop I don't want to blindly change stuff. How could I change it to have the links from the search results have the same structure as the normal product page urls?
Well I don't know what's the point of allowing search engines indexing search pages but the problem is here. For whatever reason the developers decided to include query string into search result links.
You can create an override of search controller (or custom search module would be even better) and throw that line out and you should have normal product links.

Google Drive queryForFilesList not returning any results

I'm currently having issues with the iOS Google Drive SDK. I'm using GTLQueryDrive queryForFilesList to search for a file in my Google Drive. All the files I want have a path in the format directory-name/file-name. Since the SDK/API doesn't allow searching for files using a full path, I'm using the following query to ultimately get it's downloadUrl. I'm using a query in the following format:
((title = 'directory-name') AND ('root' in parents) AND (mimeType = 'application/vnd.google-apps.folder')) OR
((title = 'file-name') AND (not 'root' in parents) AND (mimeType != 'application/vnd.google-apps.folder'))
The first line is meant to find all directories in the root directory whose name matches mine, and the second line should match all files with the same name. This should return the directory i'm looking for, the file i'm looking for, and maybe some other stuff (e.g. files with the same name in other directories). I have some code to figure out which file is the correct one.
The problem I'm having is that sometimes I get no results from the query. This generally happens after I rename the file, and rename it back, or other things like that. The weird part is that if I run either of the two lines of the query independently, it returns correctly, but together they don't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I would gladly provide more information if required.
And yes, I'm using the kGTLAuthScopeDrive scope.
The ideal solution would be if I could just search using a full path, so if there's a way to do this, then I'm not aware.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get this to work. And also unfortunately, Google does not provide an API to query for a full path. So I resorted to iterating over the path to get the directory IDs, and then when I get to the file, get its ID and download it. How to dynamically generate url for image map in Oracle ApEx?

The scenario:
I have an ApEx page which pulls a record from a table. The record contains an id, the name of the chart (actually a filename) and the code for an image map as an NVARCHAR2 column called image_map.
When I render the page I have an embedded HTML region which pulls the image in using the #WORKSPACE_IMAGES#&P19_IMAGE. substitution as the src for the image.
Each chart has hot spots (defined in the image_map html markup) which point to other charts on the same ApEx page. I need to embed the:
Application ID (like &APP_ID.)
Session (like &APP_SESSION.)
My problem:
When I try to load the &APP_ID as part of the source into the database it pre-parses it and plugs in the value for the ApEx development app (e.g. 4500) instead of the actual target application (118).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In case someone else is trying to do this, the workaround I ended up using was to have a javascript run and replace some custom replacement flags in the urls. The script is embedded in the template of the page and assigns the APEX magic fields to local variables, e.g.:
var my_app_id = '&APP_ID';
Not pretty, but it works...
Ok - I think I've left this open long enough... In the event that anyone else is trying to (mis)use apex in a similar way, it seems like the "apex way" is to use dynamic actions (which seem stable from 4.1.x) and then you can do your dynamic replace from there rather than embedding js in the page(s) themselves.
This seems to be the most maintainable, so I'll mark this as the answer - but if someone else has a better idea, I'm open to education!
I found it difficult to set a dynamic URL on a link to another page - directly - attempting to include the full URL as an individual link target doesn't work, at least in my simplistic world, I'm not an expert (as AJ said: any wisdom appreciated).
Instead, I set individual components of the url via the link, and a 'Before Header' PL/SQL process on the targeted page to combine the elements into a full url and assign it to the full url page-item:

This is Apex 5.1 btw, I don't know if some of these options are new in this release.

Is there a best method to evaluate URL variables to determine the appropriate page?

I am using ColdFusion 9.0.1.
I have a new web site that uses Bikes.cfm and Makers.cfm as template pages. I need to be able to pass BikeID and MakerID to both of the these pages, along with other variables. I don't want to use the Actual page name in the URL, such as this:
MyDomain.com/Bikes.cfm?BikeID=1234&MakerID=1234
I want my URL to look more like this:
MyDomain.com/?BikeID=1234&MakerID=1234
I need to NOT specify the page name in the URL.
I want these two URLs to access different data:
MyDomain.com/?BikeID=1234&MakerID=1234 // goes to bike page
MyDomain.com/?MakerID=1234&BikeID=1234 // goes to maker page
So, if BikeID appears in the URL before MakerID, go to the Bikes.cfm page. If MakerID appears before BikeID, go the Makers.cfm page.
Is there an easy and existing method to arrange the URL keys in such a way to have them point to the appropriate page?
Should I just parse the the URL as a list and determine the first ID and go to the appropriate page? Is there a better way?
Any thoughts or hints or ideas would be appreciated.
UPDATE -- It certainly appears that using the order of parameters in a URL is a bad idea for the following reasons:
1) many programs append variables to the URL
2) some programs may reorder the variables
3) GoogleBot may not consider order relevant and will most likely not index the site correctly.

How does a website highlight search terms you used in the search engine?

I've seen some websites highlight the search engine keywords you used, to reach the page. (such as the keywords you typed in the Google search listing)
How does it know what keywords you typed in the search engine? Does it examine the referrer HTTP header or something? Any available scripts that can do this? It might be server-side or JavaScript, I'm not sure.
This can be done either server-side or client-side. The search keywords are determined by looking at the HTTP Referer (sic) header. In JavaScript you can look at document.referrer.
Once you have the referrer, you check to see if it's a search engine results page you know about, and then parse out the search terms.
For example, Google's search results have URLs that look like this:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=programming+questions
The q query parameter is the search query, so you'd want to pull that out and un-URL-escape it, resulting in:
programming questions
Then you can search for the terms on your page and highlight them as necessary. If you're doing this server side-you'd modify the HTML before sending it to the client. If you're doing it client-side you'd manipulate the DOM.
There are existing libraries that can do this for you, like this one.
Realizing this is probably too late to make any difference...
Please, I beg you -- find out how to accomplish this and then never do it. As a web user, I find it intensely annoying (and distracting) when I come across a site that does this automatically. Most of the time it just ends up highlighting every other word on the page. If I need assistance finding a certain word within a page, my browser has a much more appropriate "find" function built right in, which I can use or not use at will, rather than having to reload the whole page to get it to go away when I don't want it (which is the vast majority of the time).
