My numpad of keyboard is not working in any way. I have tried several times by switching different key boards and switching among USB ports.
After Watching your question there could be two possibilities:
Case 1:
Your port isn't working properly. Have you tried switching keyboard to any other CPU?
If working.
then your port is malfunctioning.
If not working.
there could be fault in Keyboard.
Case 2:
May be you were accessing your mouse keys through Keyboard Numpad so that it behaves like mouse to undo it and make it work follow following steps:
Start-> Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Change how your keyboard works -> uncheck TURN ON MOUSE KEY
after following above steps it will work for sure.
There's a key which turns on/off the Numpad. If it's still not working, smash your keyboard and get a new one (a decent keyboard with a Numpad).
Switching USB ports won't solve this issue. If you plug the keyboard in a USB port and the alphanumeric keys are working and you still have a problem with the Numpad, then the problem isn't related to the USB port.

I try to connect the iPhone X app - Live Link Face with UE4 but I have a problem. I connect everything from the tutorial and from Epic docs but still have a problem. Live link subject name doesn't recognize my iPhone device. I put the IP address from my pc in-app but noting.
I'm using Windows 10, Face AR SAMPLE - default project from Epic Games - Learn category for Live Link Face app.
I was encountered the same problem in windows 10 until I changed my network profile from "Public" -> "Private" and then live link recognized my iPhone all in sudden!
I just got it to work after trying for like 5 hours, haha
Here are some things that helped:
-Windows 10 turning Firewalls off
-Public connection --> Private
-the IP address on my phone was slightly different than the one on my computer, even though both were on the same Wifi connection. On my phone/Livelink app, I entered in the IP address of my computer.
-on my computer /Unreal, go into Edit>Project Settings>UDP Messaging and then enter in the same IP address under "Unicast Endpoint" with :0 at the end
I also tried adding in :11111, i cant remember which worked haha
good luck!
I turned off the firewall on the private network

When I connect my iPhone cable to MacBookPro it is showing a USB Accessories Disabled error, citing that it is drawing too much power. I have reset SMC, which does not solve the issue. Any help will be appreciated.
Change your cable. Try to use the original cable from Apple. Hopefully this will work, but if not, then you will unfortunately have to go to the Apple store. It should be around 200 to 300 pounds to repair. Respond, if this works and make sure to look around the Internet before going to the shop. I am 99 percent sure that there should be a solution to fix this before going to the Apple store.

Update:
Based on down votes I got, I decided to explain why I am asking this question.
I am writing a C# application that use the default printer.
The problem is when printing in Windows 10 through my application, the default printer is not returned as expected.
After some research, I found that it is a new feature developed by Microsoft: the last printer used for print is being the default one. However, that it is possible to turn this feature off.
Now, back to the original post:
I have Windows 10 installed and I am trying to turn off the "Let Windows manage my default printer" but I cannot find this option.
According to this answer, I tried to turn it off through regedit but the instance of LegacyDefaultPrinterMode is also not there.
Any idea why I cannot find turn off option?
Is there any other alternative to turn this flag off?
How to disable automatic default printer manager
1- Use the Windows Key + I keyboard shortcut to open Settings.
2- Navigate to Devices, then go to Printers & scanners, and disable the Let Windows manage my default printer.

I want to use the port 12345 for hosting a server for an application I have, however the port is already in use by another program.
I have already tried:
netstat -anb
However, none of the programs listed use this port. Doing some research online I found out that Trend Micro Security uses this port. though I used to have this Anti-Virus software installed on my computer, I have long ago switched to Norton, and am still not able to use this port.
I use netgear, and have no problems using other ports.
Any help will be appreciated.
Mona.
NetGear has been known to have problems with port 12345. Try calling their support.
Belkin and Dlink work fine. So if possible, try changing your router to see if the problem goes away. If yes, then it is a router issue. If not, then contact your ISP since they block 12345 as well.

I'm not sure if this question belongs on Stackoverflow, but I couldn't find anything close to answering it.
I'm teaching a class of students how to code in Objective-C. At the start it was relatively easy to go through the exercises (hello world, etc) However, as they learn more increasingly difficult concepts, it's becoming difficult for me too to teach.
Are there any tools on OSX that allow me to split the screen between Xcode and my own notes, or just make it easier for me to juggle teaching and writing code at the same time?
I am assuming that you want to project XCode for student to see and keep the notes on your screen. Following steps will allow you to do that (in Mountain Lion, instructions are different if you are using Mavericks but same concept):
Open System Preference->Display->Arrangement
Disable "Mirror Display". This window will now show you two displays, one for your mac and one for the projector.
Drag the XCode window to the secondary display for student to see.

Cinch -

Those are just too options of many "split screen" solutions you can find for OSX.
My teacher used a projector as a 2nd monitor and then just showed us Xcode. If he needed to show us something from a powerpoint or other documentation, he could simply drag it over to the 2nd monitor.
