and no longer accepted by apple.

"This device isn‘t eligible for the requested build" while trying to install iOS 9.2 beta 4

I'm trying to install iOS 9.2 beta 4 on my iPad, but I'm getting the The iPad 'Carl's iPad' could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build error. I followed the Apple support article, but with no results.
Before trying to install iOS 9.2, I registered the device's UDID in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, as instructed in Apple's guide. I then launched the most recent version of iTunes (12.3.1.23), clicked option + Restore iPad..., and chose the correct file (iPad3,3_9.2_13C75_Restore.ipsw).
The iPad is the 3rd generation iPad (A1430, Wi-Fi + Cellular).
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I had the same issue and found the answer on the Apple dev forum.
The trick is to download and install beta 3 first and then update OTA (within Settings on the device) to beta 4. Beta 3 isn't listed on the Apple site, the URL can easily constructed based on the beta 4 file name. The build number of Beta 3 is 13C71. For example, the link to the iPod touch image is:
adcdownload.apple.com/iOS/iOS_9.2_beta_3/iOS_9.2_beta_3__iPod_touch_5th_generation__13C71.zip
Seems to be an issue with the iOS Provisioning/Licensing servers due to which the beta is not signed at the moment. I am getting the same issue trying to install the beta on an iPad Air 2.

Invalid segment Alignment. Windows 8

i am using windows 8.0, adobe flash professional CC and AIR SDK 14 to develop my app.
I am submitting my ipa file to appstore through application loader.
i got an error message
ERROR ITMS-9000:"Inavalid segment alignment. this app does not have proper segment alignment and should be rebuilt with the latest version of Xcode Please contact Developer Technical Support if you need further assistence."
There is a solution for mac users https://forums.adobe.com/message/6763023#6763023
But how to solve this issue on windows PC.
Please update your AIR SDK and re-compile it again.
Here is the link http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html. Select your version.
Actual version is 15.0.0.302 from the Labs. It contain a lot of iOS8 fixes.
Waiting for Adobe to resolve this issue too...seems like the air linker in air 15 is outdated

ERROR ITMS-9000 when uploading my Flash Pro CC Adobe AIR iPad app to iTunesConnect

I have developed an iPad app using Flash Pro CC. My client has both an Apple iOS Dev license and an Apple iOS Enterprise Dev license. I have successfully packaged and installed the app using the Enterprise license. Now I am attempting to use their iOS Dev license to upload the app to the App store. Every time, I get the same error. Here's the summary at the bottom of the documentation:
1 package(s) were not uploaded because they had problems:
/var/folders/t1/f88tpcl88xl5f6008k8yjrkh0000gp/T/845653951.itmsp - Error Messages:

ERROR ITMS-9000: "Unsupported Architectures. Your executable contains unsupported architectures '[cputype (12) cpusubtype (9)]'." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
Could not start delivery: all transports failed diagnostics
I am not sure what "unsupported architectures '[cputype (12) cpusubtype (9)]'" means or how to fix it. Could this have to do with third party libraries like Caurina Tweener or GreenSock?
I'm on a MacBook Pro 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 running Mac OS X 10.9.2. I'm attempting to upload using Application Loader Version 2.9.1 (441)
I have updated my OS to the latest version. I have updated Application Loader to the latest version. I have downloaded and installed the latest Apache Flex SDK (4.12.0) and linked it in my Flash Pro CC Compiler preferences. I have downloaded and installed AIR 4.0.0.1628 and AIR Beta 13.0.0.64 and compiled an .ipa using each version of AIR and each one gave me the same error.
I'm reaching the end of my rope here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I am not really sure, because my last upload of an IOS app had been in January 2014. But I think this might have something to do with an email I have received from Apple.
Here is the relevant part of the message:
"Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK."
I don't know, if I have understood this right. But I would say, they don't accept apps built with Flash any more. I hope I'm wrong, because it would be time-consuming to learn to handle new tools.
I finally got the thing uploaded.
The problem, it seems, is that I had not updated Xcode to the latest version. I'd updated Application Loader and my AIR SDK, but it seems that some of Xcode's resources must be used in the packaging of the ipa file by Flash CC's iOS packager. Updating Xcode rendered an ipa file that Application Loader was successfully able to upload.

Can not upload ipa to appstore using IntelliJ IDEA

Maybe somebody can help me to solve my problem. I am using IntelliJ IDEA for developing adobe flash/air apps for a year without problems. But now I notice problem uploading ipa. Application Loader tells me:
Apple's web service operation was not successful
Unable to authenticate the package 775818462.itmsp
ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
I am using IntelliJ IDEA (Cardea) IU 133.609 for Windows. Any IDEA? :)
Thanks, Michal
I tried to find more information about this issue. The main change is that Apple announced "Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK." In response to this change, the Adobe AIR team fixed the AIR SDK. You can see more here. Solution is to download latest Flex SDK and AIR.

Error delivering iOS App update. "This bundle is invalid. Apple is not currently accepting applications built with this version of the SDK."

I reticently delivered an app to the iOS App store on 1/24/2014. It's an iO7/iPhone only app and everything was delivered correctly. As of yesterday my app was approved and it is currently visible in the App Store.
I put together a small update and am currently working on getting it delivered using Application Loader.
However, now when I upload my production IPA it gets rejected due to what seems like a sdk error.

I'm struggling to figure out what has changed since I am building with the same SDK as I did last weekend.
From the February 1st you can use only XCode 5.X and iOS7 SDK to create apps for the AppStore. Double check that you compiled your app with the correct XCode/SDK.

I was hoping your suggestion works but I got the error despite using Air 4.0 SDK. I didn't get this error when I uploaded it to the App Store a few days ago (I was already using Air 4.0 then). Does it really mean that Apple has limited development to using Xcode?
EDIT:
Updating to Air 4.0 SDK does work! But make sure what you have is Air 4.0 SDK for Flex Developers
For Flex users with the same error message: you have to download the AIR 4.0 SDK beta from Adobe Lab:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html
(for me, it was SDK for Flex, Mac)
Then extract it (sudo tar jxvf air4-0_sdk_sa_mac.tbz2) and overlay it with the Flex SDK as explain in:
http://www.247sw.ca/installing-flash-builder-4-7-and-air-3-5-for-windows-and-mac
Publishing to the AppStore is OK after that.
I was facing the same issue, i updated the Air 4.0 SDK, and it works fine! Make sure to update Air 4.0 SDK for Flex Developers. Please set xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/14.0" inside --app.xml configuration file.
You can download the latest sdk from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html.
I ran into the same issue, however in my case, the reason was because I had the latest Xcode beta for iOS 8 on my computer. Event I built from Xcode 5.1.1 GUI, the beta compiler was picked. Had to move beta to trash first to make a build for the store.
