We are creating metadata for breeze by hand to support DTO objects. I found the metadata schema reference on the breeze website, but in the example, it gives the metadata version as version 1.0.2.
That raises the question: how do I get the most recent version of the metadata schema? Has the schema changed since version 1.0.2.
Should I be using a different means of creating my metadata?
You can find the latest metadata schema here. There has been changes to the schema since 1.0.2 but the domain-specific language to create breeze client metadata by hand hasn't changed since it was first introduced in version 1.4.4. We're currently on version 1.4.12.
Hope this helps.

I have an application which loads some external data based on gremlin.
I want to use it to load the data into a Neo4j database.
I saw that there was partial support for gremlin in previous versions but couldn't find any solution for latest version.
I'll be happy to hear if it is still possible and how can it be done.
At this point, TinkerPop expects to support 3.4.11 in its future 3.5.0 release (here) which is yet several months away. For TinkerPop to support 4.0 it would need a fresh release of the neo4j-tinkerpop-api-impl to be released with that version. It seems an issue has been created for that here.
When trying to create model with entity frameowrk database first method, the entity data model wizard crashes. I am trying to connect to oracle database.
Oracle.ManagedDataAccess version :19.6
Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.EntityFramework version : 19.6
ODAC Version 18.3
Entity Framework Version:6.0
Image has been attached for refernce. Process after process mentioned in the image is crashing.
The rule still applies today. ODT Version must match the version of oracle.manageddataaccess and oracle.manageddataacess.entityframework obtained by nuget. It is very tempting to update thru nuget to a later version, but ODT will than crash.
I often have a parallel project to generate my code first model and than copy the files to my model project.
I'm using:
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 5, NET.Framework 4.6.1
It was happening the same error in my project, I was tryng to use EnityFramework and Oracle Manage Data Access most recent versions. When downgrade the fallowing versions. It start to working without any errors
Versions that worked for me:
EntityFramework 6.1.3
Oracle.ManagedDataAcces 12.2.20230118
Oracle.ManagedDataAcces.EntityFramework 12.2.20230118
The EntityFramework 6.4.4 worked to... But every time I try to scaffold a Entity from the database, It autommatically downgrade to version 6.1.3
I understand that was possible in previous versions, and I also understand that version 4.0.0 is a total redesign towards a server-first approach, but nowhere in the documentation it is said whether embedded mode is supported.
4.0.0.RELEASE is server only. Embedded support will be available in a future release.
Which version of the neo4j plugin should I be using with grails?
The official grails site claims that version 2.0.0-M02 is the latest, but the associated documentation is from version 1.x. Is there later documentation? Has much changed?
I'm interested in particular in how the node structure has been changed to represent the domain model. Is it now the case that labels are being used instead of SUBREFERENCE nodes now?
I'm wondering if there's a site where I can download older versions of the Advantage Database Server and the Advantage Database Architect.
On this site only the newest version is avaialable.
Unfortunately, the new versions are often unstable or bring in new bugs, and so you are forced to downgrade to an older version.
Latest example: I just upgraded from Data Architect 10.10.0.6 to 10.10.0.17 and it wasn't possible anymore to create or modify triggers.
