The company I work for is busy in developing an enterprise app for both iOS and Android platform. The problem we've run into is that on the iOS app store, the name we need is already taken. So before we start experimenting with other options for the app name, we want to approach the developer and make him an offer for the name/or app, seeing as it seems like an inactive app with very low downloads.
Is this something worth looking at? Is this even a plausible option to explore?
Yes, there is an option to solve your problem.
You can buy that app by contacting the developer, and then you can change the entire setup.
The developer can transfer the app from his/her account to your company's/your account.

fix issue
I get this problem when I try to "fix issue" in Xcode. I'm not using a developer's account but am following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjcUbyTvslA to install Pokemon GO Anywhere on my iPhone without jailbreak. What should I do to fix this?
I would not recommend this at all. Apps that aren't downloaded through trusted means (ex. App Store) can contain viruses and many other bad stuff. But you need a developers account to install Xcode apps on your phone.

I submitted an iOS App that has been approved and is ready for release. However I found out a bug that I fixed and hence I haven't published the previously submitted App.
Now I would like to re-sumbit it via AppLoader. Is it possible to do so or do I need to do something on iTunes Connect first?
Login to your iTunesConnect account.
Click the link to your app.

I wrote one bad selling app. Since the revenue does not even cover the iOS Dev account, I thought about not prolonging it. What would then happen to my app and the sales I have in future?
If you do not renew your iOS developer account then your app will be removed from sale once the account expires.
Your app will not be available for purchase any longer, but beware that it will still appear in the App Store with the information and screenshots that you have provided.

I developed an iPad book-app, made of several slides, but unfortunately Apple rejected it because it shows screenshots of their trademarks.
Now, what should I do? I don't think I'll find a good solution in the Resolution Center.
Which are in your opinion the markets where I can publish these slides? Lulu? Kindle (but they are with colors)? A PayPal button and a website?
You could really easily edit out the trademarks in the photos and resubmit.
You can start by putting it on the Cydia store. It's not great, but your app is ready anyway.
