My app has several images and the app size on the store is 128 MB. I'm looking for a way to shrink the size of the app. Are there any suggestions for PNG optimization tools?
There are many Online tool available such as https://tinypng.com/, you can use them.

What size and that names I need to use in ios7? I s there any guid for this part of development?
If developing on XCode>5.0 use .xcassets file. It is normally in your file directory under images.xcassets.

I need to integrate the pdf reader in my application, In that I need to add sticky notes and highlighting the text I have gone through examples like fast pdf kit and iannotate pdf, But it is very expensive for me to go with it.
