I want to sending bulk SMS with Twilio is this possible with Twilio exists API. I have searching few hours with google, but can't find acceptable answers. So, I decide to asking at here. Thanks in advance.

SMS and MMS Quickstart Tutorial
This sample is using a dictionary to send messages to group of people, see at following sample code in above link.
// make an associative array of people we know, indexed by phone number
var people = new Dictionary<string,string>() {
{"+14158675309","Curious George"},
{"+14158675310","Boots"},
{"+14158675311","Virgil"}
};
More Over as You have mentioned BULK Messaging I would like you to have a look at their policy of Do's and Dont's also at this link
and look for section Sending mass marketing or bulk messaging using Twilio long code phone numbers
Have a look at
REST API: Short Codes
REST API: Messages

Yes and no, yes you can send 'batch' MMS by iterating thru a list of numbers you want to send to, but if you plan on sending a lot, you are going to want to lease a short-code (for about $1000/month) in order to qualify for the higher sending limits.
With a regular number you can send at most one message per second. With a shortcode, you can up that to 30 messages per second.
You might be able to get away with low-level 'bulk' sms on a regular twilio number, but don't be surprised if you get shut down if you are spamming or violating the terms of use (see Boosters post above for the link).

How to create telegram poll using google sheet in less time

I have questions and options in a google sheet that I wanted to convert in telegram poll. Is there any way to do this task without manual method
You could build a small bot that uses the Google Sheet's API to read each question and its answers.
From there, and for each question you can utilise the Telegram bot to send each question as a message to a Telegram channel where you can have people participate.
As long as the Google Sheet document is in a format which you can parse into questions and answers then this approach should work perfectly.

Due to budget constraint, we are currently using Twilio ten digit number for SMS. We would like to capture "help" keyword when user texts us but appears that Twilio reserves that word and send back to user as "Reply STOP to unsubscribe...". The "help" word never make it back to our application.
Is there a way to resolve that?
Thanks for your help!
You can use Twilio Copilot (Messaging) service along with Advanced Opt-out which will allows you to customize the HELP response.
Getting Started with Advanced Opt-Out for Messaging Services
Customizing Users’ Opt-in and Opt-out Experience with Advanced Opt-Out
Twilio includes an OptOutType property in the request object sent to
the webhook URL configured for your Messaging Service. The value is
START, STOP, or HELP, depending on the incoming keyword.

Is there any solution to protect google analytics from receiving fake information from Spammers ? The problem is anybody can send information by knowing tracking id.
I found the following solution, filter domain. But that's for web and how to implement for mobile app ?
https://blog.kissmetrics.com/protect-analytics-from-hacking/
Thanks
Visible Tracking ID
On a website you can right click, Show source but you can't on a mobile application. Therefore your trying ID can't be find from your clients application. Nonetheless, if your code is pushed to a public repository (Github for example) robots may find it.
Random spammers
Even if your trackingID is kept secret you'll have some bot spamming your account randomly (they try every possible tracking ID). Google added a tool to prevent this: go to Admin > View > View settings > turn on Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders. Then Google will automatically filter hits from the known fake domains.
Hostname security hack
Even with Google's automatic filter you may still see some spam. This can be fixed with what they explain in the link you provided.
In your article they create a custom dimension and use it to filter real data from spam data. You can also use this with your mobile application, the thing is, it does not need to be a host name it just need to be a string only known by you, its sort of a new secret added to your tracking ID (which should already be secret).
This works because bots can handle the try of every trackingID but they can't try every custom dimension with every possible value, it's too much work for them.

I need to know, how we can get pricing list for any valid particular movie. Like in iTunes there are many movies app, which gives pricing for all website for live streaming. How to retrieve that list of pricing.
If I understand your question correctly, you are looking to get iTunes Store Movie Metadata, which include pricing. You can use iTunes Store Search API, which also returns iTunes pricing.
https://itunes.apple.com/search?term=ventura&media=movie
This API call will return JSON response with the following data:
{"wrapperType":"track", "kind":"feature-movie", "trackId":271495352, "artistName":"Steve Oedekerk", "trackName":"Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls", "trackCensoredName":"Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls", "trackViewUrl":"https://itunes.apple.com/us/movie/ace-ventura-when-nature-calls/id271495352?uo=4", "previewUrl":"http://a1567.v.phobos.apple.com/us/r1000/035/Video/39/3b/c3/mzm.idnfqvpl..720w.h264lc.D2.p.m4v", "artworkUrl30":"http://a5.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Video/61/32/8b/mzl.vpqgqzrg.30x30-50.jpg", "artworkUrl60":"http://a2.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Video/61/32/8b/mzl.vpqgqzrg.60x60-50.jpg", "artworkUrl100":"http://a5.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Video/61/32/8b/mzl.vpqgqzrg.100x100-75.jpg", "collectionPrice":9.99, "trackPrice":9.99, "trackRentalPrice":2.99000, "collectionHdPrice":14.99000, "trackHdPrice":14.99000, "trackHdRentalPrice":3.99000, "releaseDate":"2013-10-02T07:00:00Z", "collectionExplicitness":"notExplicit", "trackExplicitness":"notExplicit", "trackTimeMillis":5641183, "country":"USA", "currency":"USD", "primaryGenreName":"Comedy", "contentAdvisoryRating":"PG-13",

Be careful of the following parameters:
collectionPrice
trackPrice
trackRentalPrice
collectionHdPrice
trackHdPrice
trackHdRentalPrice
If you are looking for other website streaming prices, I would try to look for the specific API's on service side that would provide you with this information.
The more mature services usually provide REST API's to access it's information. What you are looking to do is basically - creating an abstract pricing layer on top of all available API's. While this answer would be too long going into detail on each and every service, I can give you some information for the sites you mentioned:
Hulu API: https://github.com/adammagana/hulu-php-library
Vudu API: https://github.com/jfx41/vudu
Rotten Tomatoes (Flixster) API: http://developer.rottentomatoes.com/
Amazon API: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSECommerceService/latest/DG/ItemSearch.html
While those links will not solve your problem out of the box, you should be able to get enough information from them to actually understand what can you do.

Detecting reply tweets [duplicate]

Replies to a particular tweet, Twitter API
Is there a good way to detect whether a tweet was a reply to another tweet.
Right now I'm thinking of checking the first character of the tweet - if it's an #, then it's a reply. But this would also select tweets like #veosotano did an awesome commit today.
So my question is, whether there are any better ways to detect replies?
Every tweet has several attribues starting in "in_reply_to"... I'd guess that if these exist, then the tweet is a reply:
https://dev.twitter.com/docs/twitter-ids-json-and-snowflake
They will also help you determine to whom this is a reply, and to what tweet.
