Remove the [ ] and you should be good - also if the username or password contains special characters you will have to escape them.
It's always useful to set mail.debug to true for these issues and you'll get more information on the console.

So I have just set up an HA environment where I have a master server and instances of an application using Neo4J embedded talking to that cluster. Everything seems to work if the state of both databases is the same.
However if I delete all data from my slave instance, and have it join the cluster, I expect the data from the cluster to propagate into the slave instance. Instead I get errors with what appears to be Neo4J spatial. I have Neo4J spatial in my application, and the server plugin installed in the on the master server side.
An example of the stack trace I get:

Does Neo4j Spatial support replication across instances? Or more specifically restoring the spatial index to a new empty instance that joins the cluster for the first time?
An update to Neo4j spatial to version 0.15-neo4j-2.2.6 fixes this issue. So you need to be using Neo4j 2.2.6 in order to have Spatial indexes replicate properly
I recently got an interconnection errors between Jenkins and Artifactory upon deployment of the job, the error re-appears frequently.
I would like to know from where the problem comes, and what’s the cause of the outbreak of the error.
We use the plugin version of Artifactory: Artifactory Plugin : 2.1.8

Firstly, you're using a very old version of the plugin, released in August 2013 — the current newest version was released in April 2015. So you should ideally upgrade and check if you have the same issue.
But as the HTTP status code and message say, you're being forbidden from accessing the server. So most likely you have the wrong credentials, or your account has been blocked, or similar.
Make sure that the correct URL and credentials for the relevant server are entered in the Jenkins system config under Manage Jenkins → Configure System → Artifactory.
For each server configured, there is (since version 2.2.0) a Test Connection button which you can click to verify whether your server credentials are correct.

What version of vCloud Director is your cloud running?
From what I can tell jclouds only supports v1.0 and I get an error (but not the same as yours) as our installation supports only 1.5 and 5.1.
If your installation is more recent than 2012 (circa) chances are that it's newer than 1.0.
