I have made customCell for my UITableView. I am downloading data from server and showing on CustomCells.
The method of manipulating data is

The CustomCell "LeaderBoardCell" is loading later, but before this I see simple cells which are default in UITableView.
Is is possible to load only CustomCell in TableVeiw?

I'm currently creating a tableview with data from server. I have made it before, i copied over the code from the other files, but for some reason it's very strange. When i run the app, the tableview is empty and I found out that The cell.price.text is not updating, even though I hardcode it as #"123", cell.price.text is still showing null in NSLog.
I'm sure all these three method are called, because I put nslog in each of them

I am new to iOS and I am trying to build an lightweight app for practice. I am taking two textfield entries from one view controller and storing them in NSDictionary. I am transferring those data in NSArray. Now I want to display those data from NSArray to table view. I am using this line of code:
cell.textLabel.text=[self.myArray objectAtIndex:indexPath.row];
But my app is crashing when cursor comes at this line. Help is appreciated.Thanks in advance.
For UITableView you have to define at least 2 methods:
- (NSInteger)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView numberOfRowsInSection:
- (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath
It seems your method numberOfRowsInSection is not implemented.
Try to add this:

Of course your ViewController have to be delegated for UITableViewDataSource and UItableViewDelegate.

Make sure you have wired up the datasource and delegate connections in Interface Builder.
You are only setting the text in the cell if dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier: returns nil which in this case doesn't happen (and even if it did it will only happen a few times before all the cells that are needed get in the queue). You should set the text outside of the if (cell == nil)

If I call reloadRowsAtIndexPaths for the first cell of a section, with previous section empty and the one above not-empty, I get a strange animation glitch (even if I specify "UITableViewRowAnimationNone") where the reloaded cell slides down from the above section..

Actually you can comment out the last method, but it gives a better understanding of the problem.
You can set values you want to the cell directly, not letting table to reload itself (and thus avoiding any unwanted animations). Also to make code clearer and avoid code duplication lets move cell setup to a separate method (so we'll be able to call it from different locations):
