I'm trying to implement a navigationcontroller that has a uitableview in it. This tableview should be editable, and to add rows to the table the user should press a plus button on the top bar on the screen. However, when I add a uibarbuttonitem and set it to the left side, the back button doesn't re-appear? how would i make it reappear?
The edit button:

Try resetting left bar button when you leave edit mode.
[[self navigationItem] setLeftBarButtonItem:nil animated:YES];
try this:
[yourNavBar pushNavigationItem:self.navigationItem animated:NO];

In UITableView I configure self.navigationItem.leftBarButtonItem with a button. Now I want to reload this button to update text on this button, but it's on Navigation bar. I can update UITableView by

Update: I'm NOT init the title of button, but reload it. So any init code (such as self.navigationItem.leftBarButtonItem.title = #"balabala") doesn't work, because it does NOT take effect immediately.
Just change the text on the leftBarButtonItem?

Did you try setting the text, using
self.navigationItem.leftBarButtonItem.title
You need to use the following statement:
self.navigationItem setLeftBarButtonItem:cancelButton animated:YES];
In other words you need the setLeftBarButtonItem:animated message instead of the standard one. This will reload the button text with animation. Same applies for the back button if that is what you are interested in changing at some point.

I solved it in Swift, but if the keyboard is shown, it hides.

I have 2 bar buttons on the tool bar , one is not working and the other is working. Some times when we touch the tip of the first bar button it will work, I think this has to be a problem with flexible space between them.
I couldn't find any possible solution, any help will be appreciated!

When an item from a UITableView is selected, a detail view is loaded which has a banner bar at the top with a back button on it to navigate back to the table.

Make sure to adjust the width (106 above) if you need more or wider buttons, and then provide methods for the selectors (deleteAction: and cancelAction: above).
From your description, it sounds like you have a UINavigationController correctly set up. That "banner bar" you are describing is properly called a navigation bar.
From within the detail view, you can use:
UIBarButtonItem* button = [[[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithTitle:"HiMom" style:UIBarButtonItemStylePlain target:self action:#selector(onHiMom:)] autorelease];
self.navigationItem.rightBarButtonItem = button;
