I'm currently planning the transfer of some apps from one iOS-Developer-Programm to another. Now Apple introduced the option to transfer the apps via 'Transfer App' in iTunes connect (more details in the ITC FAQ)
Apple specifically says, that
You cannot transfer iCloud enabled apps or apps using iCloud entitlements, Passbook IDs, certificates, or notifications.
Q: Would it be possible to upload a new version with push-notifications disabled in the App-ID and then use the 'Transfer app'-utility?
My reasoning goes thus: theoretically it should be possible to do this, once the push-notification capability is disabled.
However, since this feature is quite new and Apple has posted barely any information on how it works (apart from this really short FAQ), I'd rather ask around before trying and failing miserably.
So: does anyone have already experience with transferring apps that didn't stick to Apple's rules?

Last days, I find an iOS app that can be installed on your iPhone after follow some steps. (Principally allowing their certificate).
Here it is: https://ios.gadgethacks.com/how-to/binance-101-install-mobile-app-your-iphone-0181988/
My question is: How can I publish an app out of the App Store?
Thanks in advance.
You cannot.
What Binance is doing is blatantly against Apple Terms of Service and I expect their developer certificate to be revoked very soon and account to be closed. They are using their enterprise account to distribute the app to the public.

The company I work for is busy in developing an enterprise app for both iOS and Android platform. The problem we've run into is that on the iOS app store, the name we need is already taken. So before we start experimenting with other options for the app name, we want to approach the developer and make him an offer for the name/or app, seeing as it seems like an inactive app with very low downloads.
Is this something worth looking at? Is this even a plausible option to explore?
Yes, there is an option to solve your problem.
You can buy that app by contacting the developer, and then you can change the entire setup.
The developer can transfer the app from his/her account to your company's/your account.

I want to create a very simple app and upload it to the apple store.
The app works as follow : when you click on the app it will open safari browser with a website URL, after that the app closes.
I heard from some developers that this app won't be approved to the apple store.
Is this true? I don't have a developer account at Apple so I can't check their official guidelines.
This will definitely be rejected:
2.12. Apps that are not very useful, unique, are simply web sites bundled as Apps, or do not provide any lasting entertainment value may be rejected.
12.3. Apps that are simply web clippings, content aggregators, or a collection of links, may be rejected.
If you want a link to your web site as an application, you don't need to create an app for that. A user can add a link to your web site to their home screen from Safari: http://support.apple.com/kb/TI42

I'm trying to test my app on my device using the Xcode Wildcard App ID. However, the Apple Developer Portal is down. When I try to run the app, I get A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.I've tried disabling code signing using methods I've found here and other places on the internet by editing the SDKSettings Plist file, and I get an error message No code signature found.
To make matters worse, the provisioning profile for my app expired during the outage, so I can't use that either. How can I test my app on a device before the portal is back up? I use cocos2d, so the framerate in the simulator is horrid.
I'm afraid you're SOL, unless you're willing to jailbreak...
Nope, Testflight can solve your problem. You just need to release your .ipa

i couldn't find answers to the question anywhere, so because in stackOverflow I always get good answers for my coding problems from professional people, i would like to get help with these questions. I`m familiar with IOS developer program (99$) but I have two clients that ordered apps for iPhone and wish to distribute only inside their company, so i need to bye enterprise program (299$).
Do I need open 2 different enterprise accounts if i wish that firm A only can update and destitute her app?
How the company will distribute the app to their workers?
How the updating apps work, each company will use the own app store like option?
If you don't use two separate accounts, one for each client, then the apps for both clients will exist in the same store.
When we develop for enterprise clients we request that they get their own Enterprise license. A DUNS number is required for this process anyway. Not just anybody can get an Enterprise license.
