Is it possible to reach the users that reviewed the app on the AppStore? I have someone reporting some problems and I would like to reach this person to get more information
Feedback from within the app is crucial. Also you can leave a comment yourself and hope this user sees it. Or put a feedback form on your website and solicit comments in the app description.

I have many mistake In-App Purchase in iTunesConnect that I don't want. They only show as "Deleted" but appear. How to clear or hide them.

Go to Account->Purchased and click delete that you don't want.

Is there a way to confirm programatically if someone rated/reviewed my app on the AppStore?
The answer is simple. There is no way to check it.
The only thing you can do is to open the AppStore app with a page of your application. However, if user rates your app there or not, remains unknown and you cannot know it.

Before buying an apple developer account I'd like to know it is possible to use a single account to release apps for several different customers using those customers' names as the publishers?

You, you can't. You need to buy a developer program for your customer. It will cost him/her USD 100/year.

What happens if you increase you price on an iOS app subscription?
Will subscribers be informed, and how does that procedure look like?
Will the old subscription expire and do they have to confirm and accept the new price?
I have looked through the guidelines but did not find any answers to this.

I would like to know if there are any regulations from Apple how expansive an app is allowed to be - or are there any properties an app should have if it is very expansive - above 500$.
The max price allowed by Apple is $999.99. But I do believe that they examine top tier priced apps to ensure that they actually deliver meaningful functionality. See, for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Am_Rich
