Is there a library for OAuth 2 in VB - oauth

I'm trying to implement OAuth 2 connectivity for an old site that's implemented in ASP over IIS 6 with VB (not VB.net)
I tried to find a library that implements OAuth 2 and could not find one. Is there such a library? If not, what are my options?
Sorry if the question is trivial, I'm new to VB...

Are you looking for something like this?
This library should help you get started on using OAuth in VBS. Everything you need to get is from here, place the OAuth folder into your project, then just follow the code samples provided.
Although he is using Twitter for his example, it can be used for any service that supports OAuth.

Login in linked in from ios app

I am building an app which requires linked in login. I am opening the browser from my app and want to login from there. Now I need OAuth2_access_token when I try to log in.How to do that?Help is always appreciated.
I use a super simple guide and library called "Singly", which I use for OAuth 2.0 authentication. While it is not getting updated anymore, it still works perfectly and it is a great place to start. Once you get up and running with OAuth 2.0, you will realize that it is very simple and easy to use for the most part. At that point I would then recommend you look at other libraries as the one I'm suggesting will not be updated anymore (as far as I understand).
You can find the Singly OAuth 2.0 library and tutorial here: https://github.com/Singly/ios_example/wiki/Getting-Started
This is also another great and simple library you can use for OAuth 2.0: https://github.com/honghaoz/Google-OAuth2.0-Demo-iOS
Update
Sorry I didn't realize you wanted it in Swift. Here is a nice and very easy to use OAuth 2.0 Swift library you can use. It comes with documentation on how to use it too: https://github.com/p2/OAuth2

Authentication for MVC4 Web Api

I'm trying to secure my MVC4 Web Api. Actually, I just really need an identity provider with some light security. My service is similar to twitter, from a security standpoint, there's not a lot of private data, but the service does need to know the userid for the caller.
It's also important to know that the web service will only be consumed by mobile devices right now, although a website may accompany it at some future point.
S.O. and the internet have led me to Thinktecture.IdentityModel, but man it seems complex and I can find exactly zero documentation or samples. I also haven't yet had a pleasant experience with claims-based authentication. I don't have a claims server, token provider, or anything like that, and it seems like you would need that to use this method. This all seems far to heavy for my situation.
I've also read about people implementing their own HMAC solution (https://github.com/cuongle/WebAPI.Hmac) or using OAuth (https://github.com/maksymilian-majer/DevDefined.OAuth) but these also seem a bit complex (I've read that OAuth without the helper class is enough to make the best developers cry, and I'm not the best). Janrain looks like it might work, but it looks like you have to pay for more than 2,500 authenticated users per year ...
What is the best way to implement a simple identity provider and security for Web Api?
Thanks!
I have attempted to answer a similar question to this before Create an OAuth 2.0 service provider using DotNetOpenAuth where I highlighted the Thinkecture Identity Server. The Setup instructions not too difficult (IMHO) The installation video is here and should help a lot.
I have updated my older answer with this too but there is also a fairly lightweight O-Auth 2.0 implementation example here Sample code here http://code.google.com/p/codesmith/downloads/detail?name=OAuth2.zip&can=2&q=#makechanges
Have you also read this well articulated question here Authenticating requests from mobile (iPhone) app to ASP.Net Web API (Feedback requested on my design)
Well, security is hard :)
As for Thinktecture.IdentityModel -- this is a token processing library (among other things) that you'd use in your WebAPI application. You'd use this so you don't need to do the logic to accept tokens (basic auth, SAML, SWT, JWT). Claims are just a side-effect.
If you're looking for an identity provider, then the sister open source project Thinktecture.IdentityServer is in beta for version 2. It's an identity provider that supports a custom database and issues tokens. The project URL is:
http://thinktecture.github.com/Thinktecture.IdentityServer.v2/
In response to the problem of finding example code as documentation, consider the samples folder in the Thinktecture github repo: https://github.com/thinktecture/Thinktecture.IdentityModel.45/tree/master/Samples
(Why do you need more reputation to comment on SO than to answer?)

OAuth within non browser application?

I know how OAuth works in web applications that run in a browser, but I'm not sure how OAuth can be implemented in an application that does not run in a browser.
It's easy to display the URL using some kind of a WebView, but how do I get back the information it sends back? My research doesn't reveal a straightforward way to do this.
There are a few Java libraries out there that can do this. (Are you looking for a particular language?)
Scribe is probably the most mature Java library:

There are more libraries for pretty much every language here:

Foursquare and ASP.Net

does anybody work with foursquare api and asp.net, do you know some basic tutorial, how to set the environment, do I need some api, how can I make my app to conect to 4sq and ask something. I work with asp.net mvc2, and any clue on this would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
There are a couple of C# libraries available for the foursquare API, you can see the complete list here:
https://developer.foursquare.com/docs/libraries.html
In terms of tutorials, you can use the interactive query viewer on the foursquare website to get a sense of the data:
https://developer.foursquare.com/docs/venues/venues.html
(click 'try it now' and it will give you an interactive query console for the api!)
You can also get a walkthrough of how to do OAuth2 authentication on the website too:
https://developer.foursquare.com/docs/oauth.html
For what it's worth, when I was first playing with the API I found it useful to test out all of my queries using cURL, then once you use a library you're already a pro.
Hope that helps?

DotNetOpenAuth and Facebook

Does anyone know of any code samples on how to use DotNetOpenAuth with Facebook using ASP.NET MVC 3 (or any version of MVC for that matter)? The samples that come with the library do not have any Facebook examples (it looks like they used to according to some posts but not anymore).
Any help would be appreciated.
Facebook uses OAuth 2.0 instead of OpenID for logins, so you must download the DotNetOpenAuth CTP in order to get the Facebook login sample. And the sample isn't for MVC, it's for web forms. But since it's all code in the code-behind anyway, you hopefully can make the translation yourself.
If you don't have your heart set on DotNetOpenAuth, you could also take a look at Windows Identity Foundation. It also supports OAuth 2.0 and Will give you the flexibility to use other authentication providers.
