java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError while running ant target - ant

I have a ant build file that has a java compile target.
The same eclipse distribution works fine and runs other ant build files successfully.
In this particular workspace though; when I run the ant target it fails with the following errors:
[javac] C:\MyProject\scripts\build.xml:119: warning: 'includeantruntime' was not set, defaulting to build.sysclasspath=last; set to false for repeatable builds
[javac] Compiling 1 source file to C:\MyProject\build
[javac] Compiling 9 source files to C:\MyProject\build
[javac] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/tools/javac/Main
[javac] Exception in thread "main" Could not find the main class: com.sun.tools.javac.Main. Program will exit.
BUILD FAILED
I have also tried running the build file from command prompt and see the same issue.
Does this point to any obvious problem.
The eclipse has ant path set and I have checked it points to right locations with in eclipse.
I have also verified that the tools.jar is also included in the project path.
System Info:
System info:

Any advice would help.

As per request by #MickJ I am also adding the output when running the build target with diagnostics option (I added -diagnostics to the any build run configuration in eclipse)

Can you try adding your J2SE - jdk/bin directory path to system 'path' variable. Go to 'my computer' -> right click -> properties -> advanced -> environment variables -> system variables -> path and append a semicolon followed by your jdk bin path. Or else make sure ant.bat is setting the correct java home to a jdk.
Can you double check to make sure your 'JAVA_HOME' is set to "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_37".
Go to 'my computer' -> right click -> properties -> advanced -> environment variables -> system variables -> (If JAVA_HOME is not already there then 'new' else pick JAVA_HOME) and set the value to 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_37'(no quotes).
Now close and start a fresh console and try running your ant script.
Alternatively you could just fire the following in the console before starting your ant script:
set JAVA_HOME=C:\Progra~1\Java\jdk1.6.0_37

OpenCl header cl.h not found VS2019 ComputeCpp in SYCL/include_opencl.h

QUESTION 1 (TEMPORARLY SOLVED USING Vcpkg)
I have read through all similar/related Questions but I'm at a loss here - I used Cmake to build the VS2019 project files for the ComputeCpp samples according to the Guide (https://developer.codeplay.com/products/computecpp/ce/guides).
I'm not incredibly familiar with Cmake but I've managed to generate them using the Cmake GUI rather than the command line, setting all flags, such as the OpenMP support (but it doesn't seem like thats relevant) - anyways

I have added the OpenCl headers to the Additional Include Dirs in the Project Settings. See Screenshots below. I've added the compiler flag for using ptx (compute++ -sycl -sycl-target ptx64 ) - I'm on a Nvidia GTX 1650.
Why does it throw the
C:/Program Files/Codeplay/ComputeCpp/include\SYCL/include_opencl.h:27:10: fatal error: 'CL/cl.h' file not found
error - with the cmd exit code 1
error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" wurde mit dem Code 1 beendet.
?
==============
TEMPORAL SOLUTION and QUESTION 2
I've installed the headers using Vcpkg with the vcpkg install opencl:x64-windows command - I however have 4 new errors that I am unable to deal with at the moment:
Something seems to be messed up regarding this path - I'm not exactly sure whats happening - what is the c1xx file good for?
Seems like the path D:\Google Drive\IM\Semester_4\ModalSynth_GPU\computecpp-sdk-master\computecpp-sdk-master\build\tests\vptr\basic.cc is split up
into
D:\Google
and
Drive\IM\Semester_4\ModalSynth_GPU\computecpp-sdk-master\computecpp-sdk-master\build\tests\vptr\basic.cc
Wtf? Thanks.
Here is my computecpp_info output for reference:

I replaced it with an underscore and it now works.

Can someone help me?
You have to set first the environmental variables. There is a batch file, at the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\XX\rsvars.bat
that i use for command-line batch files, where XX the version of your RAD Studio.
I am not sure if it will work for Git bash as it is, but you can create a batch file that will combine the lines of rsvars.bat and the MSBuild line, and execute it
Something like:
#SET BDS=C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\XX
#SET BDSINCLUDE=C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\XX\include
#SET BDSCOMMONDIR=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\XX

Test build step in TFS 2017 does not appear to run

I have been setting up build configurations in TFS 2017.
As part of the build configuration I have Test steps.
When the build runs the test steps seems to run without error.
I committed some code in with a test I set to fail, to make sure that TFS stopped the build in the event tests fail. I queued a new build and then surprisingly the build completed with no issue.
I am having this issue on full framework libraries, that are being packaged into NuGet packages and also having it with .net core projects.
On evaluating the log for the test step I see the following messages.
These are from a .Net Core build
The build log
The build step for a core project
These ones are from a full framework build config
The build log for full framework

The Build Step for full framework
How can i set up TFS so that the tests are actually ran, and more so, the build stops if any test fails.
Further info:
I have VS 2017 installed on the build server too.
The tests are written in NUnit. Not sure if something else needs adding to the build server. Almost looks as though the build server is trying to use MSTest; i see some references to MSTestAdapter
VSTest task cannot run .NET core tests as it uses the Test platform version 1. To run .NET core tests, we recommend using the .NET core task with the test command.

Make sure you are not missing and dependancies.
Check the packages.config, it should be similar as below:

SonarQube plug-in not scanning C# files during TFS Build

I am running SonarQube server v6.4 with v6.1 of the C# plugin. We have v3.0.0 of the SonarQube TFS extension installed in our TFS 2015 (Update 3) instance.
I am having issues with SonarQube scanning .cs files. There are a few warnings in the output of a few build steps that I'm not entirely sure what to make of. I haven't been able to find much on the messages.
Visual Studio Build step output:
OverrideCodeAnalysisProperties:

Is there something obvious that I'm missing?
Edit:
I am using Visual Studio Professional, so the warning about code coverage is caused by the fact that I do not have Visual Studio Enterprise installed on the build server.
Suggest you first try to analyze solution in the command line locally to see if it works.
Run your analysis by executing the following commands from the root directory of the project:
SonarQube.Scanner.MSBuild.exe begin /k:"org.sonarqube:sonarqube-scanner-msbuild" /n:"Project Name" /v:"1.0"
MSBuild.exe /t:Rebuild
SonarQube.Scanner.MSBuild.exe end
This will narrow down it's your environment issue or just related to your build definition settings.
According to the error message:
WARNING: Failed to find the code coverage command line tool. Possible
cause: Visual Studio is not installed, or the installed version does
not support code coverage.
Double check your VS edition on your build agent. Note: you need Visual Studio Enterprise edition for code coverage. Have a look at this page and expand the 'testing tools' section. Code coverage is only listed for the Enterprise edition.
Besides, you could also enable verbose Debug Mode with system.debug=true to get a more detail build log for troubleshooting.
I downgraded the C# plugin from 6.1 (build 2359) to 5.11 (build 1721), and the problem went away. There must be some issue with that release that was causing the issue.

Target "run" does not exist in the project "barbecue"

I want to run a sample demo for JasperReport, so I downloaded the file but when I type the following in my windows 7 command line according to the Jasperreport documentation :
C:\jasperreports-4.7.0\demo\samples\barbecue>ant run
I got the following error:
Target "run" does not exist in the project "barbecue" .
So what might be the problem ?
::UPDATED::
After i typed ant –p in my CMD i got the following :-
C:\jasperreports-4.7.0\demo\samples\barbecue>ant -p
Buildfile: C:\jasperreports-4.7.0\demo\samples\barbecue\build.xml
Shows how barcodes could be included in reports using the Barbecue component.

Java errors are like a car accident. One car will hit another which causes the first to careen into a street light. The street light topples over and hits a gasoline truck which explodes.
In the end, you have destruction, fire, and death. However, the whole thing started because the driver was too busy texting and didn't stop at a stop sign.
You have a long, long list of error messages, but what's important are those at the very beginning:
net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: java.sql.SQLException: socket creation error
[java] at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.AbstractSampleApp.getDemoHsqldbConnection(AbstractSampleApp.java:158)
This is a socket creation error.
This error seems to point out that you can't connect to the server or the database.
And, that's about as far as I can get with this. I really don't know Jasper, but I did find this. Does that help you at all?
Is there a server you should be running, or a database you need to connect to that's not created? Do you have a firewall that's preventing connecting to the server/database. (I'm leaning towards the database issue because I do see stuff about hsqldb and sql in your error message.
I take it you're not a Java developer because you seemed confused by Ant and it's build.xml file. Is there someone who can help you with this? If you can, look at the build.xml and see what the target test is doing. It's running a Java command, and you can try running that command outside of Ant. Sometimes, that will give you a bit more information.
You should run ant test command for run the sample (cleaning, compiling and generating the report in all formats: xls, pdf, etc.).
For viewing report in JRViewer you should run ant view command.
The result (output) for ant test will be:
d:\java\jasperreports-4.5.1\demo\samples\barbecue>ant test

The sample that you are trying to start is using connection to the HSQLDB server. For starting DB you should run ant runServer command from the demo/hsqldb folder.
