I have a delphi XE license with me. I format my machine and installed Delphi again, when i tried to register my license it is saying the limit has been reached for the account. How should I proceed further? Any help will be appreciated.
Quoting from their website: " If you have reached product registration limit and have a valid reason to increase it, please contact Embarcadero Customer Support at: http://www.embarcadero.com/support"

I am using FIBPLUS 7.5 with Delphi XE4. I want to make some changes in the settings of FIBPLUS Preferences. I am following this article of Devrace:
http://www.devrace.com/en/fibplus/articles/4763.php
But I am unable to find and open the screen whose screenshot is mentioned in the article. From where can I access this FIBPlus Preferences screen?
You should install the Designtime packages for FIB-Tools, there is a install instruction in your FIB-Folder.

When I download the iOS 7 doc set, Xcode says my account does not have access to iOS 7 doc sets. The account I used had joined the developer program and paid the $99 / year. Why is this happening?

Windows and Linux have numerous books talking about their internal architectures. I would like to know if there is such a book talking the same topic about Apple Darwin/XNU. Thanks.
It's a little old (2007), but Mac OS X Internals: A Systems Approach, by Amit Singh, is a lengthy guide to OSX history, the XNU kernel, and filesystems. It notably leaves out networking.
