I have to pick mulitple dates from single date picker into multiple select box.
And also i have to remove selected date from multiple select box when remove button is clicked.
There are so many plugins but i have to use jquery ui datepicker.
As example I have something like this
you can use multidatespicker http://dubrox.github.io/Multiple-Dates-Picker-for-jQuery-UI/ which allows you to pick multiple dates.
that solves your problem of selecting multiple dates using one datepicker although i am not sure about the insertion of date in multiselect field. will update the answer as soon as i get it done.

image <- I have a google sheet like in the photo. When I check the box behind the cars here, the name of that car is written in the result section. I want that when I tick one of the two checkboxes, the other will not be checked. That is, only one of the two checkboxes should be selected at a time. When one is selected, the other should not be selected. How can I solve this with google sheets formulas without writing app script code?
image2 <- The formula in cell D2:
=IFS(COUNTIF(A2, TRUE),B2,COUNTIF(A3, TRUE),B3,COUNTIF(A2, False),"",COUNTIF(A3, False),"")
One checked checkbox at a time (similar to a radio button behavior) isn't actually supported in Google Sheets at the moment.
However, there are certain ways to circumvent this kind of issue. It can be via Apps Script or Sheets itself.
Since you are looking for a Sheets related solution, an alternative would be using an in-cell dropdown instead of checkboxes. That way, you could only select just one car at a time and you don't need complex formula to get the chosen value itself, you just need to set the cell formula to =B2 to get the dropdown chosen value.
Sample:
To add a dropdown in Sheets, see the reference below:

I'm using a datepicker, which is always visible on the page, and tied to a hidden <input>.
Depending on the user interactions on the page, some dates can get dynamically disabled (via beforeShowDay).
The problem is, this allows to disable a date which has been previously selected:
To avoid this, I'd like to unselect the current date prior to refreshing the datepicker.
Is this possible?
EDIT: The datepicker is attached to a div. Clear the selected value like this:
$('selector').datepicker('setDate')
This will unselect whatever day is selected.
I use SmartGwt Listgrid to show a list of objects, each object contains many subobjects. So when I click on a specific row, I show a popup that allows me to update this subobject's list.
The second constraint is to allow the user to select many rows, to be merged into one row. For that I use checkbox selection type like the following code :
myListGrid.setSelectionType(SelectionStyle.SIMPLE);
myListGrid.setSelectionAppearance(SelectionAppearance.CHECKBOX);
All work perfectly for the first load. The problem is when I show / hide the popup, the select/deselect feature of the Listgrid stops functioning. Once the checkbox is clicked, it remains unchanged.
Thank you for your suggestions.
I answering my own question,
After many hours of investigation, the problem is that I mix listGrid of smartGwt and dialogBog of GWT, when I changed DialogBox with Dialog of smartGwt the problem is solved
How to create a Combobox having Multiselect Capability using Jquery?
Does JQuery Combobox has this functionality or Property?
if it helps, take a look http://ivaynberg.github.io/select2/ for multi select values
Edited : I found one more link it's really great http://tameraydin.github.io/jquery-easyselect/
Combobox displays the selected value when its list of options is collapsed. You may want to use multiple selection list.
to use multiple select in combobox you will have to create your own user control using checked listbox, textbox and a button.
and on click of button just make checked list box visible and let the user select items from that checkedListBox and as user select items on it you take those values and concatenate it in textbox with comma seperated. and then again on click on button hide that list box.
as it is on : http://9perhour.co.uk/
which is asking for select technology

I'm trying to setup a way to sort multiple items at the same time using jQuery UI's Sortable plugin. I have come up with a partial solution, where the checked items go with the drag, but I can't get them all to move positions. Here is what I have: http://jsbin.com/ecela
What do I need to add to ensure the items move to their new location and get removed when dragging starts.
Also, I'm wondering if there is a way to use selectable and sortable together. I'm guessing not because they both require you to click on the items to select and drag/sort them.
There's a jQuery plugin for that: multisortable.
They have a jsfiddle example there too. You select items with shift-click or command-click, then drag them around.
Seems like a good starting off point, at least!
