No. There is no API that allows you to get any information at all about email.

Because it didn't return any data start from yesterday.

Can somebody help me ,How to save device phone number and how to updated it to persistent
Phone.getDevicePhoneNumber(true) is supposed to return back the phone number but it doesnt work correctly.
The best way could be to ask the user for the phone number.

You can't. That information is not available via the Twitter API.
