I am new to bb app development. Now I'm supposed to develop a Twitter application for blackberry. How do I start my application.. is there any Twitter API for blackberry?
I have created the UI of the login page, but how to start with authenticating username and password? I have registered my app in twitter now I have the consumer key and secret, but I dont know how to use that.
Anyone knows about twitter apps for blackberry or have any sample code for Twitter?
You may use TwitterAPIMe.
You may find how to use the API in the link.
I used it, it's easy and working well with good performance.
PS, you must be RIM4.6 or higher

I am developing an iPad app. I want to integrate SIRI functionality in it.
So, please guide me to work on this. Actually I don't know how to start.
Thanks,
Cp
Till now apple not released siri's api for third party applications.
If you are looking for text-to-speech, speech-to-text functionality. There are alot of external api's like:
Nuance - Dragon
ispeech
OpenEars
And a lot of other api's.
OpenEars is a opensource offline api, and the other two are paid and online.

Is there a way to make an app compile data from a website? I need to make an app that will display a name, address and some short details - but I need this information to be regularly updated and contributed to by admins, without requiring me to continually add the new information into the app.
I have not done an app of this kind before so any help or assistance would be most appreciated!
Mainly two types of web service available
SOAP
REST.
Use the parsing technique (XML parsing,JSON parsing) depends on the type of web service to parse the data.
The information will be updated automatically in your application when ever some change in the web service happens.
I hope you will get some idea.

When making an app, where or how do you get a privacy URL? Same with a terms of use URL?
You specify the Privacy/ToU URLs in the "App Details" section of your App Dashboard. Facebook does not provide hosting for this and you should create these pages on your personal/company app development website.
You need privacy policy and terms and conditions and host them on the web. You have basically three options for obtaining these documents:
Do it by yourself
Hire a lawyer
Use an automatic service, like iubenda, that automatically generates a privacy policy optimized for your facebook app (and soon terms and conditions): https://www.iubenda.com/en/facebook (I'm the founder of this service, so feel free to ask any question ;) )

Do you know a twitter library for Windows 8 metro apps?
I haven't seen one up yet, BUT there is a sample in the Windows 8 Samples Projects that shows you how to get connected to twitter (and I think does a small task with the Auth Code using the Twitter REST API).
Generally speaking the oAuth (authentication) part is usually the hardest (this is true of Facebook, DropBox, and probably many others). Anyway the folder you want to check out is the "Web authentication broker sample" folder. That contains an example of connecting to Facebook, Twitter, and a few others.

I want to include twitter connect to my site. But I am not getting how to do it. I have implemented the fb connect to my app.
I am also look for good linkedin connect to my site how do I include it. Please let me know
One of the simplest ways to integrate Twitter with your website is by using #anywhere. Take a look at the documentation and see if it seems to be a good fit for your application.
