I currently use GWT and wanted to clarify if smart GWT is free for commercial use or not?
#Sanika, SmartGWT is available as both free and paid versions such as SmartGWT LGPL, SmartGWTEE, SmartGWTPro and SmartClient. This link may help you decide the version you should go with.

The project I want to develop is the Student Portal Mobile APP using Hybrid frameworks (Ionic4, Angular, Cordova).
My problem is I do not know how to evaluate its usability, functionality, reliability, and software evaluation tools using the ISO/IEC 25010:2011. Thank you very much!
I've been reading a lot about integration between ALMs, and I was interested on IBM's so called open source platform, Jazz.
This could open the possibility to buy IBM products which integrate with the Jazz platform but for now I just want to understand the scope of the free product.
Can you actually grab the Jazz product and integrate with whatever with their SDK?
Yup. RTC is free for less than 10 developers: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.6
There is a prerequisite to acquire the proper license of highstock before using the Netflix ICE. I do not want to invest any money into it, just want to explore the features of ICE.
Do I have to buy a proper licence of highstock before using Netflix ICE?
If you want to test and try netflix ice OSS locally or for personal use then no, you don't need to spend cash as it is clearly mentioned on their site[http://www.highcharts.com/products/highcharts/#non-commercial] also.
But if you're using netflix ice commercially then you have to buy appropriate license from highcharts. It is more of a license usage question so may be you try reading about the license details highcharts is using, that weather the free version of highcharts can be used with the production environment of Netflix OSS project.

With the technology preview of Android/iOS support in Qt 5.1, are there any news on deploying to Apple's app store yet? Since the non-commercial version of Qt is LGPL-licensed, and dylibs are usually not permitted by the app store rules, there would not to be an exception either on Digia's or Apple's side, however the Licensing talk doesn't provide any up-to-date information on the matter.
So, did anyone try to push a dynamically linked Qt app to the store, or have an official statement of either party?

Yes, there are qt demo applications in there. See the following examples:

and

This answers your question and concern I believe. As for further information, Qt 5.2 will even come with more support for this mobile platform. Although, I am not working on this port in the Qt Project, but I see that as a developer that 5.2 seems to support a lot more.
For instance, v8 has just got replaced by the new shiny v4 engine which will allow the proper QtQuick2 delivery for this platform.
That being said, the Apple Store will not allow dynamic libraries for runtime loading, so you will need to link statically.
I don't know of a Qt iOS app that has been published, but I have been looking into this myself. One good thing I found was an iOS preview that was published by Qt which states the following:
"We are very excited to be able to bring Qt to a new platform. Qt for iOS is planned to be a supported part of Qt 5.2, scheduled for release late 2013. The scope of that release is not completely determined: available resources, platform/app store restrictions and Qt legacy set constraints on the project."
The rest of the blog can be found on the Qt site.
That's an official statement, although it's stating that they don't know yet.
I have been looking into the same situation and as of now it seems that you need to have a commercial license to deploy Qt on iOS.
I'm looking into a way of building eBook reader that will support adobe content server DRM. The only solution find was Adobe Digital Editions Which is an off the shelf product and I'm looking for some sort of SDK.
any advice will help.

The Reader Mobile SDK (RMSDK), is the only way you have to build a ebook reader that works with Adobe Content Server, since it deals with the complex encryption, authentication and authorization tasks needed.
The SDK is in C++, but can be used in most tecnologies.
Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) use it behind the scenes. But a good way to learn how to use it is to check out the code of the new version of ADE v1.8 preview, wich is built with .Net and WPF.
Most of the times Adobe documentation on this issues are quite poor.
If you're comfortable with this technologies, decompile it and analise its interaction with the RMSDK.
Hope this helps.
Apparently there is no AIR SDK. There is a C++ based SDK dubbed "Reader Mobile SDK" and though it's misleading name it supports Desktops as well.
There SDK is not widely available and you should fill an inquiry form with adobe, if they see fit you'll get the SDK.
