RStudio server ROracle throws : Error in .oci.Driver() : ROracle internal error [rociDrvInit, 1, -1] - oracle-call-interface

I've setup RStudio server and pointed it to use an existing R (2.13) installation. ROracle works fine when accessed from R, but the same does not work from RStudio web-interface.
> library(ROracle)
Loading required package: DBI
> drv <- dbDriver("Oracle")
Error in .oci.Driver() : ROracle internal error [rociDrvInit, 1, -1]
I installed RStudio server with --nodeps and later pointed it to an existing installation of R
by setting the values in /etc/rstudio/rserver.conf file.
Tried getting help from RStudio support, but was pointed toward "Stack Overflow".
http://support.rstudio.org/help/discussions/problems/1879-rstudio-roracle-internal-error
Thanks in advance,
Sai.

Finally got it working with help from Denis Mukhin on the Oracle forums. In particular, ORACLE_HOME and OREACLE_SID were missing in the RStudio environment. Adding the following lines to ~/.Renviron fixed it:
ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/db_1
ORACLE_SID=<your sid (the default is usually orcl)>
export ORACLE_HOME ORACLE_SID

Issue connecting to Noe4j Aura with Python 'neo4j' driver

I attempted to connect neo4j aura database using Python but failed as "Unable to retrieve routing information".
from neo4j import GraphDatabase
from neo4j.debug import watch
uri = "neo4j+s://<id>.databases.neo4j.io"
driver = GraphDatabase.driver(uri, auth=("neo4j", "<password>"))
def workload(tx):
return tx.run("RETURN 1 as n").data()
with watch("neo4j"): # enable logging
with driver.session() as session:
session.write_transaction(workload)
driver.close()
Running above python scripts returned the following log:

I looked into neo4j documentation and searched other places but none of the possible resolutions can be found.
Version:

neo4j 4.4.2
I very much appreciate your input if you have ever experienced the same issues and found any way to resolve the issue.

How to solve treesitter/highlighter: Error executing lua problem in neovim config

I'm currently using Neovim 6.0. And I also use the following neovim-config : https://github.com/rafi/vim-config.
After installation, I created a python program to test and a problem encountered which are as follows:
treesitter/highlighter: Error executing lua: ...im/0.6.0/share/nvim/runtime/lua/vim/treesitter/query.lua:161: query: invalid node type at position 5622
~ pdb~ ⮡ Snippet [VSnip] st
I had a similar issue. I ran :TSUpdate in Neovim to update Treesitter plugin and the error message disapear after relaunching.
I just solved it using :TSInstall vim.
Actually, run :checkhealth and the error in there would help in figuring out what is missing.
Remember, in treesitter 'c', 'help', 'lua', and 'vim' are part of the core functionality of Neovim. But that means if you are seeing this error, a sure fire way to make sure they are all installed is to run:
:TSInstall c help lua vim
For me helped adding cmake to ensure_installed in the treesitter config section of .config/nvim/init.lua:
-- [[ Configure Treesitter ]]
-- See `:help nvim-treesitter`
require('nvim-treesitter.configs').setup {
-- Add languages to be installed here that you want installed for treesitter
ensure_installed = { 'c', 'cpp', 'go', 'lua', 'python', 'rust', 'typescript', 'help', 'cmake' },
Configuration was based on https://github.com/nvim-lua/kickstart.nvim

The neo4j cypher shell and the browser connections are working but the golang client connection is not working

I have disabled the authentication on my neo4j server, so I can connect using the cypher shell using no credentials as it follows and is working.
$ ./bin/cypher-shell -a 192.168.0.89
This is how I'm declaring my driver and the session, I also tried using neo4j://* instead of bolt://*:
driver, err := neo4j.NewDriver("bolt://192.168.0.89:7687", neo4j.NoAuth())
if err != nil {
return "", err
}
defer driver.Close()
session, _ := driver.NewSession(neo4j.SessionConfig{AccessMode: neo4j.AccessModeWrite})
defer session.Close()
But that doesn't work either. I'm getting this error when running the hello world from the neo4j olang driver page https://neo4j.com/developer/go/
TLS error: Remote end closed the connection, check that TLS is enabled on the server
There are the logs of the server when it starts:

dbms.tx_state.memory_allocation=ON_HEAP
dbms.windows_service_name=neo4j
Again, I can connect to the same host and the browser is also working fine:
Thanks in advance for any help :)
Adding to your answer: it is likely you're using the v1.x of the Go driver. If you switch to using the v4.x driver instead, you will not have to specify this config value.
You can upgrade by simply adding v4 in your import statement like so:
import github.com/neo4j/neo4j-go-driver/v4/neo4j
More info: https://github.com/neo4j/neo4j-go-driver/blob/4.2/MIGRATIONGUIDE.md
For anyone looking for the answer, the bolt driver will try to use TLS by default and since in my case is not configured, the encryption needs to be disabled in the driver constructor call.
driver, err := neo4j.NewDriver("bolt://192.168.0.89:7687", neo4j.NoAuth(), func(c *neo4j.Config) { c.Encrypted = false })
Hope this helps other people experiencing the same issue :)

Change character set on Microsoft R Server 9.0.1

Q: How to you change/update the character set on Microsoft R Server?
Issue: I am trying to read a CSV that is delimited with '§' but the R Server is not able to interperet the '§' character when I work remotely. Similarly for other characters like 'ø' , 'æ' and 'å'. When I work locally it's not an issue.
For example:
This works fine:
> x <- '§'
> x
[1] "§"
But when i login remotely to the server the following happens:
REMOTE> x <- '§'
REMOTE> x
[1] "?"
Setup: I am running Microsoft R Server 9.0.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2
Detailed sessionInfo:

In addition to installing version 9.1 of Microsoft R Server I also had to make the following change for the server to work correctly with remote login:
Stop the service 'RServe9.0.0.0'
and go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\R Server\R_SERVER\o16n\RServe\RScripts\source.R on the compute nodes
and change
```
#add more here if necessary......
```
to
```
#add more here if necessary......
options(encoding = "UTF-8")
```
and then start that service again, you should be able to use §.
Thanks to Microsoft for providing this fix.
This is a known bug, and has been patched in Microsoft R Server 9.1, please upgrade to solve your issue.
