Paypal API calls to get Order Details - ruby-on-rails

I need your suggestion regarding which Paypal API to use for my following requirement:
I am developing a application for Order management & Shipping in which I need to fetch order details like Billing & Shipping Address information + Item/product details + Billing amount etc on behalf of various merchants.
I will be fetching the data in two ways:
1. Initial onetime fetch to get all orders till date.
2. Regular fetch to get new orders.
Can you please suggest which API calls will get me the required data?

So, I have found a solution for this through Paypal forum & API docs. Wanted to add the solution here so that it is helpful to other stackoverflow folks.
To lookup what transactions took place I can use the TransactionSearch API, say with the date range.
To get details of a particular transaction I can use GetTransactionDetails API.
Since I have to do it on behalf of various merchants, I can use the Paypal Permissions API to allow merchants to authenticate me for making API calls on there behalf.

Can't get account_id from Google My Business API

I'm currently trying to use Google My Business API to get reviews for each location of my company. The problem is that i want to use the reviews methods but I can't use them without my account_id. To have it i know i can do the following request:
https://mybusinessaccountmanagement.googleapis.com/v1/accounts
The problem is that when I try to execute it, I have a 429 error saying that the quota of requests for the mybusinessaccountmanagement is exceeded. When I go to the My Business Account Manager page on my Google Cloud Platform Console, i can see that the Quota for this API is setted at 0 and I can't modify it because they ask for my account to have a facturation account.
Do you have any idea of how can I get my account_id to make my request with the Google My Business API?
Thank you
The Google My Business API is restricted by default because of its ability to access sensitive information and so requires approval before you are allowed to use it.
https://developers.google.com/my-business/content/prereqs#request-access
The prerequisites page calls this out and provides a link to the form to submit your application to gain access. Until you are approved through that process, your API quota will stay at 0.

Audience information for a twitter handle

Sorry if my question to too naive. But i wish to find audience level information for a particular twitter handle. Lets consider #BarackObama, i wish to find his followers by gender, age, language, location etc. I used python scripts in this link https://github.com/GnipDz/Python-Insights to achieve it.
I do have access to twitter ADS API but it still shows your application ID is not authorized when i try to run the scripts. Is there a special API or addition over Ads API to achieve this? can someone guide me as to how i can do this?
Those scripts use Twitter's enterprise (commercial) Audience API. This API does not enable you to access audiences for individual users, only aggregated data for large numbers of Twitter handles. Additionally, this is not a free-to-access API so you need to have an active enterprise subscription for this to work.
I'm not aware of any programmatic way to access this data, and particularly not for any organic account - the Engagement API enables access to Tweet engagements for the authenticated account, but you're not able to access that data for other users.

Google Now Bill Reminder

My company is looking to have Google Now Bill Reminders from emails to our clients so they are reminded when to pay.
We aren't looking to integrate a separate app or anything, we just want it directly through Google Now/Gmail.
My question is, is there any definitive structure our emails need to be in, or any information we must include for the Google Now reminders to work? Or does the Now card need to be integrated completely in order to work?
Any links etc to documentation regarding the bill reminder feature so we can look into this? Or if it does need to be integrated, are there any links to API integration so we can forward this to a developer?
Thanks in advance
Based from this Google Now documentation:
Google Now brings users the right information at just the right time. For example, Google Now already provides updates to restaurant and hotel reservations or flight information received in Gmail. By marking up email notifications to your users, you can use Google Now to bring them similar updates about your services and products.
Be mindful that only some types are supported in Google Now. For example, use Event Reservation type to declare a reservation for one or more guests at an event.
For your case, you can check on this blog and this forum. Basically, Google Now is most useful for its ability to contextualize information from your Calendar and Gmail to send you alerts when you actually need them. Google Now introduced a new feature that makes it easier to keep track of which phone/Internet/education loan bills are actually due. Source.

Shopify Shipping App

I am trying to create a shopify app which integrates a fulfillment service with my shop. I am trying to fetch shipping addresses from the fulfillment service. For this i have a register a carrier service using API which will accept my callback url from where shopify will fetch the shipping addresses. Now, how can i perform authentication for this step? How only registered users for my fulfillment should able to get shipping rates from this url. Does this url needs to return data in some predefined format? Or Shopify can fetch the rates from the url? Can someone please elaborate more on generating a carrier service in Shopify, authentication, format like these things.
Carrier API calls from Shopify to your App follow the exact same security principle as Webhooks. This means you can authenticate calls from Shopify to your endpoint and not return rates to just anyone. You return JSON with rates. They provide a sample in their Github account. They do not explain how to handle dates very well, you will have to do as I did, experiment and adjust your results as you see how date handling works.

Sending Payments via QBO API

Is it possible to send payments via Quickbooks Online API?
We are looking to basically initiate a ACH transfer from the QBO Client's bank account to another account, not just record a transaction.
Is this possible? If so via which API / Method? I have been looking all over the QB Documentation and can't find a clear answer. Support calls say it's possible but don't give any direction where to get stated.
I have already registered as a developer, created an app and have been able to implement authorization and tokens and manipulate basic QBO Data, jsut need to figure out where or how to send payments if possible.
Is it possible to send payments via Quickbooks Online API?
