I'm getting invalid URI issues, so what exactly makes a valid URI?
At the highest level a URI reference (hereinafter simply "URI") in string form has the syntax
[scheme:]scheme-specific-part[#fragment]
If you are interested to know the complete set of rules, read RFC-2396
I doubt whether you need to know all the syntaxes. I have never read the entire RFC and still I am using URI in development and day to day use. So, you better post the URI you are having problem with. Then, people here can point out the specific problem.

I build an app in RoR which is on heroku. And I want to send a fax every time an order is taking place. What will be the best option for me?
Thanks
You could use InterFAX or eFaxCorporate. I don't think any of these APIs come pre-integrated with Heroku though. The use of InterFAX from a Ruby environment is documented on this book.

I want to make an emailing application but I wanted to know if there is maybe already an application that provides their source code so I could get a head start. Like maybe just the simple concept of placing emails in a table view and retrieving them from a server. If there is anything out there please let me know.
If you do a google search, you should be able to find what you are looking for. Here are some I found.

Is there any technique to prevent spam post before active record saves its record.
I was just thinking of putting before_filter, in which it judges if the registered keyword is included in parameters past, and it forces to redirect.
Is it normal way? or it slows down the system teribbly as the spam keywords get more?
I'd use a service like Akismet through one of these gems:

Ok, quick points for someone who is better at searching than I am...
I know I have seen before a list of translations of common application strings like "File," "Open," "Save," "Close," and "OK," into other languages. This was not just a scrape of Google translator, but an actual "official" list based on the localized OS. It seems to me that it was on Microsoft's site, but I'm not 100% sure.
I need to translate my application into Indonesian and wanted to give our translators a head start by filling in those common terms with the standard values, but now I cannot find the web page(s)! I've spent about 15 minutes and will continue to search (and will post the answer if I find it), but if someone else knows where that is (or finds it first!), please answer.

How do you generate Delphi output with ANTLR?
My grammar outputs ok in other languages but there seems I'm doing something wrong since I'm getting an error.
There is special switches or something to make it work?
You're probably encountering an error like:
error(10): internal error: Exprtoken.g : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
Can't find template actionGate.st; group hierarchy is [Delphi]
AFAIK, the Delphi target has always been experimental, and hasn't been updated in the past few years: I don't recommend you use it.
