There are some resources on the Fedex Developer Resource Center you may find helpful
What region are you looking for and what type of features do you need?
Based on your comment, looks like the FedEx Web Services are what you're after, you'll need to sign up and login to be sure though.

I believe you have to get in touch with FedEx directly, and depending on what you are doing, I don't remember it being free.
EDIT: This might help you out: FedEx Developer Resource Center

There is also what is known as the FEDEX WEB INTEGRATION WIZARD (FWIW). It will help you create a shipping/rating/tracking page for your website through a 'wizard' tool. It requires you to request this from Fedex and they provide a contact to help you through it. Fedex does not charge for this if you are a customer with an account

You can also find some packages with wrappers for such APIs.
For example, there is a wrapper for .Net, which also implements UPS and USPS APIs in addition to FedEx

I got the sample PHP code from Fedex Developer Resource Center.

I am currently working on a school project and was wondering if there is an API to fetch data such as the current official top ten games from the iOS app store? I know there are websites like sensor tower where I could maybe extract data from, but I was hoping to find an API that accesses the apple store data directly rather than going through a 3rd party website. So far I've not had much luck!
Does anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks in advance!
Apple didn't launch any official APIs for accessing the App Store data.
Find below the APIs that are available right now,
1- iTunes Search API, It is for iTunes Store and Apple Books Store.
https://affiliate.itunes.apple.com/resources/documentation/itunes-store-web-service-search-api/
2- App Store Connect API, It's concerning with apps that added to App Store Connect only.
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/testflight/apps
And Check the following similar question as well,
https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/347123/appstore-api-for-search-and-download
It depends on how you define "Top Games", for example:
by downloads?
by position on Top Charts?
by average ratings and/or number of ratings?
and in what countries or categories?
The easiest way would be to use a third-party API that pre-packages all those insights, for example you could use this Advanced Query API to search for "games only" and sort by "position on Top Charts". You find several examples in the section "Example Queries".
As you might notice, that endpoint expects a POST request, so make sure you enclose your payload (e.g. JSON-formatted search parameters) in the body of the request message. If you use PHP this other post gives you a good example on how to do it: How do I send a POST request with PHP?
Hope this was helpful! If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.

The best API for accessing Android and iTunes App Store data is https://www.appmonsta.com. They were recently acquired by MightySignal.

I just saw that facebook account kit is being deprecated. There isn't much information about what's the reason behind its depreciation or what could be the next steps/alternatives.
Does anyone know why they deprecated it? Any technical insights/learnings?
What are the alternatives now? or are they planing any successor of it?
Yes, As per official statement : from September 9, 2019: Account Kit will stop integrating with new apps. Existing integrations will continue to function normally.

insights/learnings?
"The product has yielded high maintenance costs, but relatively low adoption". Read full details here.
What are the alternatives now? or are they planing any successor of
it?
They not announce any successor for it as far as i know, but there are many other alternatives available as open source which obviously have certain limitations. What I am using currently will mention here.
True Caller SDK : It require true caller app to be installed in user device.
Firebase Phone Authentication
Third Party SMS API : Obviously, it would be a paid api, Many service providers are available in market. I am not promoting any one here but one is suggested by google itself here called twilio. Just a extra point : In this 3rd case, for understanding the flow "SMS Retriever API" may worth reading for some one.

I am developing one application for iOS. In that user can purchase doctor services. I dont have any idea about payment gateways. So, please suggest me which is the best payment gateway method and how to implement that in my iOS app. ( I am from India), i heard payment gateway methods depends upon the country.
There are quite a few - also depends on your country as not all providers cover all countries. Take a look at:
https://stripe.com/
https://www.braintreepayments.com/
and probably http://www.paypal.com
What you want is something that's easy to code for (securely) in iOS. All the above (as well as many others) have APIs and sample code that make connecting to process payments easy and secure.
EDIT
Just seen you've added that you're in India. Assuming that means that you want to process payments in India, then I think your options (as at July 2014) are more limited. Certainly stripe and braintree don't cover India. I believe PayPal do (although maybe not with their latest APIs), so that might be your best bet.

I want to make a site that lets you follow other people Kindle Highlights. Is this possible Is there some sort of Kindle Highlights API?
Thanks.
This would be an amazing web service. Amazon does not offer an API for this. You can read public highlights online at kindle.amazon.com, however, you cannot integrate any public highlights into your apps via an API yet. It seems that the new Kindle Developers Kit is purely for creating apps on the Kindle, and there is not even an API method for accessing public highlights in this kdk.
Shameless plug alert..
I've written a small PHP class that can help with this: Kindle_Highlights
You can get it on github.
Comments/suggestions welcome on improving it.
I will be improving/expanding this over the next few weeks, but as is you should be able to get at your kindle highlights.
A user can see their highlights on the web after logging in by going to their "your highlights" page. As far as I know, there isn't an API, nor is there any sort of OAUTH thing that you could do so currently the best possible solution would be to get your user's amazon username/password and scrape them from that page.
It's better than nothing, but a real API would open up a lot of cool ideas that I've had on kindle highlights.
You can always just scrape the book's page at kindle.amazon.com. I wrote a script in js to do this and then packaged it up as a Chrome plugin that lights up when on Kindle book page, but (of course) Amazon just updated the DOM a week or two ago and now it needs to be updated to reflect the new semantic structure. This highlights the weakness of this approach. =\
Hopefully someday Amazon will provide us with an API, though I suspect that this might run against their agreements with publishers.

Anybody have any good resources that might be helpful in trying to integrate the FourSquare API into a Rails app? I'm specifically looking for a good tutorial. There doesn't seem to be much out there yet. There are a few ruby gems, but they are pretty bare bones and I need a bit more hand-holding.
Here is a resource that I've found so far:
http://tedgrubb.com/
Stack Overflow won't let me include a second hyperlink, but you can also google: Foursquare ruby gem for another resource.
I have not done much work with APIs in the past, but I am very comfortable with Rails. What I need is a little better sense of exactly where all the pieces fit. A basic tutorial is what I'm looking for.
Thanks.
This helped me. It's a working example of a Rails project integrated with FourSquare:
https://github.com/pierrevalade/foursquare-rails-examples
Quimby is an excellent ruby api wrapper:
https://github.com/groupme/quimby
It was built by GroupMe.
'foursquare2' Ruby wrapper for the foursquare v2 API
Refere this : https://github.com/mattmueller/foursquare2 which is good & helped me a lot.
You can able to get more foursquare API data as user less and with authenticated user also
by using the 'foursquare2' gem.
The foursquare-API gem seems like the only one out there that supports V2 of their API and seems like the best place to start.
This isn't an answer, but this may be a start:
http://stakeventures.com/articles/2009/07/21/consuming-oauth-intelligently-in-rails
http://developer.foursquare.com/docs/oauth.html
I'm having trouble implementing a 4sq rails app myself.
