Is it possible to configure a Printserver to use Alternating Papers for each Page? - printing

Iam Trying to Configure a Print Server to use Alternating Paper Types for each page. To use Papertype 1 for Page 1, papertype 2 for page 2 and papertype 3 for page 3 and then repeat.
I didn't find any good advice on Google. I'am now searching for 6 to 7 houres.
The different paper types are in different paper trays.

Interaction effect or split sample

I have a dataset where I want to test the effect of a change in regulation, and whether this effect is different for big4 auditors and non-big 4 auditors. So I have a dummy=1 if the firm is audited by a big 4 auditor, and a dummy for the regulation change (reg=1 if it obliges to the new regulation).
First, I regressed this this in 2 different subsamples, 1 for companies audited by a big4 auditor, and a sample for companies audited by non-big 4 auditors. Next, I did the same regression, but with the full sample and an interaction between the 2 dummies.
Now, my results change depending on which method I choose. The interaction big4*reg is significant (using the full sample), but the variable reg is not significant in the big 4 sample. Which method is correct?

SPSS: Multiple data lines for individual cases

My dataset looks like this:
ID Time Date_____v1 v2 v3 v4
1 2300 21/01/2002 1 996 5 300
1 0200 22/01/2002 3 1000 6 100
1 0400 22/01/2002 5 930 3 100
1 0700 22/01/2002 1 945 4 200
I have 50+ cases and 15+ variables in both categorical and measurement form (although SPSS will not allow me to set it as Ordinal and Scale I only have the options of Nominal and Ordinal?).
I am looking for trends and cannot find a way to get SPSS to recognise each case as whole rather than individual rows. I have used a pivot table in excel which gives me the means for each variable but I am aware that this can skew the result as it removes extreme readings (I need these ideally).
I have searched this query online multiple times but I have come up blank so far, any suggestions would be gratefully received!
I'm not sure I understand. If you are saying that each case has multiple records (that is multiple lines of data) - which is what it looks like in your example - then either
1) Your DATA LIST command needs to change to add RECORDS= (see the Help for the DATA LIST command); or
2) You will have to use CASESTOVARS (C2V) to put all the variables for a case in the same row of the Data Editor.
I may not be understanding, though.

Quandl wiki data different than Yahoo or Bloomberg data

Does anyone notice quandl WIKI or EOD data are different than Yahoo or Bloomberg? I notice this when I was comparing data providers, which I am using AAPL as a test. AAPL split its stock 7 for 1 on Jun 9, 2014, so I think it is an ideal candidate to compare data.
Here is a picture of data comparison:
Do you know why they are different and which one I should trust? If I should trust neither, is there any other free data provider I can trust?
It depends on whether you adjust the dividends too (the series starting at 52 is adjusted for dividends, the series starting at 58 is not).
For reference, Bloomberg data:
Unadjusted price Adjusted for split Adjusted for split & div
27/12/2011 406.53 58.0757 52.4533
28/12/2011 402.64 57.52 51.9514
29/12/2011 405.12 57.8743 52.2714
etc.

Add data series to highlight cases on a box plot (Excel, SPSS or R)

first time user of this forum - guidance on how to provide enough information is very appreciated. I am trying to replicate the presentation of data used in the Medical education field. This will help improve the quality of examiners' marking of trainees in a Clinical Exam. What I would like to communicate will be similar to what is already communicated in the College of General Practitioners regarding one of their own exams, please see www.gp10.com.au/slides/thursday/slide29.pdf to help understand what it is I want to present. I have access to Excel, SPSS and R, so any help with any of these would be great. However as a first attempt I have used SPSS and created 3 variables: dummy variable, a "station score" and a "global rating score"(GRS). The "station score"(ST) is a value between 0 and 10 (non-integers) and is on the y-axis similar to the pdf presentation of "Candidate Final Marks". The x-axis is the "global rating scale", an integer from 1 to 6 and is represented in the pdf as the "Overall Performance Scale". When I use SPSS's boxplot I get a boxplot as depicted.
.
What I would like to do is overlay a single examiners own scoring of X number of examinees. So for one examiner (examiner A) provided the following marks:
ST: 5.53,7.38,7.38,7.44,6.81
GRS: 3,4,4,5,3
(this is transposed into two columns).
Whether it be SPSS, Excel or R how would I be able to overlay the box and whisker plots with the individual data points provided by the one examiner? This would help show the degree to which the examiners' marking styles are in concordance with the expected distribution of ST scores across GRS. Any help greatly appreciated! I like Excel graphics but I have found it very difficult to work with when choosing the examiners' data as a separate series - somehow the examiners' GRS scores do not line up nicely on the x-axis. I am very new to R but am also very interested in R, and would expend time to get a good result in R if a good result is viable. I understand JMP may be preferable for this type of thing but access to this may not be possible.

How to print Zweckform 4737 labels?

I am trying to print a load of Zweckform 4737 labels from a web page. From reading around it sounds like it's more robust to generate a PDF than to use print stylesheets.
There are various libraries out there in various languages for doing this...but unless your specific label is supported, you need to know the exact measurements of the label yourself. Unfortunately it seems the Zweckform 4737 is not widely supported. (I will be using a Ruby library at the end of the day, but that's by the by.)
I have looked online but I cannot find the Zweckform 4737's measurements. I know the basics: 29.6mm x 63.5mm, 3 per row, 27 per sheet. But I also need (I think) the sheet's left and bottom margins, and the horizontal gap between labels if any.
Does anyone know where I can find this information? Or should I simply trawl around office stationery shops looking for a pack of the labels and just measure them with a ruler?
Aimee Daniells showed me that the Open Office label wizard has all the information I need.
Thanks Aimee!
