Address sanitizer ignorelist not working with visual studio 2019 - visual-studio-2019

I'm trying to use address-sanitizer with visual studio 2019 (version 16.9.2). I would like
to ignore some of the errors generated by address-sanitizer as they are emitted from external
libraries.
When I use /fsanitize-ignorelist=D:\asan_blacklist.txt in
Configuration Properties->C/C++->Command Line->Additional Options
/fsanitize-ignorelist=D:\asan_blacklist.txt
Then I get following error message
command line warning D9002: ignoring unknown option '/fsanitize-ignorelist=D:\asan_blacklist.txt'
I've also tried /fsanitize-blacklist=D:\asan_blacklist.txt option but no luck.

string too large to encode using UTF-8 written instead as ‘STRING_TOO_LARGE’ at Visual studio 2019 for Xamarin.android project

When I am building my project at visual studio 2019 at windows or Mac then the following error occurs. "string too large to encode using UTF-8 written instead as 'STRING_TOO_LARGE'. The error is occurs at Visual studio 2019 16.7.7 for windows. But this error is not happening at visual studio 2017. But I need to compile my project to visual studio 2019. Build failed but the errors in not shown in the error list ( visual studio 2019 )

I'm trying to build an application in visual studio , the build is failed but I can't see any error in the error list.
I have tried:
Clean solution.
Delete vs folder.
Restart Visual studio
But any of those solutions solve my problem.
The error appears in the output window.
Try to clear the solution then you close Visual Studio then you delete bin and obj folders. Then you restart Visual Studio ... it may takes a moment and it will build or fails and display the error.

Installing F# in visual studio code

I am trying to install F# with Visual studio code in Windows 10. I have installed dotnet framework first.
Then I have installed lonide-fsharp in visual studio code.
Then I have included the path of fsi in visual studio by clicking the Preferences->extensions->selected F# and Included the path.
Now in the visual studio code I typed ctrl+shift+p then I have typed fsi start, I am getting an error.
I tried with '/' and '\'. in the path. Every time I change I uninstalled the lonide and installed it again.
When I do fsi start ,F# should get started or what are all the other ways that I can make F# to start.
What is happening here is 'C:/Program Files/dotnet/sdk/3.0.100/FSharp/fsi the path does not exist'.
First, make sure you have the latest version of VS Code and Ionide.
Then, if you install the .NET Core 3.0 SDK from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download, then it should install fsi.exe to that path. And then F# Interactive should just work with Ionide without any other configuration needed.

Visual Studio 2019 Preview Remote Debugger

In Visual Studio 2017, I run the remote debugger server (MSVSMON) on my local machine as an administrator so that I can attach the debugger to IIS without Visual Studio needing to run as an administrator.
When running Visual Studio 2019 Preview, the attach the debugger dialog doesn't seem to detect the MSVSMON process and so can't connect.
Is there a new version of MSVCMON?
I've tried using Bing / Google with no luck.
Is it just a bug in 2019 that it can't detect but it should?
Any suggestions how I can resolve this would be appreciated. This is a critical part of my workflow.
I found it. They haven't published a package for the current preview but the debugger is included in the standard install at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Preview\Common7\IDE\Remote Debugger\x64\msvsmon.exe
Visual Studio 2019 finally got an Installer Package on the Download-Site of Visual Studio: Visual Studio Remote Tools
This package should be preferred if you need the Windows Service for Debugging another machine.
The link above did not work for me. Downloaded it now from the following page:
Visual Studio 2019 Remote Debugger
In my case, no link worked for me as they all linked me to a download page for Visual Studio 2022.
If you guys are searching for the msvsmon.exe files, I found them at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\Common7\IDE\Remote Debugger
Both for x64 and x86

unable to build Visual Studio Solution from command line

when I try to issue the build command from visual studio command prompt, I get the following error message:
Querying enlistment to find matching Build Definition tools path
ERROR. Tools download failed. Failed to find client workspace for
given current path e:\code\DisplayApps\Services\InsightsMediator\Dev.
Please make sure your current path is mapped into your workspace.
What could be wrong?
Update : this turned out to be a version mismatch problem..the workspace was created using VS 2012 and I as trying to use VS 2010 Command prompt to build. Using VS 2012 command prompt resolved the problem
