Problems with publishing Dashboards in Tableau Public - save

While going through Google Data Analytics Certification I have come across the Tableau. Particularly, I am using Tableau Public (Free Web Version).
The problem is, I could not save dashboards I have created do to the
'Couldn’t save workbook Tableau experienced an unexpected server error. Try again, or contact your Tableau Server Administrator. error.
Googling did not help much since no-one seems to know how to resolve this issue.

Issue with multiple tenants: The remote name could not be resolved: 'xxxx.sharepoint.com' when fetching a file from Sharepoint in app hosted in Azure

Both today and friday we are experiencing connectivity issues to Sharepoint online from specific hosts in Azure Amsterdam. Some host can resolve the dns name, some can't.
This happens when we try to pull a file from Sharepoint using the Graph API. It only happens to some xxxx.sharepoint.com urls
UPDATE: It turns out to be only related to getting a file as PDF, which also explains why not all tenants are affected in our application. The PDF converter in Graph, has been unstable before
UPDATE AGAIN: When requesting a document as pdf, the MS Graph api call is redirected to https://northeurope1-mediap.svc.ms to return the pdf. As this is still an issue, could someone at Microsoft take action on this?

How to deploy apps with Microsoft Graph support

basically I want to deploy a NET.Core application where Calendar data will be read from an Exchange server account.
So the user has to fill out his login data and that it.
This works fine with Exchange.Webservices in Windows, but Exchange.Webservices are not working in Linux due the .NETFramework dependency.
I also tried the "Sherlock Exchange.WebservicesStandard" package which is also not working.
Microsoft Graph is a product I don't understand.
Is is correct, that every user needs to have an Azure Account and his own APPID?
If that is correct, this product seems to be a little bit useless in my opinion.
Any ideas?
Best regards!
As a developer, you will need an appid for your application which you will get from https://portal.azure.com/. Users of your application will not need any of this.

Connect Tableau Public to Firebase using Tableau Web Data Connector

I have some data hosted in Google Firebase and I need to make some analysis using Tableau Public (free version). And the Tableau data should be updated daily.
I read that a possible solution could be using a Tableau Web Data Connector but I'm not sure of this. If I use the Tableau WDC is there a way to schedule the data update? As far as I have understood a Tableau WCD is an intermediate page that downloads the data for example from a rest API and then put them into a tableau page.
Is it the correct way to achieve my goal?
cheers
This is not achievable through Tableau Public.
If you were using Tableau Desktop,
Currently as of 05/16/2018, there is no official connector for firebase. Also, I do not see third-party Tableau Web Data connector for firebase yet.
A Tableau WDC is a html page consisting of javascript hosted on a webserver and grabs data for you through http and returns it to the machine where you entered in the URL for the specified WDC.
An alternative would be to import your firebase data into BigQuery. Then, accessing your data from there.

How to copy Quickbooks production data over to the sandbox environment?

I need the company data copied over from production to the sandbox environment to test an API integration. I need access to the live data, but I do not want to make changes to the live environment yet.
I've tried exporting the company data (Internet explorer was required), but the file downloaded didn't appear on my computer. When I was finally able to get the file, it didn't save with an extension so Quickbooks desktop wouldn't open it. The online converter would recognize it, but it would hang after selecting it.
I've also tried exporting the list individually, but that doesn't keep the original Id.
The question on the developer community has been stale for a while.
Any help is appreciated.
After emailing Quickbooks support, there is an unsupported way here.
The idea is, after you create the sandbox empty the data. Then you can copy everything over in batches.
Otherwise it is not possible.
There is no way to do this. Read the response from Intuit on the thread you linked:
"... there is no way to move data from a production QBO account to a sandbox"
"Thanks for the feedback, we don have an ETA at this point."

Is JIRA Web Data Connector live or is it just an extract?

I am trying to create dashboards in Tableau from my JIRA data and I was investigating on ways with which I could pull data into Tableau. I found this online:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.kaanha.jira.tableau/cloud/overview
I wanted to know if the WDC created would have a live connection with JIRA or is it just a one-time extract from JIRA?
Thank you!
With WDCs it is not possible to have a live connection.
You can refresh the data manually for Tableau Desktop or if you have access to Tableau Server you will have to install the WDC on Tableau server and let it refresh on a schedule to make the latest data available to users.
