When I change the file extension, the page refreshes - swagger

I use Swagger to test APIs, and when I use the following code to change the file extension, the page refreshes:
System.IO.File.Move(strFiles.FirstOrDefault(), Path.ChangeExtension(strFiles.FirstOrDefault(), ".html"));
Thank you

I don't know if it's a bit late and you've already found a solution but I had exactly the same problem and solved it this way:
Go to: Tools > Options > Projects & Solutions > ASP.NET Core > Auto build and refresh options and put it to none (https://stackoverflow.com/a/68143618)

How to get Swagger UI to work based on documentation guide? (even the example)

I am trying to use Swagger UI to document our node.js API, so I went to http://swagger.io/docs/, down to Swagger UI Documentation -> Usage, to find this
Now, this is not the only place that provides these instructions, there are dozens of blogs & tutorials saying the same thing, so that's exactly what I did.
Cloned the repo, went into /dist/ and ran the /dist/index.html and all I get is an empty page with an error:
I'm slowly going crazy now as I can't find anything about it and literally every place I looked just has the same, copied, instructions with nothing else provided (like what could go wrong? you just open a file...)
Any help or explanations are much appreciated!
P.S. for some reason opening the /public/index.html works (mentioned nowhere on the www)
I think this is bug in new version of swagger-UI. This is fresh release and they are still modifying and fixing bugs.
Look here: Swagger-ui cannot access JS scripts. This seems to be similar problem, maybe it will help you.

Change help link in the Visual Editor of MediaWiki

Is there a way to change the help link in the toolbar dropdown in the new visual editor of MediaWiki?
I tried setting
"visualeditor-help-link":"mw:Help:VisualEditor/User guide/de"
in
"extentsions/VisualEditor/modules/ve-wmf/i18n/de.json"
as proposed here, but then my MediaWiki could not parse the JSON file. My goal is to link to the MediaWiki help page, that can be found here. The normal version:
"visualeditor-help-link":"[https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:VisualEditor/User_guide/de]"
did not work, neither did this:
"[[{{MediaWiki:visualeditor-helppagelink}}|Hilfe]]"
You should never ever change the source code of MediaWiki core or any extension. It makes an upgrade process much more hard and complicated. There are other ways to achieve a high customization of the user interface language :)
For your problem, it should be enough to create the following page in your wiki (like any other page, but you need the editinterface user right, which is assigned to sysops by default):
MediaWiki:visualeditor-help-link
Put the link you want to use into the textarea (without any wikitext, e.g. "Help:VisualEditor" (without any ")) and save the page.
After reloading the VisualEditor (maybe you need to clear your browser's cache using Ctrl + F5) the link should point to the new target you specified in the message above. If you use a message cache, it is maybe needed to rebuilt it.

How to avoid "automation server can't create object" without changing the browser security settings?

Recently I got the error "automation server can't create object", for which I know the solution is to add your website to trusted sites and enable the setting: "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting". But since this is a security issue, I searched for an alternative workaround but came up with nothing.
So, I am wondering if there is any other work around for this?
Please look at this SO question. Check if you did everything that was discussed there.
The first thing is to implement IObjectSafety interface. Then sign the activex and installer and CAB. You might also want to look at this example how to implement an activex.

Read config settings from PhoneGap app

Apparently I'm terrible at Googling. All I want to do is have the ability to read my web service URL from a config file in my PhoneGap app. Also, be able to modify that value during the build process. Is this named alot different in Xcode? I think I need to save this value in the plist file. If that's the case, then I can just set a user-setting in my build configuration stuff to have it change depending on which build type, Dev/Release.
If that's true, how do I access this from PhoneGap?
I'm guessing this question will get closed, but where else do I go for help...
plist file for cordova project already depreciate since v2.2. Cordova v2.3 start using config.xml.
Target > Edit Scheme
You could probably use hooks to accomplish everything that you are trying to do without changing around the config.xml file, but I'm not entirely sure this is supported with Phonegap (it is with Cordova.)
Check out the official help page to use the /hooks/ folder to modify anything during the build process: https://github.com/apache/cordova-cli/blob/master/templates/hooks-README.md
This blog post also seems pretty useful: http://devgirl.org/2013/11/12/three-hooks-your-cordovaphonegap-project-needs/ it talks about changing things based on the environment and I'm sure it'd be easy to extend that to changing based on dev/release.
You could store the link to your web service probably as a config variable. I'm trying to figure out how you can add a config variable and will report back if I get it. In the mean time you could probably just have something like a server.txt file that you change with hooks.

How can I get Url without "index.php" in static block?

When I use: {{store url="forum"}} it results in: www.domain.com/index.php/forum. I want the url without index.php .i.e. www.domain.com/forum. What do I need to change for this to work?
this is what you need to use:
{{config path="web/unsecure/base_url"}}
i hope this was helpful
sorry about the last answer...i misunderstood your question.
there are a number of ways to accomplish what you want.
you can change the base URL by going to SYSTEM > CONFIGURATION > WEB > SECURE
and SYSTEM > CONFIGURATION > WEB > UNSECURE respectfully (this might have repercussions and must be used carefully!!!)
you can continue to use the base URL the way it is and work around it.
if you can explain what your specific problem i think i'll be able to help you.
feel free to respond
good luck
Go to System > Configuration > Web > Search Engines Optimization and ensure "Use Web Server Rewrites" is set to "Yes".
