WkWebView YouTube channel and Allow Arbitrary Loads - ios

I have a WkWebView which successfully plays videos from YouTube in a webpage which has an embedded video player and an embed url.
The page also allows navigation to YouTube channels. When a video is clicked in the channel I see "an error occurred".
If I enable Allow Arbitrary Loads in Web Content I can play the video. I understand that the Allow Arbitrary Loads in Web Content is not applied to 'Exception Domains'.
Does this imply that there is a domain being accessed, that is not listed in the 'Exception Domains', which takes advantage of the 'Arbitrary Loads' setting?
Is it possible to apply Allow Arbitrary Loads in Web Content only to a specific domain?
When I use the Allow Arbitrary Loads in Web Content and play a video I encounter these errors. These appear to be internal error. Are there some permissions I need to request. Should I be concerned about these errors? These errors do not prevent the video from playing.
Finally is its likely that Apple will allow viewing YouTube videos as a justified reason for using Allow Arbitrary Loads in Web Content.
Xcode 13, minimum iOS 11, iPhone

Thanks for any guidance!

youtube-ios-player-helper message: "This video is restricted. Try signing in with a Google Apps account."

I want to play embedded youtube videos in an iOS app, using the YTPlayerView provided at https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/guides/ios_youtube_helper
Testing my code with the following video for example, https://youtu.be/jBm7O1XCYiE, I end up with the following:
** on XCode simulator: Youtube video plays as expected
** on real device (iPad mini): I receive the message "This video is restricted. Try to sign in with a Google Apps account."
Any suggestions what I should do to overcome this message on the real device?
The weirdest thing is, very rarely, YouTube lets me watch the video on the real device as well, the same video which I normally keep receiving the above error message (eventhough I do not change any codes or settings meanwhile)
Found out that this is a domestic problem..
Solution is: configuring the network settings to use a different DNS, such as Google Public DNS.
Rootcause was: In Turkey, there is access restriction to some specific web sites, and YouTube is one of them. YouTube is not completely blocked, however it just does not function normal with default DNS settings. And I have just forgotten to change the DNS of my test device.
Thanks to the government, for all the things I've learned during the last couple of days while trying to address this issue!
My next problem is now to find out how I can overcome this situation without asking the users to modify their DNS settings. Is making a VPN connection on the background the only way out??
Any answers/hints are appreciated.

Am I separating, isolating or modifying the audio or video of a Youtube Video in my Android App?

I have a responsive website for kids. Kids can watch selected Youtube Videos in a webbrowser. To make ann Android app, I used an APK creator. This app shows my website in a fullscreen webviewer. I set it up to hide the addressbar, so kids can more safely brows the App (website). On the website are no external links, except the links from the Youtube player. The YouTube video's are loading with a normal Wordpress YouTube plugin. When hitting the YouTube logo or Video URL, the Youtube website wil show.
Now Google Plays said i am violating the rules of the YouTube Api:
"Your API Client will not, and You will not encourage or create functionality for Your users or other third parties to: (8) separate, isolate, or modify the audio or video components of any YouTube audiovisual content made available through the YouTube API;"
This I truely not understand. There is no way I want to violate anything. When I appeal for reinstatement the just saying:
"After further review, we are unable to reinstate your application. You can find out more information under Reason for Suspension in the initial removal notification from Google Play."
The initial removal notification said what I wrote above.

Detect youtube video restriction

I've noticed that lot of youtube videos on my portal show this message:
"This video contains content from XXX, who has blocked it from display on this website"
For example:
http://www.karaoketexty.cz/texty-pisni/hurts/silver-lining-162276
Is there any way how to detect these videos via youtube API?
There is no relevant info about it on http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?v=2&alt=jsonc&q=dA1xykDtzbo
I'm using Zend_Gdata_YouTube and getVideoEntry method. I can successfully detect removed videos, embed disabled and country restriction.
But I don't know how to detect this new type of blocking (for specific website).
Thank you for any suggestions or tips.

iPhone App "Content Aggregator" -- concerns about app store rejection

I just read Apple's iOS application developer guidelines and have a question concerning whether my app is a content aggregator.
The iPhone app is tab-based and displays a table view in each tab. On clicking a table item, a web view is opened containing a local PDF file.
All of the PDFs are "qualifying times" sheets for national-level swimming competitions. They are available free online (if you can track them down...), so the app will probably be free to download.
The main purpose of this app is to make it easier for swimmer-athletes to check their own times against all the national competitions. Is there a risk that Apple could deny this app, since I did technically "aggregate" content? Or is it too innocent/trivial (I'm not stealing, after all) to be turned away?
John,
No one can say for sure, but I'd say the chances of your app being rejected are very, very low. Key points are to either (a) link to the PDFs, or (b) indicate somehow that you are permitted to use them. Copyright would probably be the biggest issue.
I think when Apple is saying "aggregator", it really means an app that just reads various RSS feeds and pretends to be an app without any other functionality. Yours appears to be a reference tool, as I'd have to go get all those links together myself if I didn't have your app.
Adding this to anyone looking for answer for this
i built content aggregator backend (read from multiple RSS sources) with support for push notification.
Then i develop a flutter app which will show this data as a list/details screens and user can turn on push notification to receive latest feeds alerts.
also I use the youtube data api v3 to extract popular video lists and data from other channels. i displayed only the title/description thumbnail & upload date.when user tap on the list item to steam the video i launch the youtube app. (no streaming inside the app)
publish this app on play store , aug/2020 got reject by apple saying "Guideline 4.2.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality & 5.2.3 Intellectual Property
4.2.2 Other than catalogs, apps shouldn’t primarily be marketing materials, advertisements, web clippings, content aggregators, or a
collection of links.
5.2.3 Audio/Video Downloading: Apps should not facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media
from third-party sources (e.g. Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud,
Vimeo, etc.) without explicit authorization from those sources.
Streaming of audio/video content may also violate Terms of Use, so be
sure to check before your app accesses those services. Documentation
must be provided upon request.

YouTube API: API says it is embeddable and not blocked but when it is embedded it is blocked

I wonder if anyone ever encounters this problem. I am trying to embed "The Killers - Human" Music Video.
When I did an API feed request as follow:
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?v=2&alt=jsonc&q=_Q9B9LOJIXsk
It shows that the video is embeddable and is not blocked. It even states that you can embed using the following URL:
http://www.youtube.com/v/Q9B9LOJIXsk?f=videos&app=youtube_gdata
However, when I tried this and played the video, I have received an error that the video contains content from UMG and is restricted to playback on certain sites. It is SUPPOSED to be able to playback.
I have double checked all the states etc. I wonder if I have missed anything to determine if a video is not embeddable or not on certain site.
Thank you for your help.
when you open the json you can actually see this
"status":{"value":"restricted","reason":"limitedSyndication"},
"restrictions":[{"type":"country","relationship":"deny","countries":"DE"}]
