I am not very good at VLOOKUP formulas and that is why I am asking this question. I want my vlookup formula to fetch names, age and risk factors from a specific address. The one I am using right now to fetch names is this;=vlookup(A3, 'Pivot Table 13'!A206:D566, 2, false). But the problem is that it is fetching only one name(or age or risk factor). For example, if it is supposed to fetch names from 'Aligiri' it will only fetch the first name 'Adam Yoosuf'. Can someone please help me on how to go about this

My area of interest is in cell A27 in the 'Dashboard' tab. I want to have the name, age and risk factor displayed there when I select an address from the cell A3 in the same tab.
It would be easier to answer with a spreadsheet instead of an image. In your Pivot Table, please check "repeat value" for current address, then use query instead of vlookup.
=query('Pivot Table 13'!A206:D566,"select B,C,D where A='"& A3 &"' ")
adapt the query accoring to your regional parameters and structure of your spreadsheet.
You may want to use Filter function since all information are to be display with sequence row:
=FILTER(C16:F24,C16:C24=I17)

I have no idea how to title this post, apologize in advance.
I have several sheets with a number in Column I and a name centered and merged in columns A:H. I want to obtain the name from A:H of the corresponding value within I but do have duplicates, therefore I need the nth value when permitted. The formula I have so far works up to the point it does not autofill down as an ArrayFormula, so when I drag the formula down I get an #REF! error due to the fact that when a duplicate is found it cannot overwrite the formula below.

Essentially, in the main sheet all the values in I:I of all the other sheets are obtained and sorted, then using that column I want to return the name that corresponds to the value, allowing for duplicates to work themselves out. I believe my issues resides in the $B1 part at the end of the formula preventing it from being an array.

I am trying to find a formula that will give me the count of unique dates a persons' name appears in one of two different columns and/or both columns.
I have a set of data where a person's name may show up in a "driver" column or a "helper" column, multiple times over the course of one day. Throughout the day some drivers might also be helpers and some days a driver may come in for duty but only as a helper. Basically all drivers can be helpers, but not all helpers can be drivers.

I've created a REPORTS tab with a SORT(UNIQUE(FLATTEN)) Formula to give me a list of the names that appear in the DATA Tab.
I'm looking for a way to count the unique dates a name from the name (Column A of the REPORTS Tab) appears in either of the two columns (Column B and/or C of the DATA Tab) to determine the total number of days worked so I can calculate the total number of days off over the range queried.
I've tried several iterations of countif, countunique, and countuniqueifs but cannot seem to find a way to return the correct values.
Any advice on how to make this work would be appreciated.

For anyone interested, Google Sheets' Filter function differs slightly from Excel's Filter function because Sheets attempts to make it easier for users to apply multiple conditions by simply separating each parameter with a comma. Example: =filter(A:A,A:A<>"",B:B<>"bad result") will provide different results between the Sheets and Excel.
Excel Filter requires users to specify multiple conditions within parenthesis and denote each criterion be flagged with an OR condition with a + else an AND condition with a multiplication sign *. While this can appear daunting and bizarre to multiply arrays that have text in it, it allows for more flexibility.
To Google's credit, if one follows the required Excel Syntax (as I did in this answer) then the functions will behave the same.

I have a list of place that will be visited by different people.

A list of cells that changes every day automatic.
An overview of who is going where that day and what needs to be assigned.
So I need a formula that can select a row based on today() and then filter out Persons in that row. Then for each person, another formula that looks up the first row in the table and puts duplicates together.

My solution is not the most elegant but it does the job.
First I build a column with date and unique persons or ? in this column:
=unique(sort(transpose(index(A1:H10,match(today(),A1:A10,0)))))
Then I find Places corresponding to these persons (I use filter function for it and then I use textjoin to keep them in single cell).
The formula is copied down as filter function does not accept a range and arrayformula as a filtering criterium.

I'd like to query a couple of tables to come up with a total sum of the value of a set of items, but with the price being dependent on data in another cell range, then grouping it based on category.
For example, say I have a data table containing name, category, and price of some grocery items. Another table I store my current inventory of groceries. I would like to calculate the value of, say, all my fruit.

Solution
Use VLOOKUP for searching the right item of your inventory and then multiply it with the value of the product you made the search with. For more info about VLOOKUP check this documentation.
=VLOOKUP(E3,$A$3:$C$11,3,FALSE)*F3
With these values, create a column next to Quantity indicating the total price for each product (as show in the picture below). Then, create another column with the Type of each item performing a similar VLOOKUP formula:
=VLOOKUP(E3,$A$3:$C$11,2,FALSE)
Finally, use these two columns as input ranges to apply a SUMIF formula for adding up the items of each group:
=SUMIF(H3:H6,"Fruit",G3:G6)

I need to match two conditions on the cell Name and add the price information into cell price if both condition match. In other words, if Name contains both conditions, get the price. I tried different approaches using QUERY, SEARCH; FIND; VLOOKUP but I got stuck somewhere in the middle. Here's the example sheet (Google Spreadsheet solution preferred over Excel):

Maybe important: Both, the Name values as well as the whole reference table get pulled from other files dynamically. So I don't know anything concerning order or length of these columns in advance, not even if there are matches at all.
In addition to previous answer AND given the current set of data (in a Google spreadsheet), in B2 try:
=ArrayFormula(iferror(vlookup(regexreplace(A2:A; "[^A-Z]"; ""); {E2:E&F2:F\G2:G}; 2; 0)))
