I would like to set up a consent system for Adsense ads and analysts.

I have some questions about the GDPR policy on AdMob. I'm not living in EEA and am also not so familiar with the GDPR, so I'd be glad if you can help me.
First of all, if my iOS app is published in the EEA and the app shows the AD via AdMob,

How can I forward consent to the AdMob ADs request as Google mentions here? For example, set npa=1 only when a user doesn't consent to Personalized ADs in the UMP form. Is it impossible?
Or, if a user doesn't consent to Personalized ADs in the UMP form, AdMob stops personalizing on their end without any publisher's action? (e.g. forwarding the consent to the AdMob ADs request such as the npa=1 flag on the iOS app?)
Finally, related to the previous last question, in the UMP form, there's a way to disable even Basic Ads,
Is it the same as Non-Personalized Ads?
If so, if the user disables both Personalized and Basic Ads in the UMP form, AdMob stops showing any Ads to this user?
I'm having some problem with Google Adsense. I created a blog using Blogger almost one year ago and YouTube channel four days ago, but when I tried to link both of them with my AdSense account it always gives me this message, " You are currently signed into Google account which is either not an active Adsense account or still pending an approval".
Even no email was received from AdSense according to its activation.

This message clearly says that your AdSense account is not approved yet, what you have to do?
Wait for their reply, if they declined the approval. Wait for few months meanwhile ensure the following facts about the website and then reapply for AdSense approval
Write quality content only
Content must be grammatically correct and free from spelling mistakes
Content must be original, must not be derived from another website
The website should have a simple website layout which can be navigate easily
The website should contain a number of posts, do not write few posts and apply to the Google AdSense for approval
Website must not have any pornography or adult content
Website must have organic and genuine traffic

This is the Matched content ad unit with Ads, where Google will display content from your website pages with few ads of other Advertisers.
You cannot create such kind of ad units until Google will not invite you and Google invites after certain time based on the quality of website and number of organic searches, page views, visitors.
So please wait for Google’s invitation in AdSense meanwhile focus on your website to increase organic searches by putting quality content there.
I want to display an admob Ad Through mopub sdk in one of my iPhone application but i am not able to find the API Password And API Key through Ad Mob.
Can anyone please help me to integrate Admob network in mopub account?
API Password and API Key are for the Legacy AdMob integration and are now deprecated. Please use OAuth for Network Revenue Reporting.
You should still be able to display AdMob ads even though Network Revenue Reporting is not enabled on MoPub.

How can I create test iOS project without client ID or with a test client ID, because I can't wait while Google approve my application.
