WebView.LoadHtml file access error Android 30 Xamarin

I have a Hybrid app I rebuilt after setting the Target Android version to API 30, per a new warning that Google now requires this, and am trying it on a Tablet with Android 11. Originally following an old hybrid sample app, my app copies files from the resources to the file system. This seems to work, as no exceptions are thrown from the File operations. The first thing it does is display a splash screen from an HTML file copied from the afore-mentioned resource copy, using the LoadHtml function of a created WebView, and giving it a URL formatted like this:
file:///data/data/com.mycompanyname.myappnameandroid/files/Content/Splash.html
LoadHtml doesn't throw an exception, but then the screen displays an error message referencing this path and the error "ERR_ACCESS_DENIED". This file does reference CSS files copied to the same directory (referenced like "<link rel="stylesheet" href="site.css" />
" in the HTML header). It will continue on to display the main app pages, but it apparently failed to load CSS files and so forth, as all the styling and scripting is missing. What do I need to change to make this work?
Searching, I find talk of "Scoped Storage", but I can't make any sense of it. I'm hoping there is a simple fix.
There is a simple fix. Add the following to your set up of the WebView:
webView.Settings.AllowFileAccess = true;
Apparently the default changed from true to false.
Thanks to this posting for the clue: Load file into webView with scoped storage

Swagger error .Net core web api. Unsupported Media Type. Consumes["application/json"] vs upload xlsx file

I am using Swagger in my .NET Core Web Api project.
I am uploading an Excel file (.xlsx) to the system on my one Controller. But I get Unsupported Media Type error when uploading files because of the Consumes["application/json"] line.
Swagger doesn't work even when Consumes["application/json"] line is removed.
I added the Consumes["application/json"] code because I got a Swagger authorize error.
SOLVED
Adding Consumes["multipart/form-data"] to the top of each function to upload xlsx fixed the problem.

Google cloud storage: upload large file inside with a POST request (old createUploadUrl)

I'm migrating from PHP 5+ to PHP 7+ on standard app engine.
To upload file, I'm making a POST request to an internal endpoint with all form data (text and file to upload).
Actually what I was doing on v5 to let this work:
Get the URL with CloudStorageTools::createUploadUrl
POST everything to the url returned from the step before
In this way, all posted form (text and file to upload) was posted correctly to my internal endpoint and file can be uploaded on google storage.
Migrating to php 7+ CloudStorageTools::createUploadUrl can't be used.
Direcly upload working fine, if file is not so bigger.
For bigger file I haven't still found a solution, a lot of people have this problem but seems no one actually solved it.
There is some workaround or some tips to solve it?
I've already tested different methods got from here: https://googleapis.github.io/google-cloud-php/#/docs/cloud-storage/v1.23.2/storage/readme
No one is actually working (I got URL where upload, but at the end of upload everything crash).
Google documentation about that is not so clear, they say you can't use the older library, but actually online I can find always the same basically code that it's not good for larger file.

FTP with Swift 4/5 (with/without extra framework)

First of all: I know about the security concerns regarding ftp, so please no discussion about this here - ftp has to be used.
My app has to log into a server with ftp (with username/password), search for and download a file, delete it from the server, then upload an edited version.
I've been searching for tutorials on how to even get a connection to a server via ftp but all I found were Apple's documentation from 2012 here and their documentation about the different functions here (and a bunch of weird "Swift FTP" biking videos on youtube...). Every other example I found (usually <2015) uses some additional framework or library but there don't seem to be any proper tutorial for Swift 5 or even Swift 4.
Is it even still possible to use FTP with Swift 5 (is it still supported?) and if so, how? Or is there simply no point trying to get any of Apple's stuff to work and better to just use an extra framework like FileProvider?
At first I was using FileProvider, unfortunately the library is pretty buggy currently, with functions being called twice (which you can kind of prevent by using a "firstTimeCalled" bool check) and if the server's slow(-ish), you also might not get e.g. the full list of files in a directory because FileProvider stops receiving answers before the server's actually done.
I haven't found any other FTP libraries for Swift that work (and are still supported), so now I'm using BlueSocket (which is able to open sockets, send commands to the server and receive commands from it) and built my own small library that can send/receive,... files (using the FTP codes) around it.

MOSS Error Uploading File to Library and Custom Meta Data Not Being Updated

MOSS 2007 SP2 64 bit. Multi-server install.
How do I figure out the where to find the document library upload error I am getting?
I have document library with a custom workflow attached that will have a PDF document OCR'd during the upload. This library has some custom meta data fields from a content type that are exposed during the upload. As part of the workflow it OCR's the PDF doc and puts it back into the library and keeps it at version 1. During the upload I am getting an error for the PDF documents but it is uploading the document and the meta data fields are not getting updated with the user input. Below is the wonderful error message I get back. I have tried looking at the logs and I am not seeing anything pertaining to this error.

You probably is running into a concurrency issue; this message occurs when you do update some metadata and that document already has been modified by someone else (sometimes even you).
Before changing your metadata, try to reload your SPLIstItem/SPFile object to reflect your most actual metadata values.
