I am having weird crash with my app: Whenever i have a bluetooth headset connected to my app and i open a viewcontroller where i am using AVPlayerViewController the app just crashes. Their are no logs in the debugger, the app just shuts off.
If i disconnect the bluetooth and go to the same page the app works fine, i am able to play the video go to fullscreen and perform all tasks without any issues. Also everything works fine on ios 12 as well.
I have already included both: Privacy - Bluetooth Peripheral Usage Description and Privacy - Bluetooth Always Usage Description.
Kindly help i am stuck on this issue since past 4 days.
Crash happening on IOS version: 13.3.1

We have a WebRTC Swift 4.2 application using Google's native WebRTC code. We are having issues with Apple's App Slide Over Multitasking feature on iPads.
Issue:
What we are seeing is when our Application is running in a video call on an iPad as soon as another app is 'Slide Over' our app, our application stops using the video camera and microphone until the Slide Over app is closed. Once closed our application gets the microphone and camera back.
Expected Result:
Our application is still able to use the camera and microphone and the user is able to use both apps at the same time.
Questions:
Is there a setting we need to turn on to disallow Slide Over apps? If not is there a event we can subscribe to when the slide over happens so we can request camera and microphone access again?
What we have done:
We have set our application to require full screen in the project settings.
We have tried subscribing to the following events on the AppDelegate:
applicationDidEnterBackground, applicationWillResignActive, applicationDidBecomeActive. These events do fire once for the initial Slide over app open and close but not after consecutive Slide Overs with same app.
Turning on all Background mode capabilities. Has no effect.
On our ViewController.swift we have tried to subscribe to viewWillLayoutSubviews event. This event does not fire for apps opened with Slide Over.
Versions:
iOS 11.4.1
Swift 4.2
Xcode 10.1
I filed a bug report with Apple and they said,
"This sounds like expected behavior, given that only one foreground app is allowed at a time."
I am facing a strange problem with my iOS app.
It is written in Objective-C and i use iOS 8.3 on my testdevice (iPhone 4s).
The app uses push notifications.
When I lock my iPhone, I sometimes get the following issue:
Before unlocking the device again, the wlan status symbol in the status bar disappears and when I finally unlock it, the app freezes and I have to restart it (-> The WLAN sign returns and the app works without any problems)
In my team's iOS app we have a bug when Siri is invoked while our app is running. Siri pops up and the waveform is shown very briefly and appears not to detect one's voice as the waveform remains very flat. Quickly thereafter it begins to list the things you can ask Siri.
We are using Xcode 6.3, tested on an iPad Mini with iOS 8.3 as well as an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.3.
The app never uses the microphone or queries any of the device audio inputs so I can't see this problem attributed to our app using the microphone directly. It does play looping ambient music and has sound effects.
Is there anything specific we should be calling an an interruption to ensure that Siri will work properly? Has anyone experienced similar issues?
This is most likely not related to your app. The iOS SDK doesn't provide a Siri API that could lead to this kind of events.
You may try to pause any ambient music/sounds effects whenever the app goes in background. (in AppDelegate.m)
Let's say I want to create a WatchKit app that shows the seconds for the current time.
What happens if iPhone gets turned off (e.g. battery drained), then user starts the app on the Watch device?
As far as I know, every (!) code runs on the iPhone (extension app), so my method that "fetches" seconds probably won't respond either. It is hard to imagine, but seems that I cannot get / display the current time on the Apple Watch if iPhone is turned off.
Any experiences on this?
Firstly, you can't do watch faces in the current developer kit.
All current WatchKit apps are extensions of iPhone or iPad apps. As you suggest, if the iOS device is not contactable, nothing will happen.
Apple say that native Watch apps will be coming later.
Your app will be killed immediately.
As you mentioned before, WatchKit Extension runs on iPhone, and you're absolutely right. There is only storyboard on Apple Watch.
So, the answer is very simple - "No code - no App"
After iOS 8 release, we are getting feedback from some users about our app that whenever users try to start app, operating system navigate it to background. I was able to examine this issue myself and I see that OS does not terminate app or app does not crash. In fact, app appears in background apps menu. Whenever user tries to open the app it closes itself something as if “simulating user's home button touch”. Of course, I’m not doing something like this by code. And this issue only show 100 in 1 and only in iOS 8 devices. It shows any kind of devices from iPhone 4S to 5S.
Have you ever encounter an issue like this?
