I'm working currently on a project with youtube live streaming. The problem is next:
- from Youtube API playground it's easy to make an api call from Youtube Data Api with geo block in specified countries contentDetails.regionRestriction. But it's simply doesn't change anything the video still has the same geo restrictions as it was before. Does anyone has any ideas why this endpoint doesn't works?

I am working on a music project and i will like to view the watched history of different music videos on youtube that are not on my channel.
A typical case is this music chart site
I have been exploring youtube but i cant see any endpoint for that.
https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs
I have also check analytics API but it seems like it only works on videos on your channel
https://developers.google.com/youtube/analytics/reference/reports/query
Is there any way to do this or an alternative?
Thanks
I have some visualizations I'm currently using to display YouTube video analytics, however, I'm having to manually pull YouTube video impression data through YouTube Studio to keep it updated. I would like to do this through the API but I don't see video impression data in any of the documentation here
Questions:
Am I missing something? Or is it just not currently possible to pull that metric through
the API?
To get around this if it is not possible, is it okay to scrape YouTube studio for the
metric myself?
To be clear, I specifically want this metric from YouTube Studio:

I am building an app which does live streaming to Youtube channel using an embedded player. So i want to know if it violates the policy of Youtube since I am using a different application to do live to the youtube Also, all the application users will stream to a single youtube channel, so any idea in how many live streams can take place at a time?
It was stated in the Broadcast and Stream documentation of the YouTube API that "only one event is live at any given time, and the video content for each broadcast is unique". To learn more about policy, you can read the YouTube API developer policies.
I am trying to see if the YouTube API supports inserting a video into a current YouTube video. This can manually be accomplished via the YouTube editor. However, I am looking to do this for all videos within a channel via an API call. Is this possible?
Thank you so much.
Is there any way to detect if a video was removed or unavailable?
We need to have ability to remove it from the video listing if it has been removed from youtube server.
Hung BUI if you are using youtube API there is a way to filter the video which has been removed or not availble in your locality.
Kindly watch this video and seek it to 2m:03s, The tutor will say how to filter the unavailable and restricted video,..
Youtube Video on YOUTUBE search API
Use a parameter format and restriction along with the youtube api endpoint
https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?q=GoogleDevelopers&max-results=1&v=2.1&alt=jsonc&format=5&restriction=DE
If you hit this endpoint of youtube you can get a set of youtube videos which can be embedded as well as we can check whether the video is restricted in our locality.
