Jenkins Declarative Pipeline build failure - Node is missing - jenkins

Question

Here is my code for jenkins declarative pipeline
can any one help me out what I'm missing in the file.
Do i need to install maven in global tool configuration?
even I'm getting some warning in Manage Jenkins, is there any way to write Declarative pipeline?

On a declarative pipeline, the tool declaration is different (yours looks more like a scripted pipeline)
