Adwords vs Bing Impressions - google-ads-api

I run two ad campaigns, one each on Bing and Adwords with nearly the same ads, same keywords. on Adwords I only use the search network.
A specific keyword gets me about 80% traffic from both sites, but this particular keyword, the impression count is CRAZY high on Bing, which results in crazy low CTR.
For example:
Adwords: 104/1404 (clicks vs impressions)
Bing Ads: 190/31,388 (clicks vs impressions)
Both for the last 7 days.
My ad position is very close to the same in both 1.6 vs 1.53 adwords/bing, and
my quality score for both is 10/10
So what is going on with Bing? Is this because there's no option to turn off the display network, and all of those impressions are getting added to that count? Is this something I should be concerned about since I'm still driving traffic, and quality score is 10?

You can see who is triggering that amount of impressions by "search partner". Bing Ads publisher report
On the other hand you actually can turn off the "search partners" on Bing. Ad distribution

Google Analytics missing ~5% of sessions from iOS SDK

I have an ecommerce application for iOS that is reporting transactions to Google Analytics. When I compare the analytics each week with the data from the sales system, Google Analytics is always missing ~5% of the transactions.
Further investigation turned up that it's not just the transaction data that occasionally goes missing, but all data (events, screen views, etc.).
For example, I have a user that I know used the app every day last week. However, Google Analytics shows activity for every day except Tuesday. It seems like the iOS SDK occasionally stops reporting data for chunks of time, but I'm not sure why.
We're not crossing any rate limits (best I can tell) and the app isn't uninstalled from the user's device so the data shouldn't be getting deleted.
The view I'm using in Google Analytics is filtered and has User-ID reports enabled. (I just created a new view this week with no filters and User-ID reports disabled to see if the results are different.)
Does anyone have any thoughts about what might be causing the data to go missing?

iOS seems to be displaying a high bounce rate in Google Analytics

I have an issue where Google Analytics shows just fine data for all other browsers but then for iOS (specifically version 9.3+), Google Analytics show a high bounce rate. Now I am very aware of the recent iOS bug however, Apple released a fix to this and yet, I still have these weird statistics.
Can anyone provide any clues or possibilities iOS is showing this kind of stat?
You could take a look at the page load time, and see if that's any different on iOS. Check the source report to see if iOS traffic is typical. Also, look at the volumes. If they're very low, you may be seeing warped results.
Another possibility is traffic from your own company; for sites with only a few hundred visitors a day, excluding internal traffic can have a noticeable effect on Bounce Rate, but since this is phone traffic it might be slipping through the filter.
We actually tested this and it seems it's because of this: https://github.com/PierBover/ios-iframe-fix

iOS & Google Analytics - How many events to send?

I have an app that allows its users to make YES/NO decisions about a huge number of items.
I want to use google analytics to track those decisions.
Lets say a user's decision takes one second.
When i send data to google every 120 seconds thats 120 Events each time. Do I have to worry about this in terms of app speed, bandwidth, or google analytics policy?
Is there a better way to achieve something similar?

How long do iAd apps take to start generating impressions?

I released an app with an iAd in it on Friday. So far it has generated zero impressions with many requests - a fill rate of zero. Most of my requests are in the USA (~90%) so the problem is not that the requests are from countries which iAd does not support).
An older app of mine which is less popular is consistently generating a 98% fill rate despite a lower number of requests.
I was just wondering if it's normal for iAd apps to not generate impressions right away. Should I expect to eventually get impressions after some time, or is something wrong?
It takes 1-4 days for an app to start receiving ads. It's normal1 for the fill rate to be zero or nearly zero for a few days after release.
1: This is not documented on Apple's website anywhere, but Apple iAd representatives confirmed this via email.
Yes it is normal and documented.Have you read - https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/iAd_Guide/Introduction/Introduction.html

Latency with Youtube Analytics API

This page (http://apiblog.youtube.com/2012/03/keeping-things-fresh.html) does a great job of explaining the latency of results obtained using the Youtube API version 2.0. Is there an equivalent explanation for the Youtube Analytics API?
I viewed and liked a video today that previously had no action and then retrieved statistics using the Analytics API (with both start-date and end-date equal to today) and my actions were not reflected - all metrics were still zero. Do I need to wait until tomorrow for today's totals to be calculated? If yes, is there any way to get the current day's analytics?
The YouTube Analytics API uses the same backend as the YouTube Analytics website, and the public information about data freshness that applies to the website also applies to the API. There's some relevant info at
http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/static.py?hl=en&guide=1714169&page=guide.cs
Specifically, the bottom of the page reads (as of right now):
YouTube Analytics data is updated daily, which means that the numbers displayed in these reports may differ from the public values displayed on the Watch page, Channel page, Video Manager, or other sources.
I don't think we specifically guarantee what time of day the data updates, but it's safe to assume that the previous day's data is processed sometime after midnight Pacific Time (which is the time zone used for YouTube Analytics).
