How does one access "agreements, tax and banking" in AppStore Connect? - ios

I signed up for a developer account that's now become active. I'm trying to follow the in-app purchase tutorial here.
The tutorial asks me to ensure I've accepted certain criteria in Agreements, Tax and Banking, but when I click on that, I see the header of the page loading briefly and then get redirected back to the iTunes Connect home page (see images).
Is this a known issue, and how should I proceed?
I've tried Chrome (70.0.3538.110) and Safari (12.0.1 (14606.2.104.1.1)), but the same thing happens in both. I've also downloaded the AppStoreConnect app for iOS but that doesn't seem to include administrative sections.

testFlight external user test need demo account and content

i am using testflight for client test our application. I got these information:
From Apple
2. 1 Performance: App Completeness Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
We have started the review of your beta app, but we are not able to
continue because we need a demo account to fully assess your app
features.
Next Steps
To help us proceed with the review of your app, please provide a user
name and password in the Beta App Review Information section for your
app in iTunes Connect. Please be sure to include content in your app
that demonstrates the features and functionality available in your
app.
Since your iTunes Connect status shows as Rejected, we require a new
binary to correct this issue. Once the requested information is
available, we can continue your review.
To provide demo account information:
Log in to iTunes Connect
Click on "My Apps"
Select your app
Select “Test Information”
Scroll down to “Beta App Review Information”
Provide information in “Demo Account” and/or “Review Notes” as appropriate
Click “Save”
Scroll up to “Builds” section and submit a new binary for review
I provided the demo user account and password. But it's still with this error like:
So i am just wondering
Please be sure to include content in your app that demonstrates the features and functionality available in your app.
what's the content means here? Or i missed something important. How long does this testFlight review cost if it fails first?
Thanks for the help!
EDIT I am wondering if the content in your app means the Review Notes in the below image.
You just need to go to
AppStore -> My Apps -> Select Your App -> select
TestFlight Tab -> Test Information Tab
**Then fill testing account info and wait for reviewer **
After filled Review Notes the error was gone. And the review the finished the second day.
Looking at the description, it seems like your application needs some specific account to login to use application features. So, Apple people do not have access to your application until you provide them the testing account to log into the application.
You do not need to re-submit the application binary. You just need to provide account information to access your application. That is what they mean to say in description.
Please let me know if this information helps you

iTunes Connect confusion

1) In my iTunes connect account there is a Support URL (required) and a Marketing URL (optional). If you look at any app's App store page there it says Developer Website. So is the developer website the same as iTunes connect Support URL or Marketing URL?
2) Also, I want to do manual release to get promo codes for review sites and others. So if I were to set app for review in iTunes Connect, how far do I set the "Availability date" in the "Pricing tab" in the future? How long is a review if approved?
3) Also, lets say it's approved and I set the future date to September 1st for example for manual release. Would Apple instantly upload my App into the App store September 1st or would I have to confirm something first or is there more to it?
1) Developer Web site will be same as support URL.
2) As per my knowledge, if you use promo code then you may not post review for it.
3) Apple will instantly publish your app on availability date.

App Status is "Pending Contracts" after renewal of Apple Developer Program

My Apple Developer program membership is expired, so my App has been removed from the App Store.
And I already renewed today, but the App status in iTunes Connect still shows pending contracts like the following picture:
What should I do after renewals? Should I submit the App again?
Apple won't publish apps until you've accepted the contracts.
Log in to iTunes Connect.
Go to Contracts, Tax and Banking.
Add the necessary info there. Your app will then be automatically approved.
When your status is Active (Pending User Info).
Go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking and View for paid apps. In that page you need to add contact for Senior Management, Financial, Technical, Legal, Marketing and you are done.
Once you have applied for renewal of contract, then Apple will send one code within 2 business days. You need to click on the activation code and enter it to activate account. Once you activate your account, the application state will automatically change from Pending contract to "Ready for sale"
No need to submit application again...!!!
We hit this problem and tried a number of methods as found to fix it but got nowehere. It appears we had paid the renewal in the developer center but for some reason the update was not synchronised with itunes connect.
A quick call to iOS developer center on one of the numbers listed on the following page and the issue was fixed by the support person within a couple of minutes.
https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone/
Login to your apple developer account and you would need to clear any notifications like the one shown here.
Login to iTunesConnect.
Go to Contracts, Tax and Banking.
Fill in your info.

itunes connect move app to another account

I am trying to transfer app from itunes connect account to another by following this web site
https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/TransferringAndDeletingApps.html
but can't see the "Transfer App" menu item
Here are my roles
Any idea? Thanks, Michal
If you don't fulfill something or this, you can't see "Transfer App" option, get from Apple Documentation.
I hope help you.
Criteria for Transferring an App
Before you transfer an app to another developer, ensure you’ve met the following criteria:
Make sure your accounts aren’t in a pending or changing state.
For example, make sure your account or your recipient’s account have agreed to any contract amendments that wait for approval and that any iAd App Network-related account information is up to date. See Viewing Contracts and Contract Status.
Make sure the app uses only technology and content that can be transferred.
No version of the app can use an iCloud entitlement.
No version of the app can use a Passbook entitlement.
The app can’t offer (or have previously offered) In-App Purchase subscriptions: auto-renewable, free, or non-renewing.
Make sure the app and any In-App Purchase products it offers have a status that supports transfers.
The app status can be one of the following, assuming that there is at least one approved version of the app: Ready for Sale, Prepare for Submission, Developer Removed From Sale, Invalid Binary, Developer Rejected, Rejected
In-App Purchase products can have one of the following statuses: Approved, Ready to Submit, Developer Removed From Sale, Rejected
Make sure that In-App Purchase product IDs on the app aren’t the same product IDs on any apps in the recipient’s account.
Make sure to turn off TestFlight beta testing for all prerelease versions of your app.
Besides the criteria you must meet to be able to transfer an app (and have the link show up in your iTunesConnect page), my experience was that the logged in user must be the Team Agent, which is whoever opened the account in the first place. No admins or app managers other than him will be able to see the link.
Here is a list of the criteria that you must meet to have the app be transferable: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/TransferringAndDeletingApps.html
Hope this helps.

To make it available on the App Store, accept the terms of the latest agreement in Agreements, Tax, and Banking

This is a question relating to releasing software on the Apple iTunesConnect interface. This past month (March 2015). Apple's software is very finicky and new problems come up often and are short lived.
I have received this message when attempting to "Submit for Review" my app:
Your app can't be made available on the App Store. To make it available on the App Store, accept the terms of the latest agreement in Agreements, Tax, and Banking.
Clicking on that link produces this page, and none of the links there lead to something related to "[accepting] the terms of the latest agreement". Also, I am the sole user with access to this system, and I have the "legal admin" permissions.
How do I get past this?
If you don't see Request Amendments section, login to https://developer.apple.com and make sure you have agreed with iOS terms and conditions.
You'll need to press the Request button under Request Amendments for iOS Paid Applications. It's in the middle of the screen, not the bottom. That's what they're looking for. It's very misleading.
I returned to this page later today and this is what appeared:
This allowed me to complete the workflow
You need to have legal role for this. If you are just an admin you can not request and accept the agreement, All you can do is view the agreement. Once you sign in with a legal role, you can request (see the Request button) the agreement and accept it.
