Java Printable not printing multiple pages - printing

My print function could only print one page so I tried changing it to print multiple pages. I have now changed my code to print two pages. But the second page is always a blank page.
So on one page there can be 27 "tasks" printed. There are 3 lines each page and each line containing 9 tasks. I have tried changing the if statement in order to get it to print a second page but couldn't get it to work.
if ((i < 9) || ((i>=3*9) && (i<4*9)))
else if ((i < 2*9) || ((i>=4*9) && (i<5*9)))
else if ((i < 3*9) || ((i>=5*9) && (i<6*9))){
Example Code (excuse the poorly written code):
public class Printer implements Printable {
private ArrayList<Task> dataTasks;
private ArrayList<Tag> dataTags;
private int tasksPerPage = 27;
public int print(Graphics g, PageFormat pf, int pageIndex) throws PrinterException {
if (pageIndex * tasksPerPage >= dataTasks.size()) {
return NO_SUCH_PAGE;
}
Graphics2D g2d = (Graphics2D) g;
g2d.translate(pf.getImageableX(), pf.getImageableY());
Font titleFont = new Font("Courier New", Font.PLAIN, 12);
g2d.setFont(titleFont);
for (int i = tasksPerPage * pageIndex; i < dataTasks.size() && i < tasksPerPage * (pageIndex + 1); i++){
if ((i < 9) || ((i>=3*9) && (i<4*9))){
g.drawString("Task: " + dataTasks.get(i).getName(), 10, 10 + i * 90);
g.drawString("Created: " + dataTasks.get(i).getCreationDate().toString(true,false), 10, 22 + i * 90);

Invalid Ticket when closing orders

I'm trying to close all opened orders, they are all MarketOrders not PendingOrders and have SL and TP set to 0 so they shouldn't close themselves (they are still opened in Terminal). I am storing tickets in the array so my loop looks like:
for(int i = 0; i < trades.size(); ++i) OrderClose(tickets[i], lots[i], Bid, Slippage);
yet I'm still receiving "INVALID TICKET" error, can you tell me why?
It doesn't happen always, its like some orders are closed and some throw Invalid Ticket.
I didn't notice this behavior with only 1 order so I'm assuming it occurs only when there are more of them.
Code:
template < typename T >
struct vector {
vector() {}
vector(int arraySize) {
if (arraySize < 0) { arraySize *= -1; }
ArrayResize(m_data, arraySize);
}
vector(vector & rhs) {
if (size() < rhs.size()) { ArrayResize(m_data, rhs.size()); }
for(uint i = 0; i < size(); ++i) { m_data[i] = rhs.m_data[i]; }
}
vector operator=(vector & rhs) {
if (size() < rhs.size()) { ArrayResize(m_data, rhs.size()); }
for(uint i = 0; i < size(); ++i) { m_data[i] = rhs.m_data[i]; }
return this;
}
T operator[](uint index) { return m_data[index]; }

}
when you close some ticket successfully, you do not remove it from the list trades, right? And it seems you should. Use your struct to clear the elements if order close is successful.
By the way, there's probably no need to reinvent the wheel, use CArrayObj as a container for your elements and delete them once order is closed.

GameMaker Studio 2 Click-Drag Tile Selection

I would like to implement a simple way to select a section of a tilemap, though I'm stuck on the math of updating the selected area as you drag.
I spent about 12 hours reasearching and trying different things to see if I can get this to work correctly. I didn't think this would be as tough as it is.
My prefered method of implementing the selection, is using four variables:
selection_x - X position of the top left corner of the selection
selection_y - Y position of the top left corner of the selection
selection_w - Width of the selection
selection_h - Height of the selection
The scrips tilex() and tiley() return the tile X/Y where the mouse is, calculating for zoom, and view offset.
Here is my attempt:
if(mouse_check_button_pressed(mb_left)) {
selecting = true;
selection_start = [tilex(), tiley()];
selection_stop = [tilex() + 1, tiley() + 1];
selection_x = tilex();
selection_y = tiley();
selection_w = 0;
selection_h = 0;
} else if(mouse_check_button(mb_left)) {
var old = selection_x;
selection_x = tilex() >= selection_x + selection_w ? tilex() : selection_x;
selection_w = tilex() >= selection_x + selection_w ? tilex() - selection_x : (old - selection_x);
var old = selection_y;
selection_y = tiley() >= selection_y + selection_h ? tiley() : selection_y;
selection_h = tiley() >= selection_y + selection_h ? tiley() - selection_y : (old - selection_y);
/*
if(selection_x >= tilex()) {
var old = selection_x;
selection_x = tilex();
selection_w += old - selection_x ;
selection_stop[0] = tilex() + 1;
show_debug_message("x 0");
} else if(selection_x + selection_w <= tilex()) {
selection_w = tilex() - selection_x + 1;
selection_start[0] = tilex();
show_debug_message("x 1");
}
if(selection_y >= tiley()) {
var old = selection_y;
selection_y = tiley();
selection_h += old - selection_y;;
selection_stop[1] = tiley() + 1;
show_debug_message("y 0");
} else if(selection_y + selection_h <= tiley()) {
selection_h = tiley() - selection_y + 1;
selection_start[1] = tiley();
show_debug_message("y 1");
}
*/
/*
if(selection_x > tilex() && selection_y > tiley()) {
} else if(selection_x < tilex() && selection_y < tiley()) {
selection_x = tilex();
selection_y = tiley();
selection_w = selection_x - tilex();
selection_h = selection_y - tiley();
}
*/
/*
if(selection_start[0] > selection_stop[0] || selection_start[1] < selection_stop[1]) {
//selection_start = [tilex(), tiley()];
} else {
selection_stop = [tilex() + 1, tiley() + 1];
}

}
Thanks for reading! Hope this can get resolved soon.

why mksquashfs exports file changes every time even the content has not changed?

My project need to use mksqashfs pack something to an image,when the content changes, I need to replace image file with the new one.
Before using sqashfs,I 'v used tarball+md5sum. Content changes ,md5 changes.
But,mksquashfs export image file changes every time,even the content is the same.
I'm walking through all the parameter of mksquashfs ,try to find the problem without luck right now.
There is another modified mksquashfs on github:
https://github.com/dannyp11/squashfs4.3.git
This fork adds -no-date option that makes mksquashfs create squash file with no make date info. Thus, if the content stays the same, result squash file has the same chksum.

I have the same question, after some serach, I found this:
#32 Request to add a deterministic behavior to mksquashfs
Here is a patch.
The patch adds "-deterministic" option.
Here is what the option does :
- it forces to one processor
- it forces the date globaly. The forced date is printed out and must be reused with "-forcedate" option in order to reproduced the same squashfs image.
- it sorts entries of directory as they are read.
- it delays the start of the fragment deflator thread. When this late start is active, the queue to fragment deflator thread is using an implementation of the queue with unlimited size.
Entries of directory must be sorted because the inode numbers are attributed as the files are discovered ("lookup_inode()" in "dirscan1()").
The format of the date after "-forcedate" is the number of seconds since the Epoch : the output of "date '+%s'".
With this patch, I can copy a tree of files, I can use tar or I can repack a mounted squashfs, and always have the same suqashfs file.

How to identify whether a number is a UPC code or just simple number ? is there any particular format to identify a UPC code?

Is there any format we can use to identify UPC code instead of checking only for number of digits ?
I have some Objective-C code that validates a user entered string to see if it is a valid UPC or EAN barcode. This supports UPC, ISBN, and EAN (8, 13, and 14).
If you have a number, convert it to a string first to use this method. This method assumes that the barcode string only has digits 0-9 or an X (some ISBN barcodes can have an X).
- (BOOL)validBarcode:(NSString *)code {
int len = [code length];
switch (len) {
case 8: // EAN-8
{
int check = [code intForDigitAt:7];
int val = (10 -
(([code intForDigitAt:1] + [code intForDigitAt:3] + [code intForDigitAt:5] +
([code intForDigitAt:0] + [code intForDigitAt:2] + [code intForDigitAt:4] + [code intForDigitAt:6]) *
3) % 10)) % 10;
return check == val;
}
case 10: // ISBN
{
int check = [code intForDigitAt:9];
int sum = 0;
for (int i = 0; i < 9; i++) {
sum += [code intForDigitAt:i] * (i + 1);
}
int val = sum % 11;
if (val == 10) {
return [code characterAtIndex:9] == 'X' || [code characterAtIndex:9] == 'x';
} else {
return check == val;
}
}
case 12: // UPC
{
int check = [code intForDigitAt:11];
int val = (10 -
(([code intForDigitAt:1] + [code intForDigitAt:3] + [code intForDigitAt:5] + [code intForDigitAt:7] + [code intForDigitAt:9] +
([code intForDigitAt:0] + [code intForDigitAt:2] + [code intForDigitAt:4] + [code intForDigitAt:6] + [code intForDigitAt:8] + [code intForDigitAt:10]) *
3) % 10)) % 10;
return check == val;
}
case 13: // EAN-13
{
int check = [code intForDigitAt:12];
int val = (10 -
(([code intForDigitAt:0] + [code intForDigitAt:2] + [code intForDigitAt:4] + [code intForDigitAt:6] + [code intForDigitAt:8] + [code intForDigitAt:10] +
([code intForDigitAt:1] + [code intForDigitAt:3] + [code intForDigitAt:5] + [code intForDigitAt:7] + [code intForDigitAt:9] + [code intForDigitAt:11]) *
3) % 10)) % 10;
return check == val;
}
case 14: // EAN-14
{
int check = [code intForDigitAt:13];
int val = (10 -
(([code intForDigitAt:1] + [code intForDigitAt:3] + [code intForDigitAt:5] + [code intForDigitAt:7] + [code intForDigitAt:9] + [code intForDigitAt:11] +
([code intForDigitAt:0] + [code intForDigitAt:2] + [code intForDigitAt:4] + [code intForDigitAt:6] + [code intForDigitAt:8] + [code intForDigitAt:10] + [code intForDigitAt:12]) *
3) % 10)) % 10;
return check == val;
}
default:
return NO;
}
}
This makes use of a category method I added to NSString:
- (int)intForDigitAt:(NSUInteger)index {
unichar ch = [self characterAtIndex:index];
if (ch >= '0' && ch <= '9') {
return ch - '0';
} else
return 0;
}
There's no objective-c format or way of doing this, you'll have to implement yourself the function that will:
a) Check the number of digits
b) Check the checksum digit

ActionScript Unexpected Slashes, Parenthesis, and Squiggly-brackets?

This ActionScript code I have been working on for a few days now works 100% just fine in JavaScript, but when I try to compile it in ActionScript it says I have unexpected /, ), and } symbols. Is this syntax wrong and if so how should I fix it? I figured I could test it as Javascript for quicker testing using http://jsfiddle.net/ but now I'm like =(
var txt = "This is a [rainbow]test to show that I can[/rainbow] make whatever I want [rainbow]appear as a rainbow[/rainbow] because I am [rainbow]awesome[/rainbow].";
if ((txt.indexOf("[rainbow]") > -1) && (txt.indexOf("[/rainbow]") > -1)) {
var colors = ['f0f', 'f0c', 'f09', 'f06', 'f03', 'f00', 'f30', 'f60', 'f90', 'fc0', 'ff0', 'cf0', '9f0', '6f0', '3f0', '0f0', '0f3', '0f6', '0f9', '0fc', '0ff', '0cf', '09f', '06f', '03f', '00f', '30f', '60f', '90f', 'c0f'];

}

var REPLACEME = "[rainbow]" + RAINBOWTEXT + "[/rainbow]";
txt = txt.replace(REPLACEME, texty);
