I would like to know below details regarding Solace. Could you please help me!
All of my client code is present in C and built in HP-Unix machine.
Now with this client I would like to push the messages to Solace. I wanted to test this in my local environment.
So, I want to know, does Solace support HP-Unix? Do we have a VMR to install in HP-Unix and C-API for HP-Unix 64 bit? I did not find one from solace website.

Note that the Solace Virtual Message Router is a Virtual Machine/docker image that requires an hypervisor or an system running docker.

I'm installing Bazel so I can install mediapipe for Python on Windows 10. It says in the Bazel requirements:
The Windows SDK contains header files and libraries you need when
building Windows applications.
So I downloaded WinSDK and found out that the full installation requires 3.4GB. Is there a minimal set of features that I need to install from WinSDK for Bazel to work, so I can avoid installing the whole 3.4GB? This is the list of the WinSDK features:

We are trying to set up 10.4 Sydney automated builds based on the Delphi command-line compiler. Our build servers are Windows Server 2016, but RAD Studio 10.4 is supported only for Windows 10 and attempts to install on Windows Server 2016 have failed. Embarcadero technical support says to purchase RAD Server, but is RAD Server really intended to support automated builds?
Would manual setup be a solution? Is it feasible to manually set up the Delphi 10.4 command-line compiler on Windows Server 2016 (i.e. copy over needed files and import needed Registry settings)? Or will 10.4 install on Server despite this not being officially supported (with our woes being due to heretofore unidentified IS policies or security settings which are interfering with the setup)?
Edit: The error is "No valid license information found for Embarcadero Delphi 10.4. You must provide a valid serial number in order to use Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 Do you want to run the registration wizard again?"
The solution (suggested by our Embarcadero sales rep, not their tech support, who refused to help because 10.4 is not officially supported on Windows Server 2016) was to uninstall 10.4 (what little had installed) and then reinstall. Reinstalling, the installer found the manually-imported license (the same one that it had complained held no valid license information) and allowed the install to proceed. There were no further issues with the install and now both the Delphi 10.4 IDE and command prompt are working properly.
On a machine that contains Visual Studio 2010 installed (along with the Visual Studio Command Prompt + Team Foundation Client), I have developed a small bat file that contains TF commands in it.
Now I need to move it to our Windows Server 2012 and there is no Visual Studio installed in there. So I found this nice package: https://github.com/Microsoft/team-explorer-everywhere
Out of it, I would like to make use of the "Command-Line Client" only. I have downloaded its package but I realized that, in order to make it work nicely, I suspect that I may need to install a few other components, such as Java.
It isn't clear what exactly are these components. Does anyone have a clue?

Basically, you need Win 8 64x or Win7.
I am installing TFS 2010 on a Win XP PC. When I get to "Select features to install" it only offers to install the Team Foundation Build Service. It does not offer to install Team Foundation Server.
Why oh why is this?
XP is not a supported operating system. Only 2003+ server operating systems are supported.

However, considering you can install it on Vista or Windows 7 then they probably are doing things that just aren't supported under IIS 5.1
