I could upload an app to App Store. It said successfully uploaded. However, 3 hour passed and I still can't get the reply e-mail from Apple. Therefore, I'm trying to upload it again (with new version 1.1) but I'm getting "an error occurred uploading to the App Store" error in both Application Loader and Xcode. I view this post Java. I even don't have any java version in my Mac. Therefore, none of solutions work for me.
I'm getting this error
[2017-05-18 20:09:58 EEST] INFO: Transporter is skipping bundle update check: Already checked recently.
An error occurred while trying to start transporter. Exception's name: java.lang.NullPointerException, Exception's message: Specified service reference cannot be null.

I have a WPF app deployed with MSIX. The .appinstaller is set to update silently on launch (no user prompt):
<UpdateSettings>
<OnLaunch HoursBetweenUpdateChecks="0" />
<ForceUpdateFromAnyVersion>true</ForceUpdateFromAnyVersion>
</UpdateSettings>
Installation works, but after releasing a new version, then starting the app, the update fails with the following message in the event log:
AppX Deployment operation failed for package
8b7d5c25-92aa-4962-9e74-93b9685ce2ca-test_2021.1013.1518.1578_neutral_~_002e9dkagpm7g
with error 0x80073D02. The specific error text for this failure is:
error 0x80073D02: Unable to install because the following apps need to
be closed
8b7d5c25-92aa-4962-9e74-93b9685ce2ca-test_2021.1013.1509.1577_x64__002e9dkagpm7g.
If I close the app, and then re-start it, the update finishes without problems.
The weird thing about the error is that it seems to refer to the same app that is being updated as the app that needs to be closed..?
8b7d5c25-92aa-4962-9e74-93b9685ce2ca-test_2021.1013.1509.1577_x64__002e9dkagpm7g
is the app with the old version number '2021.1013.1509.1577'
while
8b7d5c25-92aa-4962-9e74-93b9685ce2ca-test_2021.1013.1518.1578
is the new version '2021.1013.1518.1578'
Why does the update fail with this weird error?
Apparently, MSIX requires a second restart of the program before the update gets applied. So I guess it does not matter if the first start gives an error. It seems to be working as designed.
I am currently having a problem with logging into firebase on my iOS app, I recently got a new laptop and decided I would migrate from swift 3 to 4 on there, however I discovered a problem, before I hit the convert everything to swift 4 and got tons of errors, I launched the app still running on Swift 3, but I couldnt seem to log in, I am getting the error showed below.
I then switched back to to my old macbook air that is still got the orignal app and old version of xcode running and tried logging in there as I usually would. However, still getting this error showed below. There is not much context shown as I just get "null" in the localised description? Has anyone been faced with this?
This is just standard email authentication with Firebase

When I try to distribute my app, I get Upload failed:
Failed to authenticate (19)
Session shutdown failed, Unable to send channel data (16)
An authentication error occurred while uploading the package to Apple's remote server.

The transport has been detected as having stalled and has been aborted. Please try again.

My app works great on my phone. I'm using core data and my deployment target is: 10.0
Please, does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?
I've been trying to release a new version of some iOS App (developed with React Native) through the "Over The Air" way. I do have an Entreprise account. Also, I've done this before with the same App. It is the first time this fails.
The download of the app stops and looks like
I've been investigating a lot and here are some informations I can give:
XCode: 10.1
React Native: 0.57.5
Deployment Target: 9.3
I recreated my certificate & provisioning profile. My signing profile looks like which looks valid to me.
I'm downloading the app via a normal web page and the download link looks like this:
<a href="itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://example.com/path/to/the/manifest.plist">
Download iOS
</a>
I'd like to release a build with an App Thinning All compatible device variants. The manifest looks normal to me but there is something that I question myself with. Prior to this release, in the manifest, the generated binaries looked like this: MyApp-iPhone%207%20Plus-etc.ipa. Now, since I updated XCode (from 10 to 10.1 if my memories are good) they look like this: MyApp-0AB530E1-7309-4293-B4B6-C0AD90662766.ipa.
I also verified the App URL, the Display Image URL and the Full Size Image URL and the three of them are valid.
Finally I checked the logs during the failing installation by going into Window -> Devices and Simulators -> Open Console -> Errors and Failures. Here are all the logs I could get telling me the installation failed. I've donc a couple research on Google but couldn't find nothing.

Thanks in advance for the help.
Feel free to ask me questions for some infos I might have forgotten
Downgrading to XCode 10.0 fixed it.
As mentionned in this question, it seems that there is an issue with XCode 10.1 for this kind of build
I'm trying to submit my app the the App Store using Xcode 5.1.1, but I keep getting this error message during validation:
an error occurred while processing the json request
That's it. No extra information. On one of my tries I also got an error saying that the connection was lost. I tried restarting Xcode as someone suggested in another post, but it didn't help. Is this an Apple server issue?
90% of the time it is, yes. Don't worry and resubmit it a couple of hours later.
Or use Application Loader.
