unable to authenticate sonarqube using LDAP - jenkins

I configured sonarqube 5.6 using LDAP 2.0 plugin. The issue is user is unable to connect sonarqube using LDAP credentials. But unfortunately, sometimes it get connected after throwing up this error in log
Error from external users provider: exception Java::OrgSonarApiUtils::SonarException: Unable to retrieve details for user XXXX in <default>
2017.05.04 11:39:26 ERROR web[rails] Error from external groups provider: Unable to retrieve groups for user XXXX in <default> After throwing up this error, LDAP is working fine.But when I install sonarqube again from scratch it disables user to login till I get same error.
This is my LDAP configuration
sonar.security.realm=LDAP
ldap.url=ldap://ldap-google.com
ldap.bindDn=CN=x12345,OU=Corp,OU=GOOGLE,OU=Admin Accounts,DC=ggle,DC=com
ldap.bindPassword=password

# Group Configuration
ldap.group.baseDn=CN=x12345,OU=corpoxxxx,DC=ggle,DC=com
ldap.group.request=(&(objectClass=group)(member={dn}))

when I tried to trace the log file I got some inputs as

Kafka OAuth: Unrecognized SASL Login callback

What I am trying to do is:
Setup SASL/PLAIN for inter-broker communication
Setup SASL/PLAIN for Broker-Zookeeper communication
And Setup SASL/OAUTHBEARER for client-broker communication.
My server_jaas.conf is:
KafkaServer {
org.apache.kafka.common.security.oauthbearer.OAuthBearerLoginModule required
LoginStringClaim_sub="admin";
org.apache.kafka.common.security.plain.PlainLoginModule required
username="admin"
password="admin-secret"
user_admin="admin-secret";
};
Client {
org.apache.zookeeper.server.auth.DigestLoginModule required
username="zookeeper"
password="zookeeper_secret";
};
Also I did set the following config options:
sasl.enabled.mechanisms=PLAIN,OAUTHBEARER
sasl.mechanism.inter.broker.protocol=PLAIN
sasl.server.callback.handler.class=br.com.jairsjunior.security.oauthbearer.OauthAuthenticateValidatorCallbackHandler
And I have used the jar provided here - https://github.com/jairsjunior/kafka-playground/tree/master/kafka-broker/kafka-with-oauth/libs
But the moment I start the Kafka server, I get the error:
Unrecognized SASL Login callback

The main error seems to be:
Error while accessing rate limit API at
com.github.terma.jenkins.githubprcoveragestatus.GitHubPullRequestRepository.getGitHubRepository
That looks similar to jenkinsci/ghprb-plugin/issues/204
I've found the reason for the problem, it appears I misconfigured the secret key. After fixing that and waiting for the next period of rate limiting it works as expected.
Although I solved my problem, ideally the plugin would stop sending API requests when either the rate limit or unauthorised status code is received with the appropriate log messaging.

Jira connection timeout errors

I just installed Jira on an EC2 instance using puppet. While I was able to get everything installed and running, I'm seeing performance issues when logging into the application. Once I'm in, everything seems to work fine, but it takes forever to login.
Below are my specs.
Puppet Module: puppet-jira
OS: CentOS 7
Java Version: Oracle JDK 1.8.0_60
Jira version: 7.1.9
I've pulled the following stack trace out of catalina.out. Seems to be an issue with Jira gadgets, but not sure. How can I fix this error? Please note I masked my IP to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080:

I guess the gadgets (or some other code) try to pull some info through rest and they fail due to wrong base url. Set the base URL so it's resolved externally and locally. By locally I mean that you should be able to wget https://your-jira-domain.com from ssh session.
The url is set in the System Settings screen:

Hello, can some one help me

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
You failed to connect to your destination. Nobody can tell you anything different without some actual code.
It seems that your server is not running or you are giving wrong server info so you are getting
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
If you attach your code snippet it would be helpful
