FCM notification not receiving in IOS 10 swift 3 - ios

I have been trying to get firebase push-notification in my ios app for a long time. I have tried everything on the internet I could find. But sadly no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am sending notification through firebase console. And sometimes when the app is running on foreground the last part

I have tested this only in a ios 10 device.

I solved the problem by adding the code below to the project.
FIRInstanceIDAPNSTokenType.Sandbox will be used when you install the app though TestFlight,
and FIRInstanceIDAPNSTokenType.Prod when your app goes live on the App Store.

Surprisingly, all I did to fix the problem, was actually deleting and reinstalling the app. Hope that helps.

Firebase push notification iOS

Firebase push notifications swift 3

So I'm trying to implement push notifications to my app using Firebase, the problem is that the push comes and I receive this message :

Firebase notifications not showing up IOS but the message shows on console

I have a problem while using Firebase push notifications on IOS devices. I send the message from the firebase console and i get it on the log but it is not showing any notification on the devices ive tried.
I have been searching around for posts with similar problems and i have tried everything i have found but it is still not working.
I created the project on firebase, downloaded the google service info file and placed it on the root of the project, turned notifications on on xcode, set priority of messages on high and did a couple of changes.
I also added both 'Firebase/Core' and 'Firebase/Messaging' to the podfile.

The app needs to be in the background in order for it to show.
I had the same problem. Check this question to make sure everything is set up correctly.
I followed this answer and this answer and this answer and this is what got it to work for me.
However, there is simple workaround for this - looks like you have to
set the messaging delegate (Messaging.messaging().delegate = ...)
before FirebaseApp.configure()

Firebase iOS push notification not received

I've setup the project as shown in the documentation. When the app is in the foreground I get the messages to the method applicationReceivedRemoteMessage but when the app is in the background I don't receive the notification. I tried sending the notification from the Firebase console.
Initially I thought might a problem with the certificates etc. But when I try sending the message via http://pushtry.com it works just fine.
So the problem is the way I configured the app. I've copied the AppDelegate here. Can someone figure out why it's not working please.
Also can someone tell me how to specify that I need to send notification for my sandbox mode. There is no way to select production / sandbox mode in the notification console in Firebase.

Firebase Notification doesn't work in background

I have set up Firebase into my swift application using CocoPods

The current status that when I send a notification from Firebase console it is received and shown in the log as I print in applicationReceivedRemoteMessage
What I want to ask about:
The application doesn't show a notification in the notification bar.
The application should be in foreground, If it is background or force closed the log shows nothing and of course there is no a notification. So can I receive it while in background?
The missing part was to add Add FirebaseAppDelegateProxyEnabled type "Boolean" value "NO" in your info.plist
