Cannot compile chaincode - hyperledger

I am trying to compile the chaincode_example02 followed by this guide with Option 2 (for Mac). All steps were passed except compiling the code. I have the following error:
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/chaincode_example02
go build
chaincode_example02.go:30:2: cannot find package "github.com/hyperledger/fabric/core/chaincode/shim" in any of:
/usr/local/Cellar/go/1.7.1/libexec/src/github.com/hyperledger/fabric/core/chaincode/shim (from $GOROOT)
($GOPATH not set)

You need to prepare the fabric source as libs follow command. Make sure GOPATH had been set first.
mkdir -p $GOPATH/src/github.com/hyperledger
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/hyperledger
git clone -b release-1.2 https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric.git

“Fabric” source code should be available locally in your GOPATH.
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com
mkdir hyperledger
cd hyperledger
git clone http://gerrit.hyperledger.org/r/fabric

As it says in the error message, your GOPATH environment variable is not set correctly.
Before doing a go build on the chaincode:
Make sure your GOPATH is set up correctly
Follow this guide
https://golang.org/doc/code.html#GOPATH )
Do echo $GOPATH to check the value of GOPATH
Make sure you have the fabric code in your GOPATH

change the import statement to github.com/hyperledger/fabric-chaincode-go/shim and use "go get github.com/hyperledger/fabric-chaincode-go/shim"

pytest' is not recognized as an internal or external command, while executing through jenkins job

I am trying to run python test through jenkins. I have pytest framework.
I have also installed python 3.8 on jenkins slave machine and set path in the environment variables
I have added below path under PATH section of environment variable as below
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\Scripts
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32
But still I am getting below error on while running job.
Below are my windows batch command to run from Jenkins:
echo '#### Create Virtual Environment ####'
python -m venv .UIAutomation/venv
echo '#### Activate Virtual Environment ####'
echo '#### Run tests ####'
pytest -s -v --alluredir=.UIAutomation/reports ./UIAutomation/tests --env=staging --browser=chrome
Please help
More details about console error :
warning: manifest_maker: standard file '-c' not found
12:04:12 Error: pg_config executable not found.
pg_config is required to build psycopg2 from source. Please add the directory
Note:
Below is my first requirement from file
Collecting psycopg2==2.8.6 (from -r ./UIAutomation/requirements.txt
So after execution I am seeing below error at first line of console-
12:04:12 Error: pg_config executable not found.
12:04:12 pg_config is required to build psycopg2 from source. Please add the directory
From what I see, I find the batch call suspicious.
I think call launches a new console and returns to the script, if its done. So in your case, you activate your venv in another console and then use your standard python env, not the venv and there is no pytest dependency installed.

I had a similiar problem in a yaml script I wrote for Azure DevOps.
I did solve that, with creating the venv and then adding the venv path to the environment variables.

Error compiling Go from source in an Alpine Docker container: "loadinternal: cannot find runtime/cgo"

I'm trying to build an Alpine Docker image for the FIPS-enabled version of Go. To do this, I am trying to build Go from source using the dev.boringcrypto branch of the golang/go repository.
Upon running ./all.bash, I get the following errors:
Step 4/4 : RUN cd go/src && ./all.bash
---> Running in 00db552598f7
Building Go cmd/dist using /usr/lib/go.

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
The command '/bin/bash -c cd go/src && ./all.bash' returned a non-zero code: 2
Which causes the installation tests to fail and kicks me out of the Docker image build.
I have the gcc installed on the image, and tried setting the environment variable CGO_ENABLED=0 as suggested in other questions, but neither of these things seem to alleviate the problem.
I'm at my wits end with this problem. Has anybody else run into similar issues in the past? I don't understand why this is happening, as the build runs fine in an Ubuntu container.
Thanks!
I had the same error messages, although I was compiling a different project.
It turns out that alpine needs to have the musl-dev package installed for this to work, so I think you need to make sure that is included in your Dockerfile, or manually install it by running apk add --no-cache musl-dev.
Either go isn't correctly installed on the image or the GOROOT is wrong
Put go tool dist banner and go tool dist env in your all.bash for clues

jenkins not able to find virtualenv

I want to activate my virtualenv via jenkins. But I am facing problems in that.
Here are the commands,
cd /home/luvpreet/Desktop/vogo/influxdata
source /usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh
workon influxdata
./manage.py test
And I am getting this error,
+ echo 'ERROR: Environment '\''influxdata'\'' does not exist. Create it with '\''mkvirtualenv influxdata'\''.'
ERROR: Environment 'influxdata' does not exist. Create it with 'mkvirtualenv influxdata'.
+ return 1
The shell executable is /bin/bash
It is saying that influxdata virtualenv does not exist, but it does.
Why it is showing this ? How can I run my virtualenv ?
Got the answer,
As jenkins user home folder is /var/lib/jenkins,
so, it was looking at /var/lib/jenkins/.virtualenvs instead of other users home directory.
So, firstly I changed directory to the hme folder of other user and then activated my existing virtualenv.
cd /home/luvpreet/
cd .virtualenvs/influxdata/bin
source activate

How to build LLVM doxygen in HTML ? I tried but failed

I want to get a copy of the doxygen web-pages of llvm, so I can work with it without the internet.
I did as follows:
$ cd LLVM_ROOT_DIR
$ mkdir out
$ cd out/
$ ../configure --enable-doxygen
$ make ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1
But it only built llvm without documentation. I also tried
$ make BUILD_FOR_WEBSITE=1 ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1
and
$ make ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1 EXTRA_DIST=1
All of them did not work.
How could I build the web pages ?
Thanks a lot.
Using recent versions of LLVM, an in-source build is prohibited by configure. Luckily the documentation can be built using cmake.
$ mkdir out
$ cd out/
$ cmake -DLLVM_ENABLE_DOXYGEN=On ../
$ make doxygen-llvm
The process will take a while, but after it you should have the full documentation.
Once you enable doxygen in the configure step, you can run make doxygen-llvm on the docs/ folder in your build directory.
You can run make help to check the available options.
I collect the web-site by wget.

Missing package github.com/docker/docker/autogen/dockerversion

Trying to compile Docker in Windows according to the instructions here:
How to compile Docker on Windows
and getting this error message:
cannot find package "github.com/docker/docker/autogen/dockerversion" in any of:
Tried browsing to https://github.com/docker/docker/autogen/dockerversion but getting a 404; can anyone tell me how to get this using GIT client?
I had the same issue, the author has updated the post as you have seen to include the use of GitBash. You will need to update your source to get the new 'hack' directory content used in the instructions he outlines as per below:
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/docker/docker.git /c/gopath/src/github.com/docker/docker
cd /c/gopath/src/github.com/docker/docker
export GOPATH=/c/gopath:/c/gopath/src/github.com/docker/docker/vendor
export DOCKER_CLIENTONLY=1
chmod +x hack/make/.go-autogen && hack/make/.go-autogen
cd docker
go build
Do you have GitBash installed? All of the instructions he provides need to be run in a GitBash window not the Windows Command window now.
I have built it successfully, so if you need any more help I may be of use.
