Document personalization doesn't work in pimcore. I click the button "Edit Content for Target Groups", choose the Target group, Overwrite the content, Save and Publish page, reload page and the orginal content is disappear. It looks like all content is deleted.
How to fix this ???

I am building a website with software called serif. Basically, a drag and drop type of package.
What I would like to do is have a homepage with thumbnails from youtube videos so that when users click on the thumbnail, it will allow them to view the video on a larger screen within a different page.
Is there any way I can create quality thumbnails for this purpose?
I have seen website that automatically create thumbnails or alternatively I could right click/save on the thumbnail from youtube and use this image with a hyperlink to the page I require. Would this be okay with google's TOS??

To link from an icon, picture, or inline player:
From the Quick Build tab (Media category), click Sound or Video and then click on your page.

Choose Media from the Insert menu and select either Sound... or Video... from the submenu.
Select your media location, either available locally (File) or via the Internet (URL).
Enable File, then click Browse... to locate and select the media file. If you do not wish to embed the file, uncheck Embed sound file in site (or picture equivalent). Click Export Options... if you want to choose how the file is published to the web.

Enable URL, then enter (or type) the absolute web address for the file. You could paste in the target's URL (using Paste from clipboard), if it already exists on the Internet—ensure you copy the exact URL of the file rather than that of just the website.
Select a link display option (icon, inline, or picture).
Click OK to close the dialog, then click (or click and drag) with the cursor to place the icon, picture, or marker on your page.
If you choose not to embed your source files, we suggest you keep them together in a single subfolder, named "Media" or the like. When you publish your site, WebPlus exports and copies both embedded and non-embedded files into a common folder.
To add linked sound or video to a selected object or hotspot:
For a hyperlink object, select a portion of text, picture or page object and then click Hyperlink on the Web Properties toolbar.

In the dialog, select File to create a hyperlink to a sound (or video) file on your hard disk.
Click Browse..., locate and select the media file, and click Open.

(Optional) Set Export Options... to define an exported file name and physical location. (See Setting image export options)

I have created a new Campaign in Google Adwords, and I want to copy all locations from an existed campaign to the new one. There is no edit button on the setting page, whereas there is an edit button on the keywords page. Is it possible to copy and paste locations?
This is perhaps an update to ravb79's answer, because it is a little different. I am in the US and using Chrome.
In the left rail, select "All Campaigns"
Check the checkbox for the campaigns you wish to move locations to
Read the above again. You check the campaigns you want to change, NOT the one you are copying FROM.
Go to the "Settings" tab (under the heading "All online campaigns")
Click on the "Edit" button next to the red "+CAMPAIGN" button
Choose "Location..." from the dropdown
Select the radio button next to "Replace with locations from another campaign"
Click on "Choose..."
Slect the campaign FROM which you want to copy locations

Found the button you're looking for (I think). Select "All campaigns" in the sidebar > Select the "Settings" tab > Make sure you're viewing "All settings" > on the toolbar above the datatable (same row as "+ CAMPAIGN") on the far right there should be a button labelled "copy locations to" (or something to that extent, I have a different language set) > select a campaign and click the button.
The problem appeared when I tried to save the locale-specific components. The detailed description stayed unchanged.
This was the notification that appeared: "Error
The native string on which the translation is based no longer exists.
There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again later."
How should I solve this problem?
On the same page (the translation page), click the "advanced options" at the top right. On the next screen, click the "Dashboard" tab (top left).
Now, on the top right hand side you'll see a link to "Delete and re-import all strings". Click it and then you should be able to save the changes for the translation.
I have an application that uses jQuery tabs to display different dynamic content for the user. The user has the ability to subscribe to various information feeds into "pods" on each tab. So for example the first tab might have 4 pods and each pod on the tab displays different information. The user has the ability to select a different template for each tab (like 4 smaller pods, or 2 larger ones, etc).
I have built a user interface to allow the user to rename the tab and to change the template that is displayed in that tab. The problem is when the user changes the template for a tab, the tab does not refresh/reload to show the new template. The only way to display the new template is to reload the whole screen.
I have tried using the following code after the tab has been updated in the database
$("#tabselector").tabs("load", tabindex);
However the above does not seem to reload the tab. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure I got your question, but I'll try to guess what you are after from the last paragraph of your question.
If you want to change the URL of the remote/AJAX tab, you need to use the .tabs( "url" , index , url ) method. The load method will not load the tab again if it is already loaded. See the documentation.
I want to link to a specific slide in an online PowerPoint file, (e.g. http://www.example.com/hello.ppt) but what I want is that when people click on my link, it goes straight to the nth slide.

Also, if you want a link to the nth slide within the same file (to automate the 'Edit Hyperlink' > 'Place in This Document' action) then omit the filename and only set it to "#n".
I found the answer. all you have to do is add #n after .ppt.
For example, http://www.whatever.com/hello.ppt#4 will take you straight to the 4th slide.
The following method applies to any online version of PowerPoint (e.g. Office 365).
