iPad Air 2 Launch to White Screen - ios

On the iPad Air 2, running iOS 9.3.2 Apple has been mentioning that our iOS app is loading to a white screen on launch. We've physically bought an iPad Air 2 and are running the same OS, but on launch are completely unable to reproduce this white screen. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

It may be an iOS system problem. You can update your iOS to the latest version. If you don't know how to do this, you can finish it via RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.

iOS App Store Connect is now requiring iPad screen shots even though app does not support iPad

We have an iOS that is already released and only supports iPhone, not iPad.
In XCode under Deployment Targets it only has iPhone checked, not iPad.
The last release I used the same XCode version 12.4 and the build was Feb 9, 2022 and App Store Connect did not require iPad screen shots, but I made a new build and now it does?
Did Apple change something or does anyone have an idea what is going on?
You can leave the screenshots for iPad empty and that won't block the submission.
Once approved, when accessing the app page from iPad, the iPhone screenshots will be displayed (I'm getting the 6.5'' iPhone screenshots).
The app can be downloaded and installed on iPad and it just looks like on iPhone, with most of the screen as background.

iPad app is not utilising the full screen

I have an iPad application on App Store. App is only supported for iPad. App is not a universal App. I am using launch screen storyboard.
App is working fine on 12.5, 10.5 inch iPad devices. But for 11.0 inch iPad device app (iOS 12.1) is not utilising full screen. App is behaving as iPhone app running on iPad without 2x button.
I know this issue comes when you run iPhone app on iPad. But as my app is iPad only. So not getting what causing this issue.
Is anyone faced similar issue? Please let me know how you fixed it.
Thanks in advance.
Note:
1 - iPad only build created on environment Xcode 10.0 and iOS 12.0
2 - Just review https://developer.apple.com/ipad/ Optimizing Your UI Section.
I don't have 11 inch/pro iPad device. So will iPad app build created on Xcode 10.1 resolved this issue?
If you didn't create a view for "that size" then it'll be displayed for the size you created it for. If you created a universal app it would automatically resize itself for the appropriate iOS device. If you create a view for the largest iPad size then it should automatically scale itself down for smaller screens. From the sound of it you created the app for a specific size iPad ignoring the other bit depths available on various models. Even if you want your app for "iPad only" you can do that while still controlling how it scales itself down to say an iPad Air vs iPad Pro.

App on iOS Beta won't AutoRotate

I am using an iOS 10 beta, and running an app that supports all orientations.
When I build and run the app using Xcode 7, the iPhone won't rotate.
The hacky solution for now is to then stop running the app, force-quit the app from the iPhone, and then launch it again from the phone. At that point, the rotation works fine.
Has anyone experienced this, any ideas as to how to solve this problem?

App hangs on iPod Touch, but not iPhone

I've just released my first app. I have received an email from someone saying that on their iPod Touch the app hangs on start up (black screen).
I can't replicate this on either the simulator, or my iPhone 4s. Apparently it hangs and doesn't crash, so I don't expect a crash report.
Both his iPod touch and my iPhone are running iOS 9.2 and the app is 8.3+
I'm using a launch screen storyboard that appears to work on other devices
The guy who reported this to me has made iOS apps himself before, so I assume he know's what he's doing
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? I'm a bit stumped. I would love to ask a more specific question, but I'm not sure where to look.

Adobe AIR for iOs issue?

First off all, I am not asking for any code. I just need some help from someone whose had the same issue and knows how to solve it.
I've developed an app for iPhones using adobe air for iOS in flash cs6.
it works fine on all the iPhones (4, 5, 5s) but it doesn't install on iPhone 6 for some reason! and this stopping me from sending me app to the apple.
I have installed the latest AIR SDK which is 16.0.0.222 and I have all the relevant splash screen images for iPhone 6.
but I do not understand what is going on!
1) Could someone please let me know if I have to use different icon size for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus?
2) Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
